Great job, very professional

Good experience in setting the appointment after purchasing the Buy It Now Deal, responsive, and easy to set an apppointment with the time frame I wanted. Crew of two showed up on time, or even a few minutes early, courteous, took note of the work I wanted and got right on it. Overall good experience, this is the first time I have used this vendor, and the first time I have used a service for window cleaning. I'd like to see a better experience cleaning hard water spots, otherwise happy with the work.

A father & son team showed up on time. Father was very professional, hard working. The son is a bit lay back. Overall, they did a great job. My windows were super clear after cleaning. Be aware that each side of the same window is consider 1 window. If you want both side cleaned, it will count as 2 windows. Each additional window will run about $3-5, sill a good bargain.

It was good, but they ended up not being able to clean one of the windows because I had to leave before I could let my dog out of the house for them to finish the last window. The responsiveness and professional was excellent!

I was not here when the srvice was done. I had the work done when a house sitter was here. She reported that everything went well. I was disappointed that it cost another 50.00 to have 2 extra windows cleaned. I would use them again if I was in a better financial situation, but did not think this was a great deal price wise.

I used this company with an Angie's List Big Deal and the were great. Easy to schedule, they were on time and courteous. They completed the job to my satisfaction. Thanks!

They were prompt and professional. WE had never used a contractor for window cleaning before so Iw as curious how it owuld go. We live in a tri-level and my husband does not want to dangle from the top of a ladder and clean those upper windows any more. These guys had no trouble with that, or with our double windows.

llTwo workers (I believe a father and hi son) arrived right on schedule. They introduced themselves and asked for a house walk through so they could most efficiently organize the job. They were friendly, conscientious and most professional .... and the windows were spotless when the job was finished. I will call them again next year!

Two people arrived to do the job. I think it was a father and his teenage son. The father was very polite, courteous, and seemed interested in doing a good job. Unfortunately we were left with many streaked windows even after we pointed it out and they redid a few of them. We were not happy with the results and ended up rewashing some of the windows that we could reach ourselves.

Service was great, professional people, and they did some really hard windows to clean - huge with big sun blocking screens that had to be removed and reinstalled. Costs were clear up front. Only issue was overall quality, not bad but not super,but certainly a great value for the price. Think that could be mitigated by being very specidic about the outcome you want..

Did very well. Polite, thorough, did a very good job. Only issue was it was raining on original appointment date and it was a few hours into the time window when they were supposed to arrive before I got a call canceling the appointment and rescheduling. Ideally it would have come earlier. Otherwise would recommend!

The work had to be postponed due to a big storm, but the reschedule was done promptly and to my availability.. The subcontractor, Joe, arrived right at the appointed time in a well worn personal pickup and not a company truck which made me initially very cautious. Joe did have a company shirt on, but he had is son with him who was not professionally dressed at all - long cutoff shorts and a sweatshirt. When I asked about the truck he said the company one had broken down and rather than not working he was using his own vehicle. It is on this basis alone that I down rated the professionalism from an A to a B. This is a two story house with 9 foot ceilings so he was way up in the air for most of the 100 ft. He promptly cleaned the gutters and cleaned up any mess that happen to fall down while his son did a small section of gutter at the first story standing on a tall stepladder. Joe did excellent work. I cannot say as much for his late-teenage son. He spent the whole time hooked up to an Ipod and moved as slowly as he could, letting his father do a majority of the work. It looks like dad is paid by the job and the son is paid by the hour! My only issue is that they dumped the muck from the gutter into my trashcan. Usually, tradespeople haul away their own waste unless they make prior arrangements or at least ask if they can use your can. Joe's son did neither and just dumped it in my can. Not a big deal, but it speaks to professionalism. )Moved the professionalism B to C on this basis. Joe also does windows for America's Best and I would hire him anytime to do either gutters or window. However, I would specify he brings a helper other than his son.

The team took longer than I expected (which I viewed as a good sign). They methodically went around all of the gutters (top and bottom floors) and removed debris that had accumulated since I purchased the home about 11 years ago. They actually came upon some of the original construction material which had been left in the gutters since the home's construction! Was very happy with the quality of the work -- though I certainly didn't go up on the roof to examine their handiwork.

Arrived on time, did job efficiently. We were pleased with result,.

I purchased the new equipment and the serviceman installed them . He had to pick up some additional parts and was able to complete the job in a very short time.

The answering service or business end of this deal was quite accommodating and pleasant. No problem scheduling for my convenience. This father son duo showed up on time and proved to be very considerate of my house and me. I rated the price as good as I had a bid for less money from another company. But then who knows the kind of job that would have been done. I would have liked the window tracks to have been cleaned even if more money was required. I should have clarified this.

They didn't communicate hardly at all. Came in and were gone.

Windows that were cleaned were done well. However, firm wanted $5.00 additional above their maximum for the $149 for each pane cleaned regarless of size. That was $5 inside plus $5 outside and some windows had 4 panes requiring $40 additional. The value of the service was stated at $249. Seems like I should have gotten all my windows cleaned for that. I was left with about 40 % of my windows on a 2100 sf house uncleaned. Not a good deal.

Great - they were pretty self managing.

They were on time. I had to pay extra for extra linear footage. They cleaned the rain gutters,(sort of) but didn't clear the down spouts. They did not drain after I sprayed water onto the roof. I had to pay another service to clear them out.
