Clark Pest Control

We are just trying to save some money and don't have them out as much. I was very happy with the service, especially Ray, he was very helpful, and we have a dog. I wish they would have been a little bit cheaper.

They are very good. They're professional and do what they say they're going to do. Since we've had them we haven't had any pest problems outside or inside. The pricing is reasonable.

They do a really good job when they come out. If you have any extra problems they will take care of that at no charge.

The pest control part is fine. We aren't completely happy with the lawn care service. We would use their pest control services in the future.

I think their employees are contracted out, but I’m not sure. The person that was responsible for my account never let me know when the technician would come out, and none of the appointments were kept. The third time this happened, I called to cancel my account, but 20 minutes later a technician came out. I received a billing for the cancelled service that I had to call to resolve. I wasn’t pleased with the service, since their customer service or concern of quality control wasn’t good!

They are fine. I would give them an A overall.

I called and the person at the other end established what I needed and that I did not have an ongoing account and promised to send out a tech as soon as possible. An hour later someone called saying another branch had called and said I needed a free estimate. When I repeated what I actually wanted, she said they wouldn't do one-time service. I wish someone had told me that the first time. I would have called someone else.

The technician really listened to me and made a point of going around and getting the areas I pointed out to him.

They charged me $82 for their services. They are very professional and punctual. I will use their services again in the future.

The thing that stands out about their service is that I never had any bugs. I got compliments on how green and healthy the lawn looked, and I got no weeds or anything. So it was well worth it when I could afford the service. They charged $70 a month. They were good. I would rate them highly.

We are happy with them. Their technicians are pleasant, friendly and courteous. They are in and out. The treatments are very effective. They will come back out at no extra charge. We pay them $84 monthly. We will continue to use them.

I haven had any problems with Clark's Pest Control The crew is very reliable and professional. Every time I have called them to come out they have been on time. The office staff is very easy to get a hold of and friendly as well. I would recommend this company to anyone and will use them again.

They come by when I am at work and I don't see them. They do an excellent job. They got rid of the rats and the spiders. I called them once for the rat problem and they sent someone out the next day.

They do not do a one-time job. I think you will have to contract with them. I think it is a three-year contract. I had such a bad ant problem that I was happy to see them come back. I have not seen the ants since. They are really good. They not only sprayed for ants but they also removed all the cobwebs. They had to come back twice for the ant problem. They are very professional. I spend $79 for two months. They send me a card 2-3 weeks ahead of time since my gates are locked. I put the date on the calendar and keep the gates open on the designated date. I have not had any problems. I will continue to use them in the future.

They were the highest priced company. They seemed like a good company. Everything was good and they were professional. They explained everything well and they were great. They came out here on time for the inspection. They were professional. I am considering using them in the future.

They are very reliable, very competent and very very customer service driven. If I had any concerns about something then somebody answers it the next day. They come in the next day if had any issues. They never charge me extra for coming in twice or thrice and they always make sure that they solve the problem and send the supervisor out for that. I am very happy with them. Their price is not the cheapest but their quality is excellent and I don’t bother about that.

They show up and they don't get into my way. They are always polite and they always stop and say we serviced you today. They knocked down a wasp nest last time they were here. The best thing is I have never had an ant or anything in my house. In spring we find one of two spiders but for the most part we don't have any. I have no complaints about them, they are good.

I won't go into the details of the infestation but the situation was desperate - there were actual bugs coming into the house at an alarming rate. Clark sent someone to my home within 30 minutes to assess the situation. Their representative was courteous and professional. He inspected the entire house and outside property. He fully explained what he felt was the problem and what their solution would be. He also gave me a quick tutorial on termites - the main types in our area and how they work. Clark's team came out two days later and performed the work. They were delayed by an hour but called ahead to let me know. The repairs involved work inside the home - the entire team wore shoe covers and left the work area cleaner than they found it - and outside the home. Around the perimeter of the house, they were very careful as well and I could definitely tell they made every effort to leave as little mark as possible on the patio and concrete surfaces. Unfortunately, only time will tell if they were successful - I did opt for continuing service for a year to make sure the extermination worked (Clark will perform add'l work at no charge while I am under this contract and part of the $1,400 total cost included the first 3 months of service).

I selected Clark after seeing favorable reports on Angie's list. They responded promptly with an appointment, and Jason Helms showed up on time to do the inspection. He walked around the outside of the house with a pole that had a sharp metal point and poked various places. He came inside and looked around, under the kitchen sink and in the rooms. After his inspection, he came in to where I was seated with a very serious look on his face and asked me if I knew how these real estate inspections worked (or something along those lines). He told me that we had a lot of dry rot, which would cost at least $10,000.00 to repair. He spent some time making the case about how serious it was. The next day, I had forgotten that the lender had requested that we use a particular form for the termite inspection, so I called Clark and asked to email the form over. The lady who answered the phone said that would be fine. Later, she called back, and said, no, the report that they used should be fine. I later talked to Jason, who also refused to fill out the form, saying his boss forbade him to. When I got the report in the mail, I noted that Jason had a few obvious inaccuracies on the report. He noted that our upstairs bathroom was over a living area, and that he had checked the ceiling for stains--wrong! It is not over a living space. He said the attic was not accessible due to storage--also wrong, which he would not have known since he didn't even ask where the attic access was. To top it off, Clark had included an estimate for repairs that had a starting price of over $21,000.00!! Since I wasn't born yesterday, I promptly called several other professionals to come and give us their opinions and estimates of the damage and costs of repair. Each one of these that gave us their opinion was incredulous of the Clark inspection, both in its accuracy and especially in the estimate of cost for repairs.I don't know why an inspection company is even allowed to do repairs. I had no idea that Clark was in the business, but apparently it is common practice. It seems to me to be a blatant conflict of interest. If I take my car to my mechanic and ask him to find something to fix and charge me for it, he most likely will!

My original decision to call them was when I opened up the phone book when I had a house full of ants Clark Pest Control was the first name I saw. They did a real good job at keeping the aphids away when they sprayed my roses last year. I pay them about $84 every time they come out. They are reliable. If I need something extra done, they come and do it. They are always polite and very nice. When they come, they always ring the doorbell so that I know that they are here. If I am at home, it gives me time to get the dogs in so that they don’t have dogs helping them. I really can’t compare their price and I don’t think I am paying an excessive amount. They do very good work. I always get a postcard a few days ahead of time letting me know when they are coming, which is very helpful. They have always come when I have had a special problem without any difficulty.

I am very happy with their service and will use them again.

This year, we got a new person. This person is really great. He will even clear out the kids' toys before he sprays the backyard. I gave him the code to the gate once, and he kept it on file. He is really good about being organized. He just does his job really well.
