At first I guess I failed to tell him that my home address was different from the address where the project would be at, so he ended up in the wrong location. But we worked it out and he still managed to come that day to get it done. It was probably my fault for not stressing the fact that the project was at a different location. He was very polite, easy going, kind and a hard worker.

Our windows never looked better! Two thumbs up. Will hire again. Wonderful service, on time, and very cordial. Even our window sills look great!

They came on time, we had trouble scheduling because of rain. When he did come he did an excellent job and was very thorough.

Overall I will state that the work was done fine. I have a two story house that had not had its gutters professionally cleaned for over 13 years. Thought it was time to get the gutters cleaned as I noticed that at least two of my downspouts were either slow draining or in one case completely blocked and causing water to back up and spill over the gutter sleeves. Unfortunately, what makes this overall grade a B is that we had a little scheduling mix-up (I had it in my scheduler that they were to come out the week before) and the one gutter that was completely blocked they could not unclog without taking the gutter apart which I later had to do myself. Note: they only provide gutter cleaning service and not gutter repairs, so the last comment is not meant as a ding but just a statement as it is not a service they normally provide. As part of their service they were able to fix the slow downspout I knew about and they found another slow downspout that they were able to resolve as well. I should also point out that normally (and I knew this ahead of time per the fine print) that two story houses have an additional charge over the standard advertised Angie's List Big Deal price, but since we did have the scheduling mishap and because the gutters were not in two bad of shape from a cleaning perspective, they did not charge me extra for servicing a two story house. Hence my response that I would use them again in the future as they were willing to acknowledge the inconvenience the scheduling mishap caused me and waived the extra fee.

The whole system of emails through Angie's List worked well. When I purchased this, the business contacted me within a day. We did the email thing a couple of times before I was ready to set a date. Derek even called when he knew he was running 10-15 minutes late. He asked questions, did a through job, and was pleasant and professional. I will be using this company again!

We had just moved in and I didn't really know the best way to tackle the project when a deal came across my inbox! My windows are spiffy clean as are the tracks.

It’s single story home, but it’s on a hill so it was like a second story because some of the windows are hard to get to. There were additional fees associated with the Big Deal. I have no complaints. They did a good job.

The guy who came out was good. His pricing was very good.

They were responsive and scheduled as per my schedule not just their schedule. The owner was courteous and prompt.

This was a totally positive experience. I took advantage of a Big Deal offer. Derek contacted me promptly and we set of a date for him to come. After a bit of confusion about the time (not his fault - the Angie's list e-mail format led to messages getting overlooked!) he showed up promptly and set right to work. He removed all the screens and cleaned them off then began on the windows. In a relatively short time all my windows were sparkling clean! Derek then replaced all the screens and pointed out to me how to be sure they were put in correctly. (Apparantly some had been in upside down!) I should also mention that Derek is very pleasant and professional. I was extremely pleased with the work. I have tucked his business card into my file and will definitely contact him again.

My original appointment was scheduled for yesterday but Derek had a vehicle problem. He called to advise on the status two times and then reset the appointment for today. He called before he came today which I appreciated. I was very impressed with his professionalism and quality of work. He was very courteous and was genuinely interesting to talk to. Pleasant and professional from the start. Good communication before and after the work, and even during the work when needed. I appreciate that I was advised to cover the downspouts that were currently filling with acorns due to all the Oak trees surrounding the house. He did a great job -- really hard-worker. He also took care to clear space at the bottom of the downspouts where outflow was impeded.

He went out and cleaned my gutters in the rain. I was a little outside his service area for the Big Deal so he charged me another $15 as a travel charge. He was very prompt, professional, and informative.

Arrived on time did perfect work, and I highly recommend him for anyone wanting their windows cleaned.

The owner and his assistant were a hard-working, detailed, efficient duo. The windows were cleaned from the outside first and then they cleaned the inside. They also cleaned several sliding glass doors and French doors. I would definitely hire this company again.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it was wonderful, He also cleaned my friend's windows and they are looking wonderful. He does excellent work and is a very personable and likeable young man. His employee was very quiet and out of the way, but he did very good work. He was prompt and easy to work with. We had fun working together. My advice to others is to hire him.

Our gutters still need cleaning and we paid this in full.

He got on my roof and cleaned and inspected my gutters. Because I have a 2-story home, he even inspected the gutters that were higher up. He cleared leaves & debris; and later we discussed the condition of my gutters and did NOT press me to have additional work done at this time because my gutters were currently in satisfactory condition. I was greatly impressed & satisfied with the work AND the worker!

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it worked out very well. I had a good experience with them. We went over everything and they discussed the situation. I had gutter covers and it limited what they could do without removing the covers. But they cleaned the downspouts and did other things. They told me if I had any problems I should give them a call, but I have not had any problem.

I used a coupon on Angie's List and made an appointment. Derek called back and we set up a date and time. He called and confirmed the appointment a couple of days before. He came right on time as scheduled. He cleaned and flushed all our gutters, and found an invasion of ants across the front of our house, finding a huge ant nest. He cleaned them out and made sure to flush any left over. He made sure I was told about an incorrectly sloped gutter across the back of our sun room which I didn't know about. He was very pleasant and professional and cleaned up everything when he was finished. I would defintely hire him again and would highly reccomend him.
