Description of Work: Crew of 4 removed all screens, washed all windows inside and out, straightened out and hosed off the patio (we didn't expect this but did appreciate it) the replaced all screens after they were cleaned also.

Description of Work: Owner Derek Eilmas and his assistant cleaned most of the windows in my 2 story, 2800 sf house. This was the first time anyone cleaned the windows in years due to ongoing landscape renovation. The windows and tracks in sliding doors and windows were very dirty. Both men worked hard, carefully removing & replacing screens before washing windows. When they finished, all the windows looked amazing.

Response from Eilmas Window Washing
It was 108 degrees on the day of our appointment. One of our employees was showing signs of heat exhaustion (we take this seriously). Whether it be 27 minutes, two hours, or one minute before our appointment, no amount of time would have been convenient. Customer became unreasonable and unappeasable rather quickly to irregular circumstances beyond our control. We chose to discontinue communication with him due to his very aggressive behavior..
