Eilmas Window Washing

Pleasant experience. Worked clean & fast. Details? He cleaned 22 large windows, 2 large sliders and a large mirror with observable professional skills.

I am retracting my previous review for this company, I received a call from Angies list and they now admit that there was a problem on their end, company offered to honor deal, unfortunately I had already hired someone else. Glad that Angies list cleared this up though.

The provider was professional, friendly, punctual and did an outstanding job on our windows. He was also very good with our dogs. He was able to get around everything without damaging anything, inside or out. We were exceedingly please with his service and will use him again.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. They were awesome. I set up an appointment for a specific day because I was moving and I wanted to make sure that everything was out of their way. There were two men and they did an excellent job. I couldn't have been happier. There were no extra charges. They were professional and prompt. It was a really, really good encounter. They have a good business going. They were very clean and didn't leave behind anything. It was very good. I would definitely use them again.

We are very happy with the service we received. We inadvertantly scheduled our house to be painted immediately after the windows were to be cleaned. Eilmas suggested that we have the inside windows cleaned at the scheduled cleaning date and then have the exterior windows cleaned after the house painting had been completed. What a great idea ? And, what great service :-)

Derek was on time, conducted himself very professionally, and did an exceptional cleaning job on my windows and screens. He also cleaned out the tracks in the windows. I would not hesitate to use his service again.

I purchased a big deal from Angie's List and their services turned out really good. The first time I had an appointment with him he did not have somebody with him to do the upper level windows to hold the ladders up. So, we rescheduled him and had it done yesterday. He was very knowledgeable, I had a few windows that needed to be repaired so he explained to me that they are dual-pane windows and when the seal breaks the moisture gets in them and dirt is created. He was telling me basically he cleaned it and that some of the dirt might be inside of the windows and there was nothing he could do about it. He also gave me a reference for people that do fix windows like that. Their price was good. The only thing I found once he showed up, because I did not have a lot of contact with him prior to coming so that was a process of moving from one house to another, I did not read on further about the additional price on the specialty windows. So, the windows on the second floor where we have a vaulted ceiling, for which he had to do a lot of indoor ladder work, so when he informed me that it would be more, I said it was a deal on. I said okay and then I looked on my certificate that I downloaded and it does say for bay windows and specialty windows was an additional charge. I said okay he is going to charge me for another $100 and he said no it is like only $28 for the additional service and I said that is great. It was a good deal. The quality of the work was very good. He was right one time, actually he was there before I got home. He knew what he was doing and he knew about windows, I had a couple of other problems and I thought I would need to buy another window and he said no you can just have that fixed and that was great.

They arrived on time, explained what they would be doing. Completed the outside first, then inside, taking great care when moving furniture or not making any mess. Windows looked fabulous.

Derek was friendly, professional and skilled at his job. The windows look great. He pointed out that a couple of our dual pane windows have broken seals which allows moisture inside the panes - we had not been aware of this, but now we can have those windows repaired under the manufacturer's warranty.

They did a great job, worked fast, had great cleaning product, easy to be around. The windows looked great afterwards. Would hire him again for sure.

Mr. Eilmas and his assistant were right on time. They got to work right away on the outside windows. My husband let them in so that Mr. Eilmas worked inside and his assistant outside. They were courteous, clean and very efficient. They even cleaned a dormer window above our garage that was hard to reach.

The response to my call was quick. They had an opening in my area 3 days later. That was perfect for me. My house is a small CA ranch style, 1000 sq.ft.. 7 windows. They were installed in 1994 and are dual pane. Over the years, as I looked at my windows I was disappointed in myself for not taking better care of them. I've had professional cleaners before. But no one, NO ONE, did the job that Eilmas Window cleaners did. They are fabulous. They look new again, A friend came over and asked why I took the glass out of my screen door, The glass was still there. Now that's clean!!! My neighbor was so impressed she's already hired them to do her house, which is much larger than mine. I can't say enough good things about Eilmas. It was wonderful and a miracle to see my windows look new again. I never thought they'd look that good again. Thank you Eilmas. Great job.

Derek arrived promptly. He was very courteous and professional (He even removed his shoes before coming in the house!).. My windows have never looked better. I am telling all my friends and neighbors about this company!! I look forward to doing busiess with him for many years to come! I can't say enough great things about my experience!

Derek and Chris showed up on time, they are both very friendly and courteous and went right to work. Since I had far less than 40 windows to clean I asked Derek if he would clean my 3 large mirrors and 1 mirrored sliding glass closet doors which he was happy to do. I have had window cleaning services in the past but Derek and Chris did a fantastic job, better than all others. It is so nice to have the frames and tracks cleaned too. Derek recommended I have some of my screening replaced and he was able to replace five screens right on the spot for a very reasonable cost. The windows never looked better and my house inside is brighter than ever! I have shared his name and number with all my neighbors and plan to use Eilmas Window Washing in the future.

My windows and window tracks were pretty dirty and when the special offer for 40 panes for $99 came up, I thought it would be worth giving it a shot. Derek Eilmas of Eilmas Window Washing exceeded my expectations and left my windows better than they have ever looked. He was fast, thorough, and meticulous. He made sure each window was as clean as possible before moving on to the next. First on the outside and then moving to the inside including cleaning out the tracks. Then before replacing the screens, he cleaned those, too. All in all, an outstanding result! I'll certainly use Eilmas again in the future and I'm recommending them to all my friends.

Derick showed up on time as scheduled. We talked a bit and he wanted to go around the house and check and count the windows. He walked the inside and outside and came back with revised estimate over the special we had purchased. This was expected because of the quantity of windows there were on the house. we agreed to the modest increase in cost and off he went working. He was extremely quick and efficient and completed the job in several hours. The windows were amazing. Everything as good as he said and better than I expected. He was so quite and quick we really didn't even notice he was here. We would highly recommend him. Thank You

Derek washed the windows. In the past I did the washing but Derek took half the time than I took to wash the windows and did a thorough and better job. I never saw the windows so clean. Derek is very professional and I plan to use him in the future.

Derek Eilmas did an excellent job. My house is two stories with alot of windows. He was very thorough and careful as he cleaned the windows inside. My favorite part is that he made a point of taking his shoes off when he came in the house. Its been ages since the windows were cleaned. The difference is amazing!
