I feel very lucky to have gotten Randall to do the job. One of the best, if not the best, contracted workers I have ever had do work at my home. From my initial contact and now still after the job has been completed, he has responded almost immediately to all my inquires. The work he did in replacing the broken glass shower door was fast, efficient, and neat. So neat that he even took the big empty box the door came in and disposed of it for me! Some parts of the replacement door were missing when it arrived. When I contacted the manufacturer, they sent me a parts listing. I emailed it to Richard and he pointed out the 3 missing items. I have ordered them and Richard told me he would come back and install them when they arrived. Such excellent service...from follow up to follow through! I HIGHLY recommend him!

Randall have me a fair price and the finished product looks great. As a favor, he also replaced the plastic sweep that was shredding on a shower door installed by different contractor over a year ago. The job was completed just a few days after I placed my order.

Randall adjusted shower door alignment using existing hinges. Opens/closes much better. Nobody else wanted to touch them. Others contacted just wanted to replace everything including glass. He came as scheduled, charged a reasonable price, wore booties and masked up as a health safety measure.

Randall was very professional and respected COVID safety protocols when he measured for the frameless shower door above the tub and was very good at communicating the time line to have the work completed. When I needed to move the installation date due to other work being delayed he was helpful and accommodating. I would definitely use TruGrit for future glass needs.

Great in communications as to status of order. Experienced delay in delivery of shower doors. Made extraordinary effort by driving to manufacturer to pick up shower doors ordered. Inspite of the delay in shower door delivery, he came directly to our home with the new shower door and installed it within 1 hr of arrival. The new shower door looks great. Would highly recommend him. He is truly a professional.
