Silvana is responsive and easy to get in touch with. She is very personable and professional. We havent received the report yet, it's due on Wednesday, Feb. 21, but so far all is very good. All is , good. The reports came in on time. Silvana did two reports for us on different properties. She is a consummate professional.

on time, efficient and experienced. pleasant and courteous. she found my property to be 1500 sq ft more than the Zillow and county records showed. the appraised value was 5% lower than prior estimates I had received but close.
