Tony arrived as scheduled for the estimte. He was knowledgable as to the damage and required repair. His quote was comparible to the other 2 quotes we received. We scheduled the repairs and they were finished in a few hours, as promised.

They did fine. They went all around my fence and they nailed it better so it wouldn’t pop out. They did fix the gate but I thought they would do something different. It works now. When I asked them about it they said that wasn’t part of the deal. They just nailed and screwed things together. They were very nice and they were very polite but I had expected something different. They were very punctual and professional. I purchased a $125 wooden fence maintenance package. If it was just nailing things together or for removing things and replacing parts I would use them again in the future.

I had work done by this contractor previously and discussed having my doors painted once installed by another vendor. We discussed the doors would be sprayed, and as the outdoor door was steel, I felt that was the best method. When it came to paint the door, the employee tried painting with a brush and the result was large runs all over the inside of the door, and streaking on the outside. The contractor came by with his employee and discussed the correcting action. and work was started again. This time spraying the door. The exterior of the door now looked worse. and the interior of the door was minus runs, but plus brush marks. Glad I don't have to look at this door every day as it is the exterior into my back yard. There was also a fire door "touched up" and that looks ok. Granted, the contractor was able to fit this job in at fairly short notice, we had weather conditions to contend with, and the work could not commence early in the day. I felt a 2:30 pm start a little late for an exterior door paint. To his credit, the contractor did not charge me for the work. I have decided to paint my new interior doors myself.

He was good. He came out promptly and gave me an estimate through an email. He was pleasant and he listened. He was easy to communicate with. I will consider using them.

Tony came out on 1-14-2013 and gave us a estimate on how much it would cost to replace the fence on the west side of our property. He explained to us in detail what he would do to replace our fence and the material he was going to use and give us a cost estimate which included our discount for using Angies list. We told him to go ahead and schedule the work which he did. The workers showed up on 1-18-2013 at the time scheduled and completed the job that day. The whole experience from Tony to the workers was a pleasant experience and we would use them again for any fence work in the future and highly recommend them. Tony even came out on 1-21-2013 to make sure that we were satisfied with the work done.

The contractor was very nice and stated my A/C fan motor would require replacement, and that his contact could perform the needed work. He stated the man would call in two days to set an appointment; after that time I called and stated that the man had not as yet contacted me. He stated he would call him again. However, I have not heard from either one since.

Very well! Tony immediately contacted me after purchasing the Angie's list deal for tile replacement in the kitchen. He was very flexible with where the tile was purchased, came out for a consultation, and scheduled the install very quickly. He even had an opening and contacted me to perform the install earlier. The work was done quickly and very well. There was one issue with a portion of the grout but they came out next day to resolve it!

Everything went smoothly. Quality work in a timely fashion and a great price. Very easy to do business with.

Tony came promptly and looked at what I wanted done and set a date a few weeks off. The contractor came and framed sheet rocked and textured. He hung the French doors. Then a painter painted the walls and French doors. It took four days and overall I was pleased with the results. I got a member special offer price so I was very pleased with the price.

This was a great experience. Tony, the owner was so wonderful to work with. He went above and beyond my expectations. I'm enjoying showing off my new floor!

I purchased Angie's Deal - 40 hours of general contractor services for $1499. We had dry rot in some flooring and it looked like the shower floor was leaking. I was going to have Roseville replace the shower. However, when they arrived the guys crawled under the house and determined that the leak was from the door, not the pan, and the shower did not need to be replaced. Saved me a bucket of money. They completed the day doing other repairs. We will have them back to do more work to complete the package. The two workers were very polite, comfortable to be around, competent, knowledgeable and energetic. I will hire them again.

The big deal was for 1 bathroom floor for $399. My cost was $941.24 because when Tony was here to do the estimate I decided to do the master bathroom floor too. Francisco did a great job on the floor. I am very happy with the tile floors on both bathrooms. Brian and Tony ran into a problem when they were reinstalling my toilets and we almost had a "flood" when the supply line to the water tank "snapped". We didn't and everything worked out fine but I had to pay extra for the valves and supply lines to the toilet which was OK with me. They needed to replaced one day anyway and I was glad that the line snapped when "they" were here otherwise I would have had a "flood". This company is very responsive to your needs and they did a great job. Yes, if I had another remodeling job to do I would definitely call on Tony and his crew.

I called and emailed Tony about the work that needed to to be retouched. As it stands now I feel I satisfied with the work done but am not sure it was entirely worth $1500. Tony explained that he does not often take work this far from his home base and commuting time was an issue. So he sent 5 people, expecting to finish the work in the time allotted 9 am to 3:30 pm with some items incomplete.

He had enough contacts to help me with everything that needed to be done, which I appreciated. He was very responsive.

They do excellent work & provide top notch customer service

From my initial contact with Tony through the completion of the remodel, he was always on time for appointments and answered all of our questions thoroughly. Tony and his crew were courteous and very professional. The remodel turned out excellent and the work was completed on budget and on time. The few glitches that did occur were taken care of very quickly. I highly recommend Tony/Roseville Construction and we plan on contracting with them for another remodeling project next Spring.

.The offer on Angie's List couldn't have come at a better time! I just purchased the house and the fence needed to be replaced. I had already called Lowe's and they came out and gave me a price quote of $2K + the cost of paint. I saw the email and called Tony and he said it sounded like what I needed done would be perfect for the offer. It was $899 for the fence and $250 to paint it. Not a bad deal! He was very nice and helpful. I will remember Roseville Construction Company for any other possible contsruction needs and I have already recommemded them to a family member.

hichThe above pretty much covers it except for the fence boards that they replaced for me that were extra. My house sits adjacent to a street that dead ends beside it. After the barrier from the county, there is another area that my neighbor and I have planted with. ornamental trees and bushes. It belongs to the county, but we maintain it. A few years ago, the rickety fence that was across the back of this area was badly damaged, which allowed foot traffic to come through from a little used old country one way road. My neighbors and I became very concerned by the thefts that started to happen as a spin off from the foot traffic. The county would not rebuild the fence, so my various neighbors and I pooled out resources and had a new fence built (on county land). That stopped the foot traffic and the thefts. There is a gate in the middle of the fence, which we keep locked. Some vandals tried to break open the gate unsuccessfully, but they did some damage. The company that was here repaired the gate, but did not charge us anything extra!!!

It all took longer than we had hoped. But it went smoothly. Some adjustments were needed but they returned and did that right away.

Great job, only took about 5 hours from start to finish.

I found the contractor through Angie's List and was not disappointed with the way he performed the job from start to finish. I will definitely use this contractor if another project comes up.

Roseville Construction communicates very well. When assessing our project, Tony was very honest in his analysis of the work. The company arrives on time, works efficiently and finishes on schedule. The fence is very durable and looks great!
