Description of Work: First of all trying to schedule with them was difficult. The lady I spoke to didn't seem to know about the deal through Angie's List. It was frustrating and confusing. The two men who arrived were nice but there were added costs on top of the $79 I had already paid for the deal. I did request scotchguarding, which I knew was a little more but the whole time, they kept offering more and more which was frustrating because I couldn't tell if it was part of the deal and included or not. They were only at my residence for approximately 20 minutes or so. My husband had me call after they left because he was angry that I paid an additional $217. When I asked if they had forgotten about my coupon, he explained that the additional services I requested were more. Needless to say, I felt taken advantage of and I paid over $300 when it was all said and done. The whole process did not make sense to me and I didn't like that he did not make it clear at all. I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

Description of Work: Keep It Clean did an excellent job cleaning the carpet on our stairs and hallways. I didn't think anyone could get out the pet stains and odor but they did. And they were able to get us in their schedule the same day I called. I will definitely use them again!

Description of Work: Arrived 3 hours late. Called half hour before arrival to get directions. Did not know the type of cleaning to be done. Had to remind vendor of what we contracted for. Super salesman, talked about himself in all conversations. Had to remind vendor that he needed to use "soap". NEVER again.

Description of Work: I purchased a Big Deal to get my carpets cleaned. I paid more than the initial price of the Big Deal because there were additional charges.

Description of Work: Carpet cleaning, initial charge plus that amount again for pretreatment and scotch guard. Looked good until completely dry, spots still evident after all. Loved the guy who did it, just disappointed that even doubling the money paid to him, job wasn't as expected.

Description of Work: I only had two carpets to clean. He came within a couple of days of my call. He was very professional and recommended a Scotchguard type treatment, which I agreed to. All in all, a good experience.

Description of Work: I purchased a deal for three rooms of carpet cleaning. I also had them clean the hallway. There was an additional cost for the hallway and it was reasonable. He arrived on time and did a good job. Everything went great overall.

Description of Work: Purchased coupon from Groupon for $50 to clean 700 sq feet of carpet. We chose our game room/bar to be cleaned as it had many stains from spilled drinks. They were on time but did a rushed job. Carpet felt crunchy after drying, felt like still had chemicals on it. SEVERAL stains still on carpet, will have redone by another company. Also paid extra to have our tile shower steam cleaned. Shower still looks the same, on my way now to Home Depot to get cleaner to clean it myself.
