Description of Work: They performed a whole-house inspection and treatment. The price was the going rate for what was done. I felt that they were honest and trustworthy.

Description of Work: They came to check for termites as there was a small spot found and had be |sprayed and a piece of wood was replaced. My husband replaced wood and sprayed and Tech verified spot was clean and no longer had termites. Techwas prompt and professional. |good work.

Description of Work: I wanted them to examine some insect droppings for possible termites in my home. They were able to make an appointment for the next day, arrived right in time, and examined the exterior and the attic for termites. They determined the droppings were not termites, but discovered some activity in another location. Their quotes for a "recommended" treatment (i. e. , tenting) was the cheapest, but he frankly and honestly told me I could "spot treat" it myself for much less, which I appreciated. He seemed very knowledgeable and capable.

Description of Work: David, their representative, came by the house and gave us a thorough inspection, which resulted in an accurate estimate. Once we agreed on a date of service, he again came to the house to show me how to bag all of the required food items. He even volunteered to assist me, which was beyond any customer service expectation of mine. The crew who did the tenting were punctual and professional. All in all, what is normally a stressful and time-consuming process was anything but that. I would highly recommend Morales - they are real pros!

Description of Work: We did not got with Morales Exterminating, though a friend had used their services and highly recommended them. I returned a follow up phone call today from inspector David Owens from Morales and realized I may have misunderstood their services. We had decided to go with a company that would do both the extermination and repair work. My understanding was that Morales Exterminating did the extermination and offered recommendations of others for the repairs. David corrected me on that and we may very well have gone with them had I understood. David showed up right on time and put on booties over his shoes before entering the house. That instilled confidence right away. We went on a tour together including the attic and I thought he was very thorough. Though we didn't use this company, I would recommend them because of David Owens and because them came highly recommend by a friend that did use the company.

Description of Work: emailed them on Saturday July 10 for estimate for termite damage and repair. They arranged to come out Monday morning and were very responsive. Did a thorough inspection job and were the lowest priced of the companies we contacted. However we elected to not use this company, mainly because their warranty was only 1 year and they were not set up to also do the repairs.

Description of Work: They inspected the house and found about a dozen places that had dry wood termites in both house and garage. They suggested a local treatment that would a. kill the currently infested wood b. prevent further dry wood infestation (using borate) on the under story and c. prevent subterranean termites by spraying exposed dirt in our basement. This is much better than other companies we contacted, who wanted to fumigate at about 4K and much inconvenience! They would do a yearly check and treatment, if necessary, for about 300/year. Our house is about 2300 sq. ft.

Description of Work: THEY TOOK US OUT OF THE HOUSE BECAUSE WE WEREN'T ALLOWED IN THE HOUSE WHEN THE TERMINATION WAS BEING PERFORMED. THE GAS WAS TOO STRONG AND DANGEROUS FOR PEOPLE TO BE INSIDE WITHOUT A MASK. I COULDN'T REALLY SEE WHAT THEY WERE DOING.
