Very professional, and they provide a comprehensive pest control service. Includes spraying your plants, even away from the home, and service includes dealing with wasps and rodents.

We haven't had any problems with bugs. The employee called us once when we were out of town to say that our lawn was dying. We were letting it die as we were going to have yard re-done, but he didn't know that, so we thought that was considerate of him.

This was our 3rd bed bug infestation and we decided to go whole hog and heat treat the house. Jerry came out, explained the entire procedure, what we needed to do beforehand, what (heat) to expect afterwards. And, he was very professional and understanding. He and his partner showed up early, spent time getting their heaters/fans out of vehicle. We left, returning hours later to a hot (heated to about 130 degrees) house. Everything was hot, mattresses, pillows, clothing...But, the bugs were dead. As part of the deal, Jerry put bed bug covers on both of our beds (tough job to do alone)..We also have a 90 day warranty and so far, no sign of those little devils. We were very impressed with the service we got from Jerry, how he suffered in the hot house working. Plus he kept letting us know that the bugs weren't our fault and to prevent future infestations.....

Ants are not seed outside and those inside are becoming few in number over this first week which is the time expected to do the job over the long haul. No terminte damage found which was a big relief. Biggest blessing was that they arrived when we were most desparate with 4 hours from my initial call. Thanks a bunch Clark Pest Control!!!!

I've been using Clark Pest Control for a number of years. I've had them coming to my house every other month for about 20 years. They are an insect control organization. They do answer my calls whenever I have a special need in-between my every other month visit. They're always pleasant and willing to come and help with whatever problem I may have.

They come all the time and I really like the workers. They have done other work for me also like repairs around the home and they did replace a door for me. I feel their pricing is fair and they do good work. I have them come for pest control every other month.

We just moved into our new home and it was crawling with bugs. Now there is barely any bugs or pests on the premises. Staff was super nice and gave me a special rate because I was a customer for over 10 years.

They are customer-oriented and easy to work with. Their price is worth the service we are getting. We will use them again in the future.

I have been using them for about 15 years. They have been able to eradicate our termite problem. We have not had termites since we started using them.

Discovered that bees had built a hive in my fireplace. Clark came the next day and took care of the problem.

They were fine. They keep the bugs out and stuff. Their customer service is good.

We've been using them for 15 years. We've been on a first name basis with their crew for 15 years. The guy that we have now went off and did some other things and is now back to being our technician. If he sees my dog and I walking, he will wave. It is almost like they are part of the neighborhood. They are really first rate people.

I pay $84 every other month. They are very good. They always show up when I have called them between services at times, and they come out and take care of whatever problem it is. I like them. Usually, they have the same person come in for a long period of time, and when they change any person, they might come early and ring the doorbell when I am still sleeping, so when I tell them once not to ring the doorbell and just go around and do the work and leave the bill, they write it down and it just never happens again. They have been really good to just follow instructions and do the job.

I am very happy with their service and I have not had any issues with pests.

We have no complaints and we are very happy. They do their job. The people are nice; I like them. I am here doing the day, and they are very nice when they come by. Their pricing is average, and the quality is fine.

If bugs appear they will come and spray again no charge.

They are very prompt, respectful of our animals, and clean up all the spider webs outside. Their price, quality, and professionalism are great. I will continue to use them in the future.

I think they are a really good company. If you have an issue they come and don't charge you. In the beginning when I had this problem with ants they came out several times in one month and it was the same price. They also used the traps because I don't like all the spray. My animals didn't seen to be effected at all they seem to be very conscientious. They whole neighborhood uses them and the ants get to live but they don't live in my house. They are very cautious, very nice to work with and they don't change their rates all the time. They are so easy to work with and they listen to you. If you say "I don't want this" they don't argue with you they just do it the way want them to do it. I know that there are going to be other things out there but I don't want anything else. My neighbors give them different instructions. They stand behind their work and they tell you what there using. They are very responsive because when I first moved in I had the ant problem that I didn't know about when I bought the house, I would call them up in the morning and say "the ants are still here".They warned me that it may take a while but they would come right out that day or within a few hours. I know to expect them at the end of the month. If I'm here they knock on the door if I am not they leave a note that they were here. I find them very professional and I will absolutely use them in the future, I'm not stopping.

They are good. I have a contract with them. I can call them as many times during the month for the outside and at no additional charge. They come out and correct the problem. The rodents were getting up into the roof and they shut that off. I don’t have that problem anymore. I think I spend about $70 a month. They are very professional. I would continue to use them in the future.

Overall, I think they are a rip off. We were told we had a rat problem in our attic. We were charged $500 to set traps for the rats. It ended up there were never rats up in the attic. They led us to believe the price included pest control, but it did not. That was a completely separate charge. I felt that they hooked us into believing the $500 would cover everything but then we were charged separately for the pest control.

The quality of their service is excellent. The price seems reasonable to me. They are very responsive and very professional. I am on a contract with them. If I need them they are usually there within twenty four hours. If something happens I can just call them up and they show up. I would continue to use them in the future.

They are alright and pretty much like others. They are a little bit on the expensive side. Once when they noticed damage on the patio they offered to get one of their guys to fix it to which I agreed. I however had to keep calling him and he eventually came out. This service of theirs was expensive. I am not sure if I would use them again in the future.

We have positive experience with them. We have six visits per year contract. This provider is very knowledgeable.

Those guys are awesome! They are the best! I had a dead possum under under my house. I had a horrible smell in my house, and I didn't know where it was coming from. Finally, I found the dead possum, and called Clarks. They came out, and put suits and masks on and removed the dead carcass. They didn't charge me anything for it, because they said it was part of the service. It was pretty incredible! We have a dog, and they bring treats for him. It's pretty cool! I can't say enough good things about them! I think their pricing is on par for the other services in the area. I don't know what I would have done if they weren't able to remove that carcass. I tried to give the guy $20, and he flat out refuse it! There were maggots, and it was bad! I will definitely use them in the future!

They are awesome and I have been using them for about a year. I have an annual contract and they come our every 2 months or whenever I call. They charge me for a very big property and two houses, they also do tree house. I am going to continue to use them.
