Description of Work: We had all our living and dining room drapes cleaned. Arrived to remove and pickup. And after a couple of week arrived to drop off and reinstall. They did a great job and we saved money by not having to replace our custom drapes.

Description of Work: This company has been in business since before I was born. My mother recommended them. My experience in getting two sets of draperies cleaned and rehung was excellent. Representative very knowledgeable, helpful, careful, and answered all questions at the appointment for pick-up. The following week they were returned and rehung with care. They looked beautiful and Coit did an excellent job. I would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: This company has been cleaning our carpets for the past 10 or so years. they have been very responsive and have always provided excellent service. The one incident that I would comment on was when a large Xmas candle melted on a wool carpet. The service person said that the dye would not come out, but that he would try and if the dye didn't not come out, there would be no charge. The carpet was cleaned and we paid the full charge. i would have no reservations in recommending this company.

Description of Work: Although our home is 14 years old and did not expect a miracle; we were extremely pleased with the results of the carpet cleaning of our family room, as well as, the cleaning of our kitchen tile floors. The grout in our tiles have not been so clean. Once we enter better weather, Spring, we will certainly have Coit come back and do the carpet in our master bedroom/bath/closet areas.

Description of Work: Cleaned dryer hose - vent - did excellent job - I was surprised at the amount of lint and lint b - very professional - on time - good clean-up afterwards. I thought this a bit expensive, but I did not take the time to price the job with other companies. Would hire them again. Very polite serviceman.

Description of Work: 1) Carpet cleaning - very good job, but pricey 2) Polish/refinish marble in bathroom - VERY disappointed with the work. It looks no better than when cleaned with a sponge. They charged ~$1,600.00 for this service and spent less than 3 hours (greater than $500/hr). A complaint was made and another technician came to reinspect and try to improve the outcome. No improvement was seen. Their explanation was that it was impossible to restore the marble to it's original finish. It was, to their credit, mentioned before the work was begun that we shouldn't expect it to look new, but it honestly looked virtually no different than before we spent $1,600. They made no offer to adjust the price.

Description of Work: Very prompt with request for estimate. Very professional and thorough. Work done to clean the ducts and seal the ducts (were never sealed when house was built and dust and energy bills very high). Too soon to know if electric bill and gas bill will decrease at least some and if house dust will diminish. Dust accumulation in the house was a very big problem. Experience and satisfaction are great, so far. Would highly recommend.

Description of Work: Our home is about 20 years old and I dont believe the ducts have ever been cleaned. The Coit people were professional, courteous and thorough. They even found an old flashlight in the attic. The cleaning was two weeks ago and I can already see a difference with my allergies.
