Derek and Chris did a fabulous job of cleaning my windows and gutters. They arrived early which was great, got right down to business. Derek pointed out several existing issues for me to be aware of. My gutters also were cleaned which was great right before the big rain. I look forward to using there services again.

Dereck arrived at the time promised, was friendly and extremely couteous. He came and went right to work on our windows. My windows, screens and frames never looked so cleaned. He found a couple of trouble spots which I would of never known and will have them replaced. I will have them come back every year to clean. I highly recommend this company.

Derek (owner) arrived on time. He was very polite. Removed his shoes whenever he entered home. He did an excellent job of cleaning windows, screens and tracks. He is a husband, and father who is working hard to support his family. He started this business with his brother and they are doing well, thanks to good reviews. I am happy to support a young, honest, hard worker entrepreneur!!

Absolutely wonderful! Derek called to say he would be early! He was so pleasant and very professional, just a really nice person. He explained what he was going to do and the order of what he was doing and got right to work. I had let my windows go for 2 years--so he had his hands full. My windows now SPARKLE. He did an amazing job and I'm thrilled. He also informed me of broken seals on a few of the windows and that his business will replace screens (on the frames that we have) for an excellent price. Derek and his workman Chris arrived punctually. Derek provided an accurate estimate and the job outcome exceeded our expectations. His professionalism, competency, and workmanship were clearly evident and the job completion was exactly what was projected. It's been over a year or two since our windows received a "deep cleaning" and we are absolutely thrilled over the "clear views" we now experience! All of our screens on our porch had been painted shut, but Derek came up with a solution. He just took out all windows - cleaned the screens that couldn't be removed. It was extra work for him to take each window out (there are almost 2 dozen of them), and put it back in but he managed to do it wth a smile. Both Derek and Chris did a wonderful job - would hire them again.

Derek was on time, neat, professional and pleasant. Windows look better than brand new! Absolutely astounding. Glass almost looks like it was polished. Cannot emphasize how good they came out looking. Will most definitely use him again every year.

Value-Added Service: - Explained how moisture gets between window panes and showed how to prevent it from happening. - Told us how to repair it and save the cost of replacing the window. - Removed a cobweb from the vaulted ceiling. - Removed nerf darts accumulated on upper-level window sills. - Figured out why sliding glass door was so hard to open. He found debris accumulated around the sliding mechanism in the track. He was able to lift the door off the track and remove the debris. Now the door slides easily. Thank you, Derek!

I own a new construction two story house that is seven years old and due to ongoing construction in the area and family illnesses the windows were never cleaned. I called Derek and scheduled a window cleaning. He arrived and gave me an estimate which was very reasonable for the work that needed to be done. He completed the job in a timely manner and the windows look AWESOME! I would highly recommend Eilmas Window Washing.

Derek called ahead and arrived early. Unfortunately we were on a walk and did not get the call, but he was waiting outside when we got home. He went right to work, checking out the windows inside and out. He arrived at a price, which included a discount coupon from Angie's list, that was totally reasonable. He patiently answered our questions. We agreed and he went to work. Before he started, we asked him for a quote on gutter cleaning. He went up on the roof and showed us photos on his phone of the leaves which had collected. He gave us a discounted price since he was already here and said he would guarantee it against clogging for 6 months. We decided to wait until fall, since we thought we would almost certainly have to have him back once leaves started falling and the rains came (which would have been covered by the guarantee). This did not seem fair to him so we asked him to check back with us later in the year. We asked him to start the windows inside in our offices so we could continue working, which he happily agreed to. He worked quickly and quietly, being conscious of not disturbing us or our things. He then moved to the outside and finished up with the screens. He pointed out leakage in several of the dual pane seals. Overall he was thorough, courteous, careful and efficient. When we paid him, we added back in most of the discount he gave us as a tip. He worked about 3 hours to do a 2200 sq ft house. The windows were so clean, I cleaned my glasses after he left so I could take full advantage of his work.

Very thorough and removed many wasp nests from gutters and sprayed them. Also offered to clean solar panels on the same day. I am very pleased with the results and will definitely use their services in the future for gutters, solar panels and window washing. Prices were extremely reasonable and competitive. Highly recommend!

Derek was a pleasure to deal with. He came by to do an estimate when he said he would. He then called with the estimate. He showed up when he said he would, was courteous and pleasant and did a terrific job. Would definitely use him again and heartily recommend him.

