The service went very well. The technicians were very accommodating and friendly. They were on time and did exactly what they said they would. They made everything really easy for me and I had no issues with scheduling.

He said they would come out and give me an estimate. They have done work for my daughter which was just great. I hope to do work with them in July.

They two-man crew showed on time and did the work as promised, but I wasn't blown away by the experience.

Owner Derek Eilmas, was on time for our 6:30 A.M. appointment, and because of the hour gave us a courtesy call prior to knocking as to not wake up any late sleepers. This early morning service allowed me and my wife to get to work on time, which the other companies I had contacted wanted to start at 8. I found Eilmas Window Washing pricing to be a little better than their competitors. Derek was very clean (you know the booties and towels inside), polite (addressed as my wife as Mam and I as Sir, until she told him to call us by our names), and professional (presented his business card upon introduction, asked to view the scope of work and quoted a totally reasonable price and estimated time of completion before starting). He was recommended to me by a friend. He made us feel very comfortable having him in our home, and even introduced himself to our 3 year old grandson, whom had asked him to be careful moving his toys. I don't believe that the windows on our new to us, 7 year old home have ever been professionally cleaned before. But they are Clean and Beautiful now and what a difference! Derek arrived at appointed time, reviewed work to be done and provided an estimate. He worked quickly and efficiently and did an outstanding job. We will definitely hire him again as needed.

I called several companies and selected Eilmas Window Washing, because he was reasonably priced and had a very good rating on Angieslist. It was approximately 1 week between the time I called and the appointment date. We arranged the appointment for 6am, which end up being a blessing for him, because it was going to be 104 that day. He showed up on time, got started on the exterior of the home, which was great as it allowed me to get my morning started. The whole process too 3-4 hours. I was completely satisfied. My windows looked great. He is pleasant, professional and I would hire him again.

He's just a great guy and did a wonderful job. He's reliable and he just goes about his work diligently. He's just a real likable young man who is a great window washer.

Took several emails back and forth to finally get a date that worked. In the end, managed to squeeze me in due to a last minute cancellation so was able to get the work done within a month or so of calling to attempt to set up a date. Cleaned out the gutters and didn't leave any messy globs of stuff around. Explained what was in the gutters and causing the issues. Recommend asking specific questions about potential extra costs ahead of time.

Great cleaning of gutters and windows. Very honest and he checked the gutters before he left our house making sure it flows nicely. We didn't realize that birds love to make nests in the gutters! We definitely would consider using them again.

Eilmas window washing was on time and very friendly. He came in and did a walk around with me for both inside and outside of the house. I had a groupon for 22 panes and it turned out I had 25 so we agreed to a nominal increase in price. He got to work and was efficient and timely. Everything looked great and I was very satisfied with the results. I would recommend this company.

Gutters are completely cleaned, as far as I can see. The only downside is that it probably would have been cheaper to hire then at their regular rate. He told me the hourly cost (don't remember exact amount) and if I'd paid by the hour it would have been less than the $99 I paid using the Deal. I had never paid to have gutters cleaned before so I didn't realize that thr $99 deal was actually more than it would have cost to just pay by the hour at the regular rate. The work was well done and the person was polite and pleasant.

It went very well. He is a nice respectful young man who works hard and charges a reasonable rate.

My gutters had never been cleaned and they were a mess. I was very happy with the care they received and will certainly call them again for the next cleaning.

They arrived as scheduled and quickly got to work. The windows sparkled and they did a great job on the screens.

They came and started the work on the windows. We had more windows than the deal offered, so we were going to pay extra to have the rest of the windows done. The weather was pretty bad that day, so they were only able to do about half of the job, none of the windows were going to pay extra for. They said that they would come back to finish the job, and said that they would give us a call to let us know when they could come back out. A few days went by, and we had not heard from them. We tried reaching out to them, but did not hear back from them til about 5 days later. We had left them messages, expecting them to come back on Friday, but they never did.

Great service! Neat and clean inside my house. (When I wash windows, I am a mess as is my floor!) Showed up early which was fine. Finished in a good time. Efficient. And results are fabulous! Literally I had to get up and check that he put a screen back because it was so clean I couldn't tell it was there. Wow.

This service was great, came and cleaned the gutters and downspouts, which had not been cleaned in a long time. Showed me where a couple of leaks were so I could patch them. It rained, hard, shortly after so I could easily tell everything was clean and in good working order. He has cleaned my windows in the past also and will use this service again, very good service.

The provider arrived 20 minutes earlier than scheduled. Being that it was early morning, we were not quite prepared to receive the service. Two guys came and did an excellent job on the glass part of the window. They were meticulous and careful. I am not sure if the sliding window/door tracks were covered in our pricing, most of the tracks got cleaned, a few did not. By the same token, some window sills were wiped and others were not. Most screens were cleaned to our satisfaction, but a couple looked like it could use more work. But, all in all, for the most part, they were pretty good. And, we would hire them again.

It took several days to get a response after we purchased the special (gutter clearning for one story), but all went well after that. Derek did a good job; his pricing was reasonable; he did the second story gutters for a reasonable extra amount. We would definitely use him again.

He did a good job. There were no additional charges beyond the big deal amount. He was very professional and punctual.

Arrived on time. Completed the work as stated. Very quick and efficient. Left everything in its original place.
