00Workmen arrived on time, completed work in a timely manner.

The gentleman who came to our house was nice and set to work right away. It took 2 visits to get all of the windows done and some never did look completely clean, but then again we have true divided light windows and they are pretty difficult to clean!

Was given a fair price and workers were very polite. I just wasn't thrilled with the thoroughness of the cleaning. Fair, not great.

Everything seemed fine. I had no complaints. I was satisfied. Unfortunately they knocked a little planter pot hanging by my back door down & broke it. I didn't receive any compensation, but I didn't expect to. They did clean that mess.

They arrived on time, smoking. Cleaned out gutters.....I am assuming they did the entire gutter. I didn't climb ladder to check, although I probably should have, in hindsight. They spent some time trying to convince me to let them clean my windows. After leaving all the goop and leaves from the gutters on the ground around my house, directly below the gutters, as well as their cigarette butts, they left.

Worker came out promptly to my home. He had his young son, less enthusiatic, working with him. I requested him to redo some of windows because it had streaks nad smudges. After they left, I had to reclean a few windows. I also had to dry water than ran down from windows.

Will never use them again; way too much competent competition for window cleaning to risk using this outfit.

Overall I was satisfied with the service. .

Arrived in an unmarked truck. I expected the business name on the side. Introduced me to his son immediately. He told me he is the kind of Dad that wants to keep his college age son busy and on the straight and narrow to stay out of trouble so the son comes along when he can. Very nice young man and great Dad. They measured the gutters because anything over 100 ft would be 1.50 per foot extra. I knew and understood this. There was a misunderstanding about the price at first. Went from 200.00, to 181.00 when I questioned the footage, then after I got the receipt from the 2006 gutter install showing the actual footage, the actual additional price was 169.50. This could have been misunderstanding on my part. There was an area that needed sealant inside the gutter. This was told to me after the gutters were all screwed back together. I wish it was taken care of at the same time. Now I need to take it apart again. I am not handy.

The job went well except they didn't have the proper equipment to do our second floor windows completely.

The "deal" that I bought the come-on was 22 windows for $129. When I called to set the appointment I was asked about my windows the friendly receptionist/scheduler asked me about my windows. She then told me that each of the following conditions applied: - The inside and the outside of each window counts individually; that is a small bathroom window downstairs would count as 2 windows. - Ok, so let's just do the outsides... - Windows larger than, oh I don't remember exactly, about 32-36" that opened (double hung or sliders) each counted as 2 windows. - Windows larger than 30 or so inches that don't open count as 2 windows. - Picture windows (windows wider than 60" or have 3 panes) count as 3 windows. So, now my house that has 10 windows upstairs - including 1 picture window, and 14 windows downstairs - including 2 picture windows, and 5 higher placement windows that don't open is now considered to be a house with what they consider "86 windows" if you count them the way they do. The friendly gal on the phone suggested that I might "like to buy the "bigger package deal" Ummm, no. The main reason I bought the package in the 1st place was so that I wouldn't have to get on a ladder outside to wash the higher windows. So - for $129 I got 9 actual (albeit 1 very large) windows washed, and 3 other high windows downstairs washed. Hmmm, math didn't seem to be what I expected. That being said, the gentleman who came out to do the work was cheerful, diligent and did a good job. I would hire him again in a heartbeat... but alas I don't believe I'll be calling a "Professional Window Cleaning" Service (i.e. phone bank farm out to subcontractors) again.

The gentlemen arrived on time, were well groomed and polite. They clean all the windows efficiently and well.

The workers arrived on time and were very nice. It appeared one worker was more skilled than the other who was a relative. They were very pleasant but were done in less than an hour. As soon as they left I noticed one large window appeared to have been sprayed with a cleaner but was was not wiped down so the liquid ran down the window. I would have called the cleaners and probably caught them before they left the area but I did not have their cell phone numbers. You have to call the 800# and I was told in my inital contact that email works best and from experience I learned they usually got back to you the within 24 hours and not necessarily the same day. Regardless, I was annoyed and was not going to take another day off to have someone come back and wipe down the window. I have since had 2 screens pop off because they were put put back properly. Ironically two neighbors with the exact same model of house contacted window cleaners in the area (that were recommended by friends). Both received much better 'deals' at 120.00 which included the inside windows, outside windows and screens and more importantly they were able to interact with someone locally without calling a toll free number.

