Service was fair. I have a lot of blinds and awnings in my house and these people would not go up and take off the screwings to clean the window. I use another service provider now and they seem to have no problem about it because there is actually a way from the inside to take the window out and clean it and they put it all back. But these guys seemed to have all the excuses for not being able to do that.

The service went alright. We had them clean quite a few windows. The technicians were nice and courteous. They got the job done. I had no problem scheduling the deal.

I made a Big Deal purchase with them. I liked it. I used them twice. They were very fast. There were no extra charges. They were not trying to sell me something. They showed up. They did their job and then left. My overall experience was a "B" because he missed a window but it was kind of a hidden window so it was understandable. Their pricing was good.

My experience was just fine. They did a good job, but not an excellent job. It was a learning process for me to hear what they consider a window.

They were good. They did the both my gutters and my downspouts. They came out and did what they said they were going to do. I then hired them to do another job for me too. They power washed my house. They also cleaned up after well themselves.

It went ultimately well. The window stuff originally didn't work out but then they were really good at coming back and replacing it. In the end, all is well.

America's Best was okay. I misunderstood kind of what the services were so I ended up paying more. I understood the deal to be window cleaning, meaning inside and out, the deal was whatever window it was that was on the deal was inside or outside. I ended up kind of going down where I wanted and having them both sides of the window. Quite honestly, I wasn't personally there when they did the work, it was my partner so I didn't interact with them so I cannot give you any input on as far as level of service. I think they were fine and I would probably use them again but I wouldn't be opposed to looking for another vendor either, nothing really stood out at least in my interaction with them, my partner didn't indicate if he was either wowed or disappointed so I think the level of service was fine. I don't have anything to compare them to, this is the first time I hired anybody to do my window.

Everything turned out well. The two-man crew arrived on time and did a good job with the cleaning.

I didn't really like it. There were no good parts. I bought the special but when they came in they said it only covered part of the gutter cleaning for the house. To cover the rest of it, they gave me quote that was actually more than what I quoted from another company. I didn't want to just ask them to leave, so I said okay. They did it part of the job but not all of it. It's still dirty. They cleaned the gutter but didn't clean the downspout. I still have problems Another company finished it. I didn't have a good experience. They did respond quickly.

They came out shortly after I purchased the Big Deal. They were great! They did not charge me anymore for the service. They sent out two guys and did my windows so fast it was ridiculous!

It was not so good. The two guys that came out went through it and did it pretty fast. They did the service probably around the same time that I purchased the big deal because we were trying to get these things done and we stayed with the purchase price of the deal. The quality of their work was not very good. They went through it rather fast and when they were done, a lot of the windows did not look like they had been cleaned all that well. Their price was fine and they were very responsive but I would probably not use them again in the future.

I have a 1750 sqft house and I thought the $89 deal for the gutter cleaning will do it. But they told me that they will only cover around 1000 sqft house so I need to pay to cover additional sqft and I end up paying another 50. The job is done well and everything but I just don't feel it's really a good deal.

They cleaned a total of 15 windows. There was one person. The quality of his work was good but maybe they could do a better job of communicating. They left the job halfway through and I assumed they were coming back but I ended up having to call the office. However, I would use this company again.

The service was ok. They cleaned ten windows including screens both inside and out. We have some very high windows and after they left I noticed they left streaks on some of the windows.

We had purchased a big deal for the service, and it worked out fine. The deal was for a certain number of panes, and so I had to pay extra. Otherwise they did a fine job.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and they did a great job. They came within two days after purchasing the Big Deal. They evaluated my windows and were very efficient. I did not have to pay any additional charges and they were very nice. I was very pleased with the price. I have a good feeling a year later about it. I thought they were very fair about the way they evaluated my windows. They were really busy, but they came out within two days.

The cleaning was fine but the going back and forth with the people was not good for me. I would never use them again because of the adminstration but the people that did the work did a good job. It went a little over the basis of the coupon. They showed up when they said they would and cleaned all the windows in a timely manner. I had to call two times and go through a couple of hoops.

It was fine and they did a good job. I had them clean some stuff that wasn't included in the deal, like the window screens, which was another $20.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was okay. I wasn't impressed with it. I asked him to clean the gutters and they were still clogged up. He spent maybe half an hour but I don't think he really checked to see if they were still clogged or not, so I wasn't too happy. The price was okay. The quality of the work was not good. I had to go up and clean the gutters myself.
