Response from Roseville Kitchen & Bath
The first appointment was set, and keep on time. At that appointment we discovered that the property in which the Cusotmer was wanting work to be done on was a commercial property, which was not included in the Big Deal, however I agreed to honor the deal anyway. Being that the work being requested will require permits I gave her the name and number of an architect, which she stated she did contact. She was suppose to contact me once she had secured the required permits. As of this time no permits have been pulled and she has decided it was not going to be worth the cost to proceed with that project. She has also purchased an additional Big Deal that we offered, I did miss the first scheduled appointment for that project. It was rescheduled and I showed up to the address on the Big Deal completed the project. At the time I was about to leave the propertyCustomer arrived and explained to me that this was the wrong property. I agreed to go ahead and perform the service again on a different property at ZERO additional cost to the Customer. I told the Customer that I would be able to do the job on either Tuesday or Wednesday. The second property was completed on Tuesday. I honestly do not know what additionally I could have done, the $1500.00 Big Deal has been refunded not due to me not completing the work but due to the proper/Required permits not being obtained, which was not apart of the big Deal. We cannot legally perform the work requested without the building permits from the city. I am truly sorry that this deal did not work out for you the Customer, I would enjoy the opportunity to work with you again in the future.
