While there was some miscommunication as to what was covered it went well. They were accommodating with scheduling and were punctual.

was OK - did a good job. Sold me more, bought an enzyme injection treatment for dog spots on the carpet. About doubled my cost. Offered grout cleaning & carpet scotch guard for additional $. Passed on that. Very nice friendly guy, worked very efficiently, carpets he cleaned looked good when he was done.

My kitchen area is a little larger than 200 sf. Jim cleaned it all. Good service.

The owner/operator was friendly & efficient. The carpets look great.

Overall the kitchen looked cleaner but there are small portion of tiles with grout that were not removed due deep stain.

I was very happy with this service. I would have given them highest marks possible for carpet cleaning. Although the carpet was still damp the next morning. Our carpet came out cleaner than I thought possible Highly recommend.

Service provider came out to my home and told me that the work that he would do would not fix the issue, advised me to contact Angie's List to get a refund.

Carpets came out clean and were dry in about 8 hrs. Excellent service, really nice guy. Would use them again.

Jim called and came earlier than planned. He is very personable and explained what he would be doing. He completed the job in no time with the carpets looking fantastic.

This is a very expensive $149 that I have spent. I bought the Angie's list deal which says: $149 for cleaning of up to 300 square feet of ceramic tile and grout; extra square footage can be cleaned for an additional feeSealing up to 300 square feet of grout line I have a tile bath needs clean and reseal the grout line so I go ahead with the purchase and made appointment with Jim. Jim arrived about 30 minutes behind the schedule which is totally acceptable to me. However, when he stepped into the bath room he told me that the deal is for tile floor not for tile bath. Well, I don't see it on the Angie's list big deal statement above so I really don't understand why he said that. Any way, he agree to work on my both. After about 30 minutes he told me it's done. I walked to the bath and it's wet with a bit of bubble so I couldn't really tell how was it so I shake hand with Jim and send him off. After several hours I went back and looked at the both, it's not clean and the grout line were not sealed. I can easily scratch a lot of powders off some tiles where some chemical or soap has accumulated. None of the grout lines were resealed. Frankly speaking, I am not very surprised giving the fact that he only spent 30 minutes in the bath. I had other workers working there 3 years ago and it took him about 80 minutes for a solid job. I don't think any one can complete the job much faster than that. It's really expensive for $149. If Angie's list keep on rolling out "great" deals like this, I think not only I will not buy and big deals from Angie's list, I will drop my Angie's list membership and counting on Yelp instead!!!

I bought a "deal" for grout cleaning and Jim did an excellent job! I had a hanging wine rack that broke and dumped 6 bottles of wine on a 3 month old floor and Jim got about 95% of the stains out! I'm grateful for his knowledge and experience.

The work went fine. When Jim was done he referred me to another contractor who came a couple days later and re-grouted some areas where the grout had become loose and needed to be replaced. Overall it was a good experience.

I will not be using his company again not will I referee him to the many I know. Also he left the front door open and unlocked when he left.

Provider contacted me right away, we set up the appointment. He showed up a little late but called me to let me know. He was very pleasant and explained thing to us. All in all he did a fantastic job.

Went well constant communications as we change our appointment a couple of times with no problem from Jim -- good work

My wife , daughter , and Sister I'm-law were at the house to do the cleaning for the move out since the furniture had been moves the day before. Jim did a fantac job! The stains from the animals are gone, the stains from the hair dye is gone and he was working right behind my wife as she worked to clean. Jim is the BObM AND I WILL USE HIS COMPANY & SErVIcES AGAIN, ALSO I WIll TELL OTHERS TO USE HIM.

Jim did a great job getting all the stains in my children's playroom and the heavy traffic areas! Great service, would recommend them highly!

I had a great experience. They came on time, were friendly, and did a great job! My carpets, which had lots of kids and pet stains, once cleaned look better than ever. They also removed stains from the grout on my kitchen floors. Highly Recommended!

Jim - the owner called when he was on his way, he showed up early, worked hard with a good attitude. You could tell he enjoys his work. Jim made several recommendations to help my carpets, furniture & grout could stay clean longer. I have used Keep It Clean repeatedly and have referred them to several of my friends.

The service went great with Keep It Clean! Unlike many carpet cleaners who show up late, Keep It Clean came on time (actually called 30 minutes in advance) to my home. When they arrived to my home, they were dressed well and were very professional. Before cleaning my carpets, the technicians helped moved a few of my heavier pieces of furniture onto my tile, which was very helpful. They were clean and thorough throughout the cleaning process. Afterwards, my carpets looked great and I am very satisfied overall. I will definitely use them for my next carpet cleaning.

Wasn't cleaned properly and just after the cleaning I spilled a berry on the grout and it stained and the stain won't come up. For the $400 I paid it didn't get cleaned properly and the sealant isn't working so what is the point, I don't think they took the time or care needed. The tile grout was sealed and yet the grout stains very easily. They did it in less than 3 hours and for that price I would think it would get done right. I did ask then to come back and they did redo part of it but the whole area just wasn't that clean. I talked to Mission Carpet Care and they said for $600 they would first acid-wash it and then clean it again. I really wish I would have just spent the extra $200 and had it done right and maybe they would have used a better sealant. Maybe they do a better job cleaning carpets.

Called the phone# given on the Groupon, and owner asked me to call another #. Called the other # & left a messsage. No one ever got back to me. I called back again & got them & scheduled it. When I needed to reschedule, they did call me back promptly. The day of the appointment, got home from work 20 minutes before he was due to arrive, and he had already been here. He arrived too early for my comfort, because I had some things to still remove from the room. However, early is better than late.

Normally I would call the vender myself to express my concerns but clearly this company does not take pride in their work. It was my understanding that the person doing the work was the owner of the company. It's no wonder they use Groupon to get business, pretty sure they don't get many repeat customers.
