Description of Work: I had an ant problem and Clark took care of it. I then signed up for routine pest control for the exterior of my house. It cost $89 every two months. It is great Scott comes by every month and dusts all surfaces around the exterior of the house, the feneces, and even some of the bushes for webs and nests. He then sprays around the foundation and the fence line. I have not had any bugs in my house since starting this. Great service.

Description of Work: For 23 years, I had a local pest control guy do my house once a year. This took care of my black widow problem. But I decided to "go green", went to Angie's list and the only company listed was Clark Pest Control based in Lodi. Called for an appt. and the serviceman "Brent" showed up and gave me a reasonable price of $112 for an application. But then he told me that if I "sign up", that Clark requires quarterly applications. I balked and said I just want it done yearly. He then said (wrongfully it turns out), that after the second application, I can call their office and cancel the last two quarterly applications and just have it done again in July next year. And still keep my warranty to be pest free for the rest of the year. I called the office, Monica answered. I told her I just want to drop the last two applications and have them come out next year in July. She said she couldn't do that and transferred me to a (thug?) Dave. He said I would be in breach of our agreement if I did not continue to the quarterly treatments. And that the serviceman "Brent" was wrong. Silence. I then said that Clark just lost a good customer. Called Monica back and she cancel led my service. I plan to go back to my old guy for $75 once a year. Turns out that when I asked Brent about "green" pest control solutions, he frowned and said they don't work very well. Turns out that Clark uses the same pesticides as my original pest control guy. I then called around and almost all pest control services do one application a year and are fine with this. I see Clark as having created a "racquet" with overkill applications. Making over $300 a year when maybe $100 a year is sufficient. Having pesticides sprayed around my house is bad enough once a year. 4X a year is over-kill based on 21 years of experience at my house. Do not use these shysters.

Description of Work: Pretty standard for pest control. Technician comes once every two months and will come for any special problem as requested (no extra charge). We had a nest of hornets in the front yard that was eliminated when we requested the service, and we have had a couple of extra visits for ants. Our technician, Henry, is personable and efficient.

Description of Work: I had a very persistent ant problem and had tried for two months to get control of them. I called Clark's and they responded quickly and thoroughly. They then came back within 10 days and had to do some more work in the bathroom.

Description of Work: We could hear something scampering around in our attic so after consulting Angie's List, I called Clark Pest Control. Their representative showed up on time and was courteous and helpful. When I told him I was reluctant to spend the money to sign up for a year's worth of bi-monthly pest control service to solve a one time problem with rodents in the attic, he looked around the attic from the access area, and then told me how I could solve the problem myself. Two rat traps and a bit of peanut butter later, no more problem. Cost to me was only the cost of two rat traps. I was not charged anything for the visit from Clark! Now that's EXCELLENT service.

Description of Work: CLARK PEST CONTROL CAME OUT AND SPRAYED THE OUTSIDE OF THE HOUSE FOR ALL TYPES OF BUGS AND INSECTS. WE ALSO HAD THEM COME OUT TO SPRAY BOTH INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR FOR ANTS. THEY ALSO SPRAY MONTHLY FOR FLEAS ON THE EXTERIOR.
