My carpets are dirty after I paid over $200 to have them cleaned!

Fast and efficient service, they left my carpet and couches beautifully clean and smelling amazing. And i have six cats, so that's kind of a big deal!

They were great, really funny and really professional at the same time! My house smells good again and the only stain that didn't come out was due to a bleach spill that I knew was permanent. It cost a little more ($30 more) than I expected but it was understandable, I didn't expect to find a 'favorite corner' for my dog either, so they treated it and the smell is gone even a week later. See you in a few months!

My carpets look great. Coit cleaned my carpets over 6 months ago and the stains came back almost the next month. It's been over a month now and my carpets still look great. I would recommend their work. And will most likely have them back next year.

At the time I responded to the offer on Angie's List, I filled out an online form to indicate three possible appointment times, then waited for the company's response to confirm a time. They never responded. One of the most basic company responsibilities is to simply reach out and confirm an appointment after it has been requested. The fact that they didn't do even that much leaves me feeling that they may be just as careless about other aspects of their work. I won't try to hire them again.

We have a puppy who has been busy leaving his signature (peeing) on the bedroom carpet. Rather than charge for each spot, Jim offered a set price which saved a lot of money. They were quick and did a good job.

They were prompt and did a good job of getting the carpets cleaned. They were also very accommodating.

Never showed up for scheduled appointment, nor did they call.

Very unhappy at the surprise " do you want this cleaned?" Than at the close of the work he requested an additional $ 90. The original price was $69 for three rooms. There were traces of uric acid on the bedroom carpet. He cleaned it and charged without prior cost breakdown and authorization . This was a complete surprise and beyond the budget for the job. This job was for a senior who was totally off guard at the ploy. For that reason I would never use hom again.

I was very dissatisfied. There was an extra charge of another $150. He was fine but he was gone within an hour. The carpets weren't really cleaned. They're prompt and friendly but their work was not at par.

Arrivfed on time, was personable, explained what he was going to do. Worked steadily, did great job. Grout looked like brand new.first time cleaning on light colored tiles, light beige grout that looked black when he started and transformed into light beige when he was done.A little hard to understand sometimes, speaks English as first language but sometimes words sound garbled.

Jim was very professional and friendly. He did what he came to do and was in and out in 40 minutes. I will be using him again!

it went well. He and his son were very efficient and very clear as to how much it would cost to try to get the pet odor out of my carpet. I would hire them again.

They were able to come out right away. The job was completed in about two or three hours. The deal was for three rooms and they charged additional for the others. Overall, my experience with them was very good.

Scheduling was perfect and they were very accommodating. One technician came for the job and he was very professional. He did a great job.

I was a little disappointed because he up-sell some stuff which I did purchase but that's not what bothers me. I felt like that should have just been a part of it. I feel like all that stuff kind of goes with the job. I don't feel like I should have to pay extra for it. He said something like cleaning it has removed all that stuff so its no longer protected. We need to get it protected again. It was around $22, I don't remember. I wouldn't be opposed to using them again but I wouldn't think to call that particular person.