Derek arrived promptly at the scheduled time, and his work was very thorough. He removed, cleaned and replaced all of the screens and cleaned all 37 (!) windows inside and out, even the narrow window in our closet and the two in our garage. He also replaced the torn screen material on a big sliding glass door screen. There was no trace of water spill, etc. It was like he was never there, only everything was sparkling and even smelled clean. He noticed that a couple of our double-pane windows had moisture between the panes, and recommended a company that could repair or replace as needed. One of the headers on our horizontal wood blinds came off while he was working, due to the aging plastic clips that crumbled when the blinds were raised. This was definitely not Derek's fault, yet he ran down to Home Depot and picked up materials to reattach the header and made the repair, no charge! This caused his visit to run longer than we expected, close to 4 hours, but well worth it. Can't wait to call him to do our Christmas lights! I haven't put them up in a few years, and really miss having the house all decked out.

Derek and Aaron showed up early on the date that I had booked them for and since I was not home yet they started cleaning the outside windows on the front of my home. The continued through the backyard when I got home and then did the inside windows as well. It's amazing how much brighter my house is when my windows and screens have been cleaned. The guys were very polite and did a nice job. I will definitely use them again.

Derek and Aaron were fabulous. Very easy to have in my home while they were working. My windows gleam. They let me now that a few of my windows appeared to have some clouding (moisture) and the screening on one window screen had a little more give than the others. I will have them back at least twice a year to keep my windows and screens clean and bright. This was the most positive experience I have ever had with window cleaners. I cannot say the others were bad, they just didn't stand out like these folks. I was given the Angie's discount (it was $188.00 with discount, $141) but I wrote a check for the full amount as they earned every cent of it (and then some).

It was very well. Eilmas Window Cleaning does a fabulous job. They cleaned my windows inside and outside, all of my screens and tracks, also cleaned all of my mirrors inside my home. I was very pleased with the job they did and will definitely use them again and refer to friends and neighbors. They arrived at my home on time, started on the outside then worked their way in. They always remove their shoes when they come into my home which is greatly appreciated. They are friendly and courteous and I have nothing but good things to say. I give them an A+

FABULOUS! Couldn't have asked for better service or cleaner windows. I have lived in my house for 13 years now...and I have NEVER had the windows cleaned. I finally decided something had to be done! I found a flyer on my doorstep for Elimas Window Washing and thought....It must be a sign ;). I showed the flyer to my husband and he called and they were out within a few days, on Saturday, before Mother's Day to surprise me with clean windows for Mother's day! Derek Eilmas did a fabulous job. He was a true professional - courteous and knowledgeable. He cleaned my windows so beautifully I can't believe it, you can see right through them....that hasn't been the case for many years ;). He was able to remove water spots from a sprinkler on one window that I never thought could be removed. He cleaned the tracks, dusted the screens off, and put things back (on the inside windows) just like they were before he cleaned. Having a stranger in my house is not something I take lightly, especially when they need to be in every room with a window in it...so all of them, I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Eilmas Washing to you!! I trust them. They did a really, really great job. Last fall I also used them to clean my gutters, also....amazing, professional and well! Derek Eilmas found 22 balls, 2 t-shirts, a light saber and 1 flip flop in my gutters. I love having boys! No wonder my gutters weren't draining!! Derek Eilmas pointed out while cleaning my windows that a few screens had holes and he was able to repair/replace my screens, for an additional charge of course, but my screens are 13 years old, so a few needed repair/replacing and it was awesome that he was able to just get it done, now no more tiny bugs in my house. My windows look amazing inside and out. I will use Derek Eilmas and Eilmas Window Washing at least once a year now, I never knew how different my home would look and feel with sparkling clean windows. I have approximately 3700 square feet of home with large windows and sliders. I only had the company do my downstairs windows. (which is the majority of my home) Derek showed up early for the appointment and quickly walked the property and evaluated the size and number of windows to be washed. We discussed the screens and tracks and he then gave me the cost of the job. We agreed on what was to be done and he quickly went to work. A few of my windows were beginning to fog up and he pointed them out to me and encouraged me to have them looked at which I appreciated. Derek washed and made my screens look brand new again. I can't believe how much more light is pouring into my home. I will definitely use this service again and again. A real pleasure to work with.
