Chris is our go to guy. We signed a contract for a year of treatments. They are working very closely with us and are going above and beyond to make sure the issue is resolved.

I was very pleased with the first visit. As a result, I decided to sign up for every other month preventative visits.

We've used them for years and continue to use them.

I've seen with them for 11 something years.

Everything is well! I can always depend on Eric to take care of my Pest control needs. He's extremely professional and courteous. When I moved, I was so thrilled to know, I would not lose him. Such a great guy! When I moved to my new home, Eric prayed inside my house and out, and dusted the webs down for me.

They took care of the problem but it returned in about a month. We called and they returned and tried something else--everything seems good now. No ants inside! We signed up for the bimonthly service.

They do their job and we do not see any bugs.

Have not had pests and they do a good job.

Clark was timely and so was the subcontractor that did the actual work of sealing openings on the roof and vents. Clark staff replaced rubber on bottom of garage doors. I would recommend them to anyone else with rats coming into the house. They also recommended trimming trees back to prevent rodents from jumping onto the roof from the trees.

He told me he could rat-proof the house, but he said he wanted to change all the vents, because my house is 75 years old and the mice could get in there. They fixed everything and then put traps in the attic. When he comes out he checks the traps and did find rats up there. Right now there are none, but as soon as it gets cold I will have him go up there and look and set the traps again. Then, whenever I hear noises I call them and make them come out. Considering how much I pester them, I think their price is fair. They spent probably a whole afternoon here with three men working when they rat-proofed my house.

We chose Clark Pest Control over the many other pest control companies because of our previous positive experience with Clark, and because of their use of green practices and products. Chris G. was our pest control technician and Ken D. was our termite inspector, and both of them were very professional, punctual and courteous. They also answered all of our questions and did a very good job explaining what they were doing and why.

The price is for every 2 months. I really like them like if I call them and they'll be out the same day. They're very quick about coming out here and my technician is a very nice young man. There's always a room for improvement and their cost may be a little more competitive. It took a while for them to figure out things but they're on time. This young man was so well-raised and he's very sweet.

I used them as a consultation a year ago. They gave me consultation on what to do with subterranean termites in the back wall of my garage. It was a very unusual termite. So I had to replace the back wall. I paid $1500 for the consultation.

The project went smoothly (but a lot a of work on my part inside the house). It is amazing how much old food and other products we were able to throw out as they were out-of-date. It gave us a great reason to defrost and clean the outside freezer and inside refrigerator/freezer. The company completed the projected on an agreed schedule. I would recommend this company for tenting a house for termites.

My experience with him has been good. He got rid of all the spiders outside. So, I am happy. He comes out every other month and when he comes, he leaves a card on my door. So I know he came out. I think his price is fair. I like that it is pretty low key. He comes, sprays, and the bugs are gone. That is all what I really want. I do not have anything to complain about.

We had them come out last August to spray and discuss a periodic treatment plan. They were great and we signed up. They come every two months and unless we see their truck, we don't even know that they are there. However we've called them out twice for specific issues (birds one time) and they are very responsive and very professional. Since we are signed up for their periodic service, there is no charge when they come out for an extra call-out. They are fantastic.

They did a good job. They are professional first grade. I had to pay a $100 the first time and then they also did a termite inspection under my house, which I really appreciated. I've just referred them to neighbors. We had a lot of problems with ants, so they did a great job. They were very effective in cutting the ants down. They did our yard and they did a fine job.

We have an annual service contract with them. So far they have been very attentive. Jeff is the representative who services our area, he seems to be very knowledgeable and is responsive to our needs and questions.

They've been servicing my house sine about 2003. I've been with them a long time. The service costs about $84 a month and they were last here in January.

eea bad job, and I ask them to do it again. It took a long time to install a form insulation. They took a long lunch break, too. they came back twice to check the mice traps to find no mouse. So they could eradicate mice or rats from my attic. That's very good. However, I found mice droppings in my car and I had to take my car to a service station last fall. They found a prrof of mice making a nest under the hood. Since I live on the golf course, it's impossible to control pest.

We signed a contract with them. They seemed to be very thorough and knowledgeable. The work was entirely satisfactory.

Clark sent an agent to the house to give us an estimate and evaluate whether we had wood beetles or not. He eyeballed the wood area in our home and pronounced that we absolutely had beetles and the house would have to be tented and we would have to be out for 5 days. The cost would be $4500 to $6500. Thankfully we had two other reputable companies that we got from Angie's list come out to the house. The next evaluation was given my Terminex and he actually looked not only at the spot but under the house. In his opinion we did not have beetles and that what we were looking at was old (not insect related) and not new activity. He advised us to keep a close eye on the area and if we should see any new activity in the area to give him a call. We realized that we wanted to go with no beetles as that was much more favorable for us. The next day Hydrix came out to the house for an evaluation and not only did he look at the site but put on coveralls and climbed under the house to inspect the wood from the underside. He also concluded that we did not have wood beetles and that we should give him a call if we noticed any new activity.

They are coming back next month to do the inside and the outside again. They will be looking for termites. The initial service was $130 and after that it is $80 every other month. They called and let me know who was going to come. He called to let me know he was coming. He was very friendly and very professional. He walked me through everything. He seemed very knowledgeable. He knocked down all the wasps' nests and the cobwebs around the house. It made the outside of the house look a lot better. I also had an ant infestation in my kitchen and he got rid of that. Overall it was very good.

They've been doing the service now for a few months. They did respond quickly and I was able to make an appointment with them shortly after I called. The quote process went well. I was having an issue with ants and they were able to deal with that and they come out, they treat and if it doesn't work, you call them and they come right out again which is nice. I had a severe problem with ants in the patio. I have bricks in the back and they're digging out all the sand but I had to call Clark back a couple of times but they come right away and do the service. They're really very good.

Very unresponsive to problems. I had ant infestations and they were slow to respond. Routine services were sloppy and little time spent doing the job.
