These guys let me know that I am safe and taken care of. Their pricing is comparable to similar companies. The crew that came out was highly professional, efficient and the office was easy to get a hold of. This is top notch service.

They had installed our alarm many years ago and we had kept them on with monitoring. I was not happy with the wiring they had done although I have not called them to come back and clean up the pile of wires that are exposed. The motion detectors also go off more than they should. We have not had any problems with the door alarms though.

They sent the police once or twice since we moved here twenty years ago. They also have common sense; once my cat made the alarm go off twenty seven times. They figured out it was not normal so they didn't send the police all those times. They are very responsive and they charge a fair price.

The salesman was friendly and easy to work with. They installed the system fast and did a great job making sure there were no exposed wires. I haven t had to have them out for any service calls since they installed the system. The monthly fee is normal for this type of service.

It went fine. They arrived on time and worked almost the whole day installing our alarm system, and they also taught us how it worked. They were very professional and cleaned up after themselves.

The most difficult part of the experience was deciding which home security company to go with. Buy or Lease? Who is telling the truth? It is tough to cut through the sales pitches. They all sound good, but in the end, I determined that they are all pretty equal. All three of the companies that I met with came highly recommended from other clients. In the end, we went with Brinks simply because we were familiar with using Brinks equipment when we take care of our neighbor's home.

I have had no false alarms. The centrally monitored fire alarm is key. Gives me a lot of piece of mind. Very satisfied with their service.

I'm very pleased with their service. Two months ago, my alarm went off when I wasn't home (the motion detector was triggered). ADT called me on my cell phone (they tried calling me at work and home, too). They offered to call the sheriff, but since I was only a few blocks from my house at the time, I told them I'd check it out myself before calling the police. Once I got home and discovered everything was ok (a spider had just crawled across the eye of the motion detector), I called them back and ran a test on my alarm system just to make sure everything was working properly. They were very helpful and guided me through the process.

I have used this company for about 10 years. Every three years or so, there will be some glitch as a battery wears out or a smoke detector gets too dusty. When that happens there can be a hassle (including firemen coming to your door!), but overall the service works smoothly and gives me a lot of peace of mind. They are also very easy to get on the telephone when you want to update some information or give them a vacation notice.

Previous to moving, everything went well. When we moved into the next home, Brinks rep did not show up for appts to get system installed (we were still in 2 year contract). When a tech finally showed up a couple months later, we got our quote for the new system. Oh, and by the way, it was considered ''re-upping'', and we were forced to sign another 3 year contract. When that tech came back to actually do the work, he found he had been wrong about the original quote. Our house couldn't support their system (after he ripped a hole in the wall) so he said the main office would cancel our contract. They didn't ''cancel'' it. They sent us to a collection agency and tried to ruin our credit. It took several months of phone calls and letters to the local and national office, BBB, and calling KCRA channel 3 to get them to clear our records. And they were amazingly condescending & quite rude about it.

Vince was the installer and did a very good job and left my house clean after all the drilling and wiring that had gone on all day.

The estimate process went well and salesman was very nice. However, when we decided not to buy his service, he became rude and insisted that we don't care for our children's well-being and security; big turn-off to say the least.

The window alarm attachments keep falling off. The repair person stood me up for my appointment five times, and complained to me about his boss/ the ADT admin on two different visits to my house. The repair man hid in his truck after one visit, and explained that he wanted it to appear that it took longer to fix my system, so he didnt have to do the last house on his list that day. Dealing with their admin on the phone is a nightmare (not responsive or helpful), the repairs have been often and painful, and we cant wait for our contract to be over so that we can use another company.

THEY DID A WONDERFUL JOB INSTALLING THE ALARM SYSTEM. I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THEIR SERVICES. WE HAVE NOT HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH THE SYSTEM SINCE THEY INSTALLED IT.

THEY ARE VERY NICE PEOPLE. THEY DO A VERY GREAT JOB. WE HAVE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH THEM. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO EVERYONE. THEY HAVE NEVER MADE ANY MISTAKES.

THEY ARE A NATIONWIDE COMPANY & I FEEL THEY KEEP OUR HOME SAFE. THEY HAVE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, & ARE ALWAYS VERY INFORMATIVE & HELPFUL. I THINK THE PRICE IS GREAT FOR THE ONE-ON-ONE ATTENTION CUSTOMERS GET.

THEY DID A REALLY GOOD JOB. THEY ARE REALLY NICE PEOPLE. THEY GOT THE JOB DONE IN A VERY GOOD AMOUNT OF TIME. THEY WEREN'T EVER LATE FOR THE JOB. I THINK THEIR MONTHLY CHARGE IS REASONABLE.

I HAVE SEVEN PROPERTIES WITH THIS SYSTEM INSTALLED. I HAVE NOT HAD A PROBLEM YET. THE COMPANY IS WELL KNOWN. THEY DO GOOD WORK. THEY ARE REALLY VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

I THINK THIS COMPANY IS VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY TAKE CARE OF US WONDERFULLY. THEY ARE A WONDERFUL COMPANY. THEY ARE ALSO VERY RESPONSIVE. IF THEY NOTICE ANYTHING, THEY ARE ON IT RIGHT AWAY.
