I am so glad we hired Randall - watching him work, it is clear the job was NOT one we could have done ourselves, and certainly not as well as he did it. Randall was great! He fixed a leaking issue with my frameless glass shower that a previous shower company had failed to figure out. And he did it for a fraction of the cost and in a fraction of the time. 5 stars!

Randall handled the frameless shower glass in my new bathroom, and I could not be happier with the result. Randall was an excellent communicator, extremely professional, and prompt. He showed up on time and prepared for the initial consultation, asked all the right questions, took notes, and got back to me with a price that dramatically undercut what my general contractor was expecting from his own glass guy. I hired Randall immediately. Randall got my cut-to-order glass quickly, and came back to complete the install as soon as it was avaiable, within a week. He was in and out inside of an hour. Despite the job requiring drilling several porcelin tiles, he made it look like child's play, compared to my general contractor (who broke tiles, took forever, and whined about ruining his drill bits). Randall made the same thing look effortless, and left it all clean and tidy, without so much as a scratch. I highly recommend Randall and Tru Grit Glass for your custom shower glass projects, and would not hesitate to hire him again.
