I can say that they did a fine job. I have no problems with the system. I pay monthly for the service, and everything is in working order. I never really had the system go off, but I was told that if, and when it does, I will be notified via my cell phone, and home phone of what is going on. The service has been great so far.

I met ADT at a home show, and was really rushed into the whole contract and everything. I needed an alarm for my house and I thought I was signing up for a six month trial. I contacted ADT after the six months, and they told me I had signed a two year contract and I was stuck. The overall alarm system is great, and they do an excellent job of calling if it goes off. However, I really didn't like the way the salesman hooked me. It was partly my fault, but it just gives me a bad feeling toward the company.

Although at first I had to wait over a week for an installation date, when they did arrive, they did a great installation job. The customer service thereafter has been wonderful.
Description of Work: They installed a security system with one motion sensor and two door contacts.

This company is very responsive if the alarm goes off. They always contact me & call the police. If they find a low battery, they write me a letter to let me know about it.

This company did very good. When all the work was finished, it looked very professional. I am satisfied. They did an excellent job. They installed numerous key pads, plus they were reasonably priced. I was very satisfied with my overall experience with this company. They did an excellent job and I would use again.

THEY HAVE BEEN A RELIEF FOR US WHENEVER WE ARE GONE FROM OUR HOME. THERE HAVE BEEN TIMES WHEN OUR ALARM HAS GONE OFF & THEY HAVE CONTACTED THE POLICE FOR US. IT MAKES US FEEL SAFE HAVING THIS SERVICE.

They were excellent. My alarm was actually triggered when I was out of town & they called my cell phone right away. When I didn t answer, they called the next number on my list. They were very prompt & I feel totally safe with them. I know if there is ever a problem they will respond quickly.

WE HAD A HONEYWELL SYSTEM AND CALLED FOR AN UPDATE. HONEYWELL NEVER RETURNED OUR CALLS, BUT ADT NO ONLY RETURNED OUR CALL, BUT SUBMITTED AN ESTIMATE MUCH LOWER THAT ANTICIPATED AND DEMONSTRATED HOW THE HOME MONITORING SYSTEM WOULD BENEFIT US.

OVERALL, THE INSTALLATION WENT WELL. THEY DID ACCIDENTALLY PUT A HOLE IN THE BATHTUB, BUT DID REPAIR (NOT VERY WELL). THEIR RESPONSE TIME AND CHECK UPS HAVE BEEN GREAT; OVERALL A GOOD EXPERIENCE.
