COIT Cleaning and Restoration of Sacramento

Made a huge deal about our dogs and tried to upsell deordorizer, too much paperwork and notes written all over estimate to have any idea what they changed from original offer. I had a company I always used, SEARS and I felt and quot;hadand quot; after COIT charged over the ad. Never again

Everything went well. I liked the idea when they cleaned up my air duct the fact that they went up in my attic. They tried to give me a good price. They did the best they could do. They explained to me what was going on. For professionalism, they did very well.

I thought very over priced as the price I paid was suppose to include 35% discount. I went ahead as I needed to have it done before company came. Even though they told me the couch would not look like new as it was aging and I had never had it professionally cleaned in 10+ years, I went ahead just to refresh them but was hoping he was wrong. He wasn't. It didn't look any better but I am sure it was cleaner health wise. Would I do it again, probably not as I think I could get it cheaper elsewhere. I did ask for a cheaper price on the cleaning of the roman shades and they came down a little.

They did a good job. They were professional and very good.

They ruined our drapes. They were pretty friendly, but there is now way that I will use them again.

My 20+ year-old wall-to-wall carpets were well overdue for a cleaning. Coit has done the job for the past few years and I knew that they would do an excellent job. I called them as well as a local company. Coit hasand quot; operators standing byand quot; all the time and I had an appointment right away. I left a message for the local company but it took a while for him to call back. The Coit guy arrived on time, was very professional and again quickly did his and quot;ma gicand quot; on these old carpets. They were dry by evening. Since I am a long term customer, he gave me a good rate. He even cleaned a small bedroom carpet that I decided to clean at the last minute for free. All this being said, because it was winter, the doors and windows were closed rather than open as they were on their previous service. The chemicals used were irritating to breathe (no wonder they work so well!) which will lead me to look for a more environmentally friendly method next time.

Technition entered the house, set up equipment, performed service, and explained how long to stay off carpet.

I saw a special 35% off flyer. We have used Coit a number of times for carpet cleaning and always been satisfied. I've seen and used cheaper services and wouldn't have them in my house again. Coit scheduled my cleaning with a few days. They called the morning of the cleaning to confirm the time of arrival to a 2 hr window. They arrived on time. They are always courteous and careful of my things. The service man's name was Ryan. I recommend him highly. I didn't believe anyone could fully clean the stairway anymore. The carpet is light color and almost 10 years old. After yesterday's cleaning, it looks maybe not quite almost new - but close. He did a wonderful job. (The last cleaning was in the spring)

Their technician came out to take them down and broke several of the little plastic things that hold the hooked drape to the rod. Then, when he got the drape down he went back and deliberately broke many others, telling us that they were no good. After breaking dozens of them he proceeded to add a $1.00 charge each to our bill for replacement.The cleaning job was well done, but it seems to me that charging for items accidentally and deliberately broken by the technician should not reflect on my bill. When rehanging the curtains he hung them so they no longer overlap. I expected some shrinkage, but it seems to me that the technician should account for that when rehanging them.

They were professional. I thought that their estimate for carpet cleaning was high, but they had a 50% discount on air duct cleaning so their estimate for that work was $300.

An overall great experience! From the scheduling to the final completed work the folks at Coit were courteous, professional, punctual and helpful. There was some upselling, but I did not feel pressured or put off. The quality of the work was great. The house we moved into had been rented and the carpets were stained and dirty. I was given an honest appraisal of what could be cleaned and how it would turn out and there were no surprises. There were two sperate crews--1 for carpet and the other for duct cleaning. They were scheduled back to back and the whole process flowed easily and the entire job (carpet and duct work) was completed in a three hour period. It probably helped that the house was empty and there were no obstructions. I am a repeat customer with Coit and the quality and service has been consistent. Thanks Coit for another Job well done!

They come out ahead of time, give you a fair price, are safety concious, and are always professional. The move the furniture and clean everything.

They provide estimates. You can set up appointments a month in advance. They are quick and professional. They do a very thorough job of cleaning. They are very accurate with their estimates and offer services other than carpet cleaning.

Coit had a technician inspect and provide an estimate of the cost to clean and protect the carpet. Once agreed, the carpet was removed from our home and take to Coit for cleaning. What I like best is that the carpet is removed from our home, cleaned, protected, and dried on their work site. This is the second time I've used Coit to clean this carpet and each time it comes back clean, soft to touch, perfectly shaped, and no loss of color. I'm very happy with the end result.

I spent too much with them. They were okay. They took too long to clean them. They did a good job.

They were expensive. They came in with their big old machines to clean my air ducts and part of that air duct cleaning was supposed to remove and clean all the air vents except that the crew that came in did not bring a tall enough ladder. o they could not clean the vents at the 16 feet height and never came back to do it. They are over priced. That is a dislike. The lead worker was rude. You don't tell a customer that they don't know what they are talking about, and you don't tell them that it wont hurt if we don't get that vent cleaned. The walls are all dirty now and the vents are dirty too. It may be one out of sixteen vents but it is the vent that I look at all the time. You can see it right in the main room. I would not use them in the future.

Overall, I am very happy with their service, quality of work, and quality of design. One of the window treatments broke after several years of use - it would not automatically lift up - and they sent someone out to repair it immediately. It was repaired within one day. I was very pleased with the choices the designer presented to me and the amount of time she spent with me. She understood what I wanted and showed me many choices. They installed a valence window treatment that was a little bit uneven, sent it back for repair and quickly resolved the problem. The installed shutters in the front window and they look great! I enjoyed working with this company. They are a no hassle, "get the job done" with excellent quality standards sort of company.

My husband had called a COIT representative on a Monday to have our air ducts cleaned. My sister, her husband, and their four young children were coming to stay that weekend. We bought our house a year and a half ago, but it appeared that our ducts hadn't been cleaned since the house was built in 1950 (the house also sat empty for a couple of years). I didn't want the kids to have to inhale all the junk that was circulating through the system. My husband told COIT that we needed the ducts cleaned by the weekend and he also requested the 40% discount COIT was offering several months before, when we were initially considering having the ducts cleaned. COIT provided an estimate the next day with the discount, which came to $300. COIT came out on Thursday afternoon and said it would take 3-4 hours. It too a little longer, because the ducts were so dirty; however, the technician discovered that one of the ducts in a far corner of the house didn't get any air. The technician found that it was disconnected from the system and offered to repair it for $175. We agreed to pay for the repair and he came out the next day and did the work before the family arrived. We were very happy with the results of the cleaning and the repair. The floor "returns" were originally caked with dirt and dust and came out cleaner than I ever thought they could and the heat circulation improved considerably. My husband and I were very impressed with COIT's courtesy, professionalism, and work. We would highly recommend them.

The carpets were in bad shape, but we needed them cleaned before could even decide if they needed replacement. They did a great job. It was a tough job and they were very thorough. The Ducts were filthy, and I couldn't believe how much stuff came out. They put all the vents back, too. we had them off for cleaning and painting.

They are expensive. They are good depending on who comes out. Sometimes, the quality is a C but last time the person that came out was an A. Sometimes, it is a C or less. I would use them again in future.
