Description of Work: I purchased the Big Deal, $99 for Spring Window Cleaning. It was a long time ago, I don't remember the cost, but as usual, I had to spend more money once the contractor got out here. The work was sub-contracted out to a third party who did a mediocre job. The windows looked dirty to me a week after he left, and he was mostly interested in selling me on other services.

Description of Work: I purchased a $99 Big Deal for spring window cleaning in 2012. They cleaned the lower floor windows. The owner came with his teenage son who seemed like he didn’t want to be there. There were smears left on the windows from the ones that the son did. I understand that it was a hot day and they came out around noon, but the Dad was the one working outside – the son was inside! There were no additional fees associated with the Big Deal.

Description of Work: The service provider failed to show up every time after scheduling appointment THREE times. Not even a courtesy phone call after no-show. The first day on Feb 28, 2013 I had to take a day off from work (day off without pay). I kept waiting for 2 hours since they said they would be here between 1-3 PM. We called them around 2:30 PM and got to know that they will not come as their vehicle broke down. We were ticked off as we had to call them and they did make any attempt to contact us. We then insisted them to give an appointment for a Saturday. So, we got Saturday March 23. March 23 the same thing happened, 1 hour before the appointment they cancelled saying there was some 'scheduling conflict on their end' and said we would send someone on Sunday March 24 between 2 and 4 PM but no one showed up. Not even a courtesy call.

Description of Work: Cleaned outside windows we couldn't reach. Be sure that if you get an estimate from this company that they know if you are on a hill. They washed a few windows and then called their dispatcher to tell them we were on a "cliff" (was really a hill) and the dispatcher called me to tell me each window would cost more to clean. They accepted my reasoning that I would not pay extra for the windows already cleaned because I didn't know they would charge extra. They did a good job though.

Description of Work: The workmen arrived on time, were very friendly, and did a great job. I noticed a bit of streaking when the sun hit two windows after the work was done. I was able to wipe them with a soft cloth to remove the streaks. I would use this company again.

+ -1 moreDid a great job, and were very professional. Got all the accumulated sludge out and didn't leave any mess. They were a little late from the window given, and it cost more than I expected, but in hindsight it was worth it. The coupon covered 100 feet, I just didn't know that I had 69 more feet. It was charged at $1.50 each foot over 100. My house is about 2000 square feet for comparison sake.
