Exceeding expenses. My repair was less than a hour at $675.00. That's outrageous. I accepted this bid because it was the least expensive of my 3 bids. Not sure how plumbers remain in business. Very disappointing for people on fixed incomes.

They called because they were going to be early which was great! It took very little time to isolate the issue with my sump pump and fix it. They also gave great advice for ways to mitigate this issue from reoccurring. They serviced my home at a very reasonable rate. I received all of my documentation and receipt of payment via email within 5 minutes of them leaving my property. I am very happy with my experience.