The people at the home office are very efficient and seem to know their jobs very well. The actual window cleaners did not do a professional quality job. Several windows had streaks and the edges of the windows were not cleaned. I called the office and notified them that at least 4 windows had very noticeable streaks and dirty edges. They scheduled a redo and the second person I spoke with said she would have them do the entire job over. Also, they would send a different crew. Well the same crew showed up on the right day but the wrong time. They only wanted to clean the 4 windows instead of a complete redo. They had another stop to make.

The outside of the windows were cleaned better than I would have done, the inside not quite as well. Over all, I will use them again.

Father and son team showed up as scheduled. Son acted like he didn't want to be here but dad was very professional. They washed five exterior window sides and then took a cigarette break out in their truck. Got on a ladder and washed the interior side of a window high above the front door. The sun was shining on the windows and he couldn't get it clean before the heat evaporated with water. When they were ready to leave I found a screen needed to be replaced on one window. The son replaced the screen and we later determined that the window had not been washed. Not a well executed job. How difficult can it be to wash windows?

I’m in northern CA and they are in southern CA and I specifically asked if that was going to be a problem before I scheduled the first time. They assured that it would not. We moved everything away from the windows both inside and out because they told us they would be here between 8-11. They call at 9:30 and tell me that they won’t be able to make it. The closest time that we were able to reschedule for was Monday afternoon, but the closest time that would fit with both our schedules was the 28th.

They were very responsive to set up appointment for cleaning. They came and we walked through the house to decide which windows and screens were to be cleaned. At the end they charged me an extra $24 ($2 per screen). I should have looked over the job before they left because I later noticed they did not clean the windows or screens to 2 windows in the master bedroom. They also did not clean 12 screens as charged. After calling several times and speaking with Desirre at the main hub the local manager finally called me back and said they would be there Thurs or Fri and would do extra to make up for missing the windows. No one showed up as promised. They came back the following Monday (over 3 wks from the original cleaning date). Unfortunately I was talking on the phone and did not show them the missed windows, but they also did not come to me to ask which windows were missed. They recleaned some of the front windows and after about 5 minutes talking on the phone I went out to show them the missed windows but they were already gone! I went back inside to check to see if the missed windows were cleaned and they WERE NOT! UNBELIEVABLE. I immediately called back the main hub to see if they weren't too far away so they could come back and finish the job since it took them so long to get back the first time. Got a call back later in the day and was told the person I needed to talk to was not in the office that day but would leave a message with her. This was 5 days ago and still have not heard back!!!

They came out promptly. There were two men that came out to do the job. One of them worked inside and one worked outside. It cost extra to have them clean our screens, $2 for each screen and $4 for each additional window. They were in and out in no time. The edges of the windows were still dirty. They left cleaning marks on the windows, some parts of the windows were not touched, which left cleaning streaks.

These guys were great! Joe and Curtis arrived when expected and were super nice and friendly. Joe took the time to explain what he would do and walked around and counted all the windows I wanted washed and the screens. They both worked quickly and did a beautiful job. I will definitely recommend them to all my friend and will be using them again. Thumbs up for these guys!!

Arrived within the time indicated which was between 11:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. Employees were very polite and responsive. This is the first time I used this company because of the "Big Deal". I have been using this other company for gutter cleaning the last 2 years and since there was only a $10 difference in cost will probably return to "Perfectly Clear" in the Fall.

I got a 'big deal' to clean a certain length of gutters and downspouts. It took several calls in order for me to get a reply from them, but once I did I was able to get them scheduled pretty quickly. The guys who came were very nice and professional. I haven't climbed up to see how clean things are but they were able to get to areas that I was not able to reach on my own and clean out the downspouts that I wasn't able to do myself. They cleaned up after themselves. Overall much easier and cleaner than me doing it on my own. I guess they clean windows too.

Well satisfied with the job performed. Came with the appropriate equipment to perform the job and the clean-up.
