Description of Work: This job was our second Heat Pump project - the first was done @ 1980 when we abandoned our "split" system and installed our first heat pump. After over 30 years, we needed to install a more energy efficient model and based on our prior experience, we called All Year. We contracted for a complete change-out of the heat pump, ducts, vent covers, and thermostat. The only snag we hit was that we were having a new roof and attic insulation done at the same time and a temporary condensate drain was forgotten. Well, of course it rained!! After @ a week of rain our living room ceiling caved in! Water had been dripping in the attic all this time. Our living room was void of furniture because we had just finished stripping and oiling the hardwood floors. So, no furniture damage but our beautiful floors were ruined. All Year jumped in immediately (I mean within an hour of the "cave-in") cleaned up the mess, sealed the hole in the ceiling, and installed a temp drain. When the ceiling sheetrock dried, All Year had the repairs done, including painting. After almost a year the floors finally dried out and All Year, yet again, had the floors re-sanded and oiled with the exact materials we had used. Mark was our foreman and was on top of the job all the way. Even with the mishap, which we feel was an honest oversight, we would recommend All Year to anyone.
