They tore down our old fence and gate and put up new fence and gate. They hauled off all the old rotten wood and cleaned up the yard after themselves. They actually cleaned up the yard better than it was before they got here. They were professional and did beautiful work.

I am a real estate investor and have used Roseville Construction on multiple projects and will continue to do so. He is honest, dependable, on time and on budget. His level of professionalism is only surpassed by his attention to detail. I can not express enough how impressed I have been with working with Tony. He has made my job as an investor so much easier, and one less thing for me to worry about.

I started into the rental property business about 3 years ago. I was introduced to Tony Elliott, the owner of Roseville Construction at that time and had hired him to do the work on the first rental property I purchased. We met at the property and we walked through everything that I wanted to get done, and he made his recommendations as well. He got me a quote within a day, and started working immediately on the property. I am very particular about my rental properties and want them to look perfect when I put them on the market. Tony got everything done for me in a timely manner, and the finish product was good quality work with attention to detail. Three years later I have 6 rental properties in the Sacramento area and I have hired Tony to do the initial work, and to do the ongoing maintenance for every one of them. More than just the good quality of work, I trust Tony to interface with my tenants because of his professionalism. I have only been in the rental property business for 3 years now but seem to have long term renters,.... because they are pleased with the house and the work that Roseville Construction has done, as well as the maintenance. I would highly recommend this company and will continue to use them on all my projects.

Contacted Roseville Construction, I was referred to them, set an appointment, Tony showed up early. We discussed what I wanted to do then with Tony's guidance and suggestions we came up with a final plan. Interestingly enough Tony actual showed me ways to accomplish what I wanted without spending as much money as I had planned, imagine that a contractor that is trying to save me money. ANyway once the plan was settled on he told me what the cost was going to be and when he could start the project and when it would be completed. The day before the project was planned to Tony called to verify that all was a go and asked if I had any questions. I thought that was a great sign of true customer service. The day came and he and his crew were there and fully ready to work. Now here is the best part of the whole experience when the project came to an end it was 2 days early and more than $1900.00 below the original estimate that I agreed to pay. I will never call another contract as long as Roseville Construction Company and Tony are around. Hands down the best experience I have ever had with a service provider.

From start to end very professional, was informed as to progress on a timely basis. The project came in under original estimate and was completed on time.Overall a GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!! I will not hesitate to call them again.

I just signed a contract with them. He has sub-contracted a painter right now who is fixing the sub-standard job that the first painter I hired did which I have some problems with and probably I will have to coat over because he painted a good portion of my brand new roof. The paint job he has quoted me a price because of the circumstances which is extremely reasonable. He has just been extremely professional and trying to help me out in the situation that I am in. The roofer that I had used had contacted him to look at the paint issues I had and he came over talked about things and I really felt comfortable, liked him because he was referred by the roofer who did an excellent job. So far they have been very honest, great open communication about the issues and the problems and how to remedy the problems that the previous painter did wrong. They don’t move forward without my opinion as a professional painter and have given me the knowledge of what they know to make a decision. The owner is out of town but still he communicates with me and the workers through phone which is really nice.
