All Pest Pros removed existing insulation, cleaned attic and sealed any potential rodent entry points and replaced w/new insulation. They also secured the house against rodent ability to access by reconstructing access doors under the house, closed off all exterior rodent entry points around the structure and placed traps to assure the sealing was effective. Staff was professional, courteous and responsive. The work was done to our satisfaction. We live on an acreage w/surrounding acreage properties. Squirrels, racoons, skunks, mice and rats have multiple places to live. We've had no rodent or any other animal accessing under our house or in the walls or attic since All Pest Pro secured it.

Set rat traps, checked previous traps, checked attic and roof for entry points

The call and make an appointment, then call very late the same day to say sorry, we couldn't make it today. Then instead of rescheduling, they just show up. I have a pool, so my gates have to be locked for child security. If they show up and I'm not home, they can't treat the backyard, witch is another appointment & trip out to me.

They came to remove a rat from our attic. There was a live rat caught in a previously laid trap (more than a year before). It was flailing about so we appreciated the fast response. Arrived on time and was very nice. We now have them on our list of service providers as a first call.

They removed all the old insulation in my attic, sanitized the area, and replaced the insulation with a better green product that exceeds the R rating in my area. They sealed all openings into my home (via doors, crawl spaces, etc.) and set traps in my home, in the attached garage/storage area, and in the attic. This is where I believe they could do a better job. No one called or returned to check on the traps unless I called to report a catch. I still have one trap set inside my house and two in my storage area. I have no idea if the one in the attic is still set. It just seems that common courtesy would lead them to do more follow up and offer to remove the traps if no longer needed. As for the price, it seemed a bit high (I'm retired and it was a struggle) but since I was being held hostage by the rodents, it was well worth it. I would use them in the future but would try to negotiate the fee.

Treated for termites and insulated attic

In March of 2013 we had them control and exclude all rodents from the attic. They removed all old insulation, sealed all entry holes(one the size of a basketball, hepa vac all dropping and disinfected the attic. They installed new insulation and set traps should any return. We did have rodents return after a couple of months and they found a hole which had not sealed, sealed and reset traps. This month we called them again because noises were heard over the master bedroom. They came out immediately and checked for rodents, found they were attempting to enter around flashing but all was secure and traps were all checked.

I called for a consultation regarding a pest issue and when they showed up they told me that they would have to reschedule because of the weather. It had been raining the previous day and instead of calling me to reschedule, they kept the appointment just to tell me and missed a day of work for nothing. Also, instead of apologizing and rescheduling immediately, I was told to call their office to set up another appointment. Very unprofessional and unresponsive.

They were late for the appointment. They are very professional to keep everywhere clean.

Arrived late,did not have well trained staff. Did a terrible job.

They came several hours late. They vacuumed the rodent droppings. They did good jobs in sealing the rodent access using nets and door-sweeper. They put traps and will collect them several weeks later.

They were a few hours late. They drilled holes on the concrete to put toxins into the soil and also drilled holes on the baseboard to put toxins into the studs behind the walls. They put gel-like baits to kill the termites. They sprayed the house, then they fumigated it. We like this service with 3 years of warranty.

So far no rats!! They set traps but nothing has come back...well worth it although a bit pricey for the rat proofing part of the plan.Worth it to me since I did not want to up on the roof looking for rodent entry points...way to many!! The reinsulation part of the estimate was totally in line with other bids I got.

I had a HUGE rat infestation in my home. All Pest Pros came out (Shane was the technician, he was wonderful, Arnie was the inspector, he was also very good), performed an inspection of the exterior of the building, and identified many holes that the builder had simply not sealed. They sealed the holes on the roof, siding, and crawlspace access points. After sealing the holes, the technician set a bunch of traps (I insisted they use no poison due to the secondary poisoning threat to wildlife, and the technician was fine with that). Then he came back and back and back, sealing up a couple of holes he missed, and walking the perimeter of the building every time he was here to see if he missed anything. My place was a challenge because rats kept showing up, and each time Shane diligently and intelligently tried to figure out where they were getting in. In other words, he didn't just say, well it should be fine now. He followed up and as long as I found rat turds in my house, he kept searching for entry points and setting new traps. Finally, we got the last three rats, and now, over two months later, I have not seen any evidence of any rodents in my house or garage. They were not cheap but they were worth every penny. They did an estimate to disinfect my attic and replace the insulation (for $6400), but I decided not to do that at this point. Also, I live over two hours away from their business and both guys that were here were always punctual and willing to do whatever it took. I think the technician probably came back six or seven times before it was all over. I've recommended them to everyone I know who has a rodent infestation.

