Description of Work: Arrived on time. I have a small one story home. Had to pay extra for inside cleaning/screens. Cleaning of my bedroom indow was not completed. Sometimes my pool sweep tosses water on the winow so this window needs a little extra elbow power. Anyway not really happy with the job-just ok...Nice enough guys, too expensive for the service I received. Also they were in a hurry to get to their next job so...

Description of Work: I called the office and spoke to Amanda and asked them to define what a “window” is since the Big Deal was for 20 windows. They consider a “window” a single side of a window, not both inside and outside. Because my windows have a fixed pane in the center and a slider on either side, they said that each one would be considered 3 “windows”. If I wanted both inside AND outside, each window would be 6 “windows” and because they considered these “specialty windows” there would be an additional $5 charge for them, plus an additional $2 for each screen I wanted done, too. The real deal-breaker was charging an extra $5 per window because they were defined as “specialty windows”, the rest I could have dealt with. Amanda was very polite, but when I spoke other companies about the same job, they didn’t define them as specialty windows. I gave them a “C” because I didn’t feel that the offer made in online coupon was the offer they gave me over the phone.
