Silvanna was very professional and her rates were reasonable in comparison to other appraisers. The work she had to do for me had special circumstances and she did not charge more. Another appraiser gave me a quote that was $300 more for the same work. The other appraiser said they would probably not get the appraisal completed for another week or two (and after payment was received). Silvana had the appraisals completed by the next day. I highly recommend Appraisals by Silvana.

We are very satisfied. Not happy with the pictures she took. But maybe it's my mistake. Our beds were not made and I was busy on a phone when she was taking pictures of our bedroom. She should tell me or next time I know to check it out before. If you don't care about the pictures then defenatly use her. Otherwise we are very happy with everything and will use her again.