I thought their price was too high, so I eventually negotiated it down a little bit. They brought it down, so I give them credit for that. The initial contact with them unfortunately was with one kid who wasn't experienced and sort of immature. Eventually I got some experienced people to deal with it and it worked out fine.

The estimate was outrageous. They wanted to completely remodel my attic. They wanted to re do the insulation and add R38 insulation. They wanted to do more than I was willing to pay for a couple of mice to be removed. They did not offer any other options. I would have appreciated a lower price option as well.

We kept hearing noises for quite some time; so I called All Pest Pros from information on Angie's List. Without other estimates, etc., our decision was based on their inspection and our reviewing of what needed to be done, and we selected them to begin immediately. On the day of the inspection, the inspector sprayed the outer limits of our yard to help stop any other "varmints" away from the house and entering through holes under our roof line which we could never have seen if they had not inspected and showed us. The next routine was to spend 2 whole days closing up all holes left open by our builder!!! and setting traps as a precaution while completing the process of removing all insulation, clearing, disinfecting & de-odorizing using a special "orange spray" in the entire attic space. Final step was to replace ALL of the insulation with a better insulation than we had before (8 inches) to (approximately 12 inches). They also left a couple of traps even tho they had closed all holes to check later as another precautionary step. We will contact them later for closure on this step. We HAVE NOT heard any critters since they left!! I recommend their work! We were given some cost breaks due to Angie's List and being senior citizens, and it did help with the costly repair!

All Pest Pros were good. We have a couple of more estimates to go and then we're going to make our decision. He seemed very professional and very informative and polite. Their punctuality was great. They were actually a few minutes early.

Some of the hottest days we had they worked through it. We know we had one of the worst filthy attics - previous owners did not have soffit vent covers on most of the house when we bought this in 2000 - we found desiccated squirrels, tons of rat droppings, and even had birds and bees nesting in the attic. The guys had never seen an attic this bad. They worked up until they could not take the heat any longer (temps at 110 in the attic). They were on time, prompt, friendly, cleaned up after themselves. They even managed to overcome equipment difficulties and got the job done. The return inspections have show no rat activity in the attic and we have no additional entry points.

All in all it went well. An estimate was provided that I thought reasonable and a date / time was set. The crew was on time and finished removal and cleanup in one day. I requested that a week be provided between removal and installation so I could do some other work myself in the cleaned attic; this was provided with no issue. They returned to install blow-in insulation and duct work, again on time. I did notice that the insulation was not as deep as was contracted; I contacted the company the next day and on review they agreed with me and the crew returned to install the additional insulation.

They wanted to plug holes where mice were sneaking in. I was going to be overcharged. I did the work myself. They wanted $1,500 for the job. They also wanted to redo insulation as well since they said the rats have chewed it up.

The work was great. They sealed up areas and set traps. Everything worked out well.

They were fabulous from top to bottom. We had 3 other companies try to fix them problem, and they were the only ones who were able to fix the issue. They were able to seal off the outside. They completely cleaned out the area and disinfected the attic. They came back to check to make sure everything was still sealed off.

They put bait in the ceiling and traps outside. They did a great job and I was very pleased with their work. They were very professional. Their pricing was reasonable.

UPDATE: I want to commend the customer service level and responsiveness of the All Pest Pros managers and technicians who work in the field. They are serious about what they do. I am happy that they renewed my warranty and I would recommend them to any homeowner who needs termite work or rats exterminated. The only potential challenge could be dealing with the office staff. You will never experience problems with the field technicians. They are prompt and motivated. They do their utmost to eradicate the rats. My attic remains rat-free.
