Description of Work: All Pest Pros purchased JH Pest Pros who we used before. The company arrived on time and were professional in appearance. My wife and I felt that the crew had been working with the company for less than one month. During the inspection and treatment the crew called their main office at least three times relative to our treatment. They did spray for outdoor insects around the house and we've had cockroaches in the kitchen every night. In addition whe applying the outdoor repellent the crew punctured our side pvc pipe which now shoots up a fountain of water on the side of our house. Thinking of going to small claims court to settle. All Pest Pro did notice some minor wood rot on our patio cover, which they said could not be repaired by them. We'll have to find our own contractor for this work. JH Pest control had found a similar problem two years ago and worked with us on finding a carpenter to address the problem to our satisfaction.|Not going with this company again, too bad!

Description of Work: cleaned out old insulation in the attic and replaced with new insulation (loose, blow-in type). Inspected for rodents and patched any entryways into the attic. The staff were professional and considerate and kept my home clean. | |The only complaint was that the clean-out took all day, and then, because of rainy weather, the replacement insulation could not be blown in for more than three weeks. The owner addressed the problem to ensure it got done as soon as possible, despite ongoing rain, and apologized for any unnecessary delay. The job was well done.

Description of Work: We knew we had a rat problem because they had chewed a hole in the piping in our furnace. There was a large amount of rat feces in the attic so we hired All Pest Pros. On the first day of service someone came and checked the roof and put in barriers so that the rats couldn't get in, on the second day a team came and vacuumed out all of the insulation and debris in the attic and then sprayed a disinfectant on everything in the attic. They set some rat traps and came back two times to check. So far, no more rats. They guarantee their service for a year. We then had to hire someone else to blow in new insulation. In the past, All Pest Pros did the new insulation but they are currently not providing this service. We were pleased with the service.
