Armstrong Plumbing was a 2nd opinion and should have been the first one. Because of a whole house warranty company sending a rinky dink plumber who recommended a complete redo of the shower, Armstrong evaluated the plumbing and realized it was only a leak in the seal that needed repairing. 2 opinions better than one. Mama always said you better shop around. Well, this time, forget Mama and call Armstrong first!

Customer Service did not communicate with me on the change of arrival time. When service did not arrive in the time allocated I had to call and see what happened.

Arrived on time. quickly diagnosed issue and completed the repair efficiently. Problem solved, great work, excellent value!

They got the water heater in place in about 2 1/2 hours compared to the 4 hours predicted.

I contacted Home Advisor on a Mon evening. By early Tues morning 3 businesses contacted me. I spoke to Hana at Armstrong. She scheduled an appt for that afternoon. The tech, Jason, called B4 arriving, quickly ID'd the problem with the flush valve gasket, and made the repair. I'll use Home Advisor again.

Quick, proactive, thorough and customer friendly. Fixed a shower faucet problem knowledgeably and quick. Positive personal experience.
