The initial amount charged for the repair was very high. I paid the technician but when I received the printed invoice, I called the company to question a second line item charge, The office staff was very responsive and listened to my questions and concerns about the second charge on the invoice. They reversed that charge and sent me a check for the amount I questioned. In my opinion they did the right thing. I had no problem with their work and would use them again.

The technician was very helpful and courteous. Just expected an estimate, but he was able to do some of the work. For the amount of work, it was a little pricey, but I think that’s just the industry, now.

You need to double-check the cost-effectiveness of the estimates provided.

Nice service rep; only gave me an estimate, but charged for a service call which I did not know, but it was ok. I will be better able to asess once the work is done.

Vince came out within an hour after we contacted him, he did an excellent job troubleshooting the leak so we didn't have to pay any extra for his time. He fixed it and did a great job explaining possible causes and future fixes plus anaswering all my uneducated questions. I would definitely recommend Vince to anyone needing a plumber.

Armstrong came out and gave us a quote for a whole home repipe. They were not the cheapest but the quote was the most comprehensive and professional of the five we received. The work was completed quickly with little mess left behind. Great to do business with them. The employees were professional, receptive to our input, and engaged.

Well they put in a new water line, but they broke my sprinkler main line filled it up with dirt, they did repair that, however, most of my springers now do not work!! Very frustrated.

They told us on the phone that we would have toilet service and we did not. The person on the phone should not have promised that. Not plumbers problem. He was great.
