He definitely does a very good job, I would definitely would call him again after this pandemic to do a gutter cleaning service for me.

This company does an amazing job on window washing and gutter cleaning and they are a pleasure to work with!

He said he did perform gutter cleaning. He also cleaned my windows and also my sister's home windows. He did an absolutely beautiful job with the windows, both homes. I hired him to clean gutters for my sister's home. In the process of cleaning the gutters, he slung dirt and mud all over the house all the way around and never cleaned it or told them about it. He just left and I had mailed him a check only to find this out later. My brother-in-law spent an entire weekend cleaning the outside of the house. We have both had gutters cleaned when we lived in different cities and never had this problem. I was shocked because he did such a grea job with windows. I would hire him again for windows but NEVER FOR GUTTERS.

This is the second year Derek has cleaned my gutters. He is honest, informative, easy to work with, and thorough. Last year, the job was more challenging because a previous vendor had done a superficial job for a number of years and there was considerable build-up of ground up matter that compacted in the gutters. Derek kept me informed, priced the job fairly, and took down screening material which had contributed to the problem. This year, it was an easier job. Again, he was prompt, pleasant, and reliable. I'd recommend him highly and will continue to use his services. (I haven't used his other services, such as window washing, but will.)

This guy is GREAT! He is one of the owners of the company. He showed up on time - estimated the price for the job - estimated the time to get it done - did all the work by himself - finished on time and on budget - and did a wonderful job! I could not be more pleased.

It went very well. They were prompt and fast.

I had used them before, and they are really good. I called them again to have them come out for gutter and window cleaning, and they showed up right on time and charged me exactly what they did the last time.

Came and cleaned our windows. We went with the deal for 20 exterior windows. He did an excellent job and we were very pleased with the work. We asked for prices for some additional work and felt the price was fair. I thought he were going to call back but he didn't. If he had, we would have had him do the additional work.

On time-friendly- didn't try and sell more service than I needed- area was cleaned when finished

They got me confused with another customer but promptly came out and took care of job when we straightened it out. Very courteous. Very responsive. Overall good experience

I chose this vendor partly because they are bonded and insured plus their Angie's List "A" ratings. When I called, a person answered the phone not a voice mail - extra points for that. Derek showed up as scheduled, promptly; got right to work after a short inspection and did an excellent job in less than an hour. He bagged all the junk from the gutters to take with him. Derek also pointed out an area of dry rot under one area of the eaves. I appreciated that information since it was where I couldn't see it from the ground. I highly recommend Eilmas and will use them again. Great job.

I called on very short notice before a big storm. I was in a bind because I was going to clean my lower gutters myself but found out at the last minute that my ladder wasn't big enough. Due to some cancellations for window washing (also due to the storm) Derek said he would do it himself. He told me 11am-12pm time period but was able to come early at 10:30- perfect. I couldn't be more pleased with the service. He cleaned both top and lower gutters, cleaned the roof which had moss/leaves on it and also cleaned moss out of the gutters. He cleaned up the mess (and more) before he left. I feel so fortunate to be sitting here in the midst of the storm with my gutters taken care of. Derek was professional and handled things very nicely and professionally. I would definitely call him again to clean my gutters - but I think next time I'll get my windows cleaned!

It took a few phone calls to finally connect with the company. They were quite busy helping customers with gutter issues during the first big winter storm of 2014. Once I did reach them it was very easy to schedule an appointment. They offered to come out early on a Saturday morning and that fit perfectly with my schedule. Derek arrived on time and took a few minutes to review the size of the job. I thought his price was reasonable so he proceeded with the work. Less than 2 hours later I had clean gutters. Before leaving Derek reviewed the state of my gutters and noted that one of the underground draining pipes was clogged. He made some recommendations for solving that problem. I am very happy with the service that was provided and look forward to using Eilmas Window Washing again.

Had an appointment confirmed, but he never showed. Stayed at home waiting for him, and even called to find out where he was. Never heard back...no apology, no explanation. Really poor customer service so would not recommend.

Derek did a beautiful job on my windows which probably been 4 years since I had them washed inside and outside, those 31 windows shinned like new. I am so happy with his work will have him back in 6 mths. My close friend June recommended Derek she has used him in the past, she verified his work is excellent. The owner of the company did a phenomenal job of cleaning my windows. He even repaired a couple of screens. He was very friendly, professional and honest.

The owner, Derek Eilmas, performed the work. Derek was punctual, professional, and courteous, and did a very careful and thorough job. Removed remaining glue on windows from installation approximately one year ago. Windows looked great when job completed. Was able to climb on roof to wash skylight on second story that was extremely dirty. Price was very reasonable.

Very easy to make an appointment. Derek arrived exactly on time, walked around our house and gave me a price for cleaning the outside windows and screens. We thought the price was very fair. Derek got started right away and worked his fingers to the bone for the next 2-1/2 hours. Our house is new and we hadn't realized that there was still silicon bits stuck to the edges of the window panes. Without even being asked, or charging us more, Derek scraped all of this goo off for us. The windows are absolutely sparkling! We would definitely recommend Eilmas Window Washing to anyone. Excellent company and excellent service.

It went really well and they did and excellent job. Everything looked so clean and nice. He did the inside and outside of the windows as well as inside where the window slides. I will definitely be using them again in the future.

That turned out great. This was done on a one story, duplex home. They cleaned up after themselves and they were professional.
