Thank you for considering Appraisals By Silvana, providing residential real estate appraisal services in the Sacramento area for over 18 years. I appraise 1 to 4 unit residential properties, i.e. Single Family, Condo, Duplex, Triplex and Quadruplex. I maintain a Residential License in good standing with the State of California, and have a modest background and a working knowledge of most facets of residential construction. I have appraised all forms of residential property, from small tract homes to large, complex, one of a kind estates. Whatever your residential appraisal needs: family, estate, tax purposes, BK, planning to sell, etc., I will provide you with a professional attitude, the expertise that comes from experience, and a timely turn around. Let me know what you require, and know that your appraisal will be completed swiftly, efficiently, and stress free! Remember though, if this is for a loan, only lenders may order appraisal for lending purposes, not homeowners.

We were asked to get an appraisal for financing an HVAC though a govt program. Ended up not going that route, but I had contacted Slivana and had a quote and appointment within an hour of request. I can't give 5 stars on the job since we didn't do it, but the price was great, contract was professional and was very fast/easy to schedule. Very pleased.

Silvana was a true professional. She arrived on time and immediately started to work. Work kept me a little late and when I arrived, she had completed all the exterior work. Before I knew it, she was done in side and within 2 days I had my report. I had a couple of questions which Silvana was able to explain thoroughly. It was such a pleasure to work with her and I would highly recommend her!!

Pleasant. Turn around time for appraisal was 2 days but the appraisal was incorrect. When I informed her it was wrong, she rushed the correction and it's still not accurate.
