The company came to inspect to see what service would suit our needs without trying to sell us a bill of goods. They saw that we did not need a tent and suggested local spray only which they did. We agreed to have treatment once a year with Morales. Overall it went well.

Morales Exterminators is possibly the most professional business we have ever dealt with. The appointment for the inspection was scheduled immediately and the actual service was performed two days later. David Owens, the inspector, was thorough and very helpful in explaining what he was doing and why he was doing it. After the inspection, he sat with us, carefully explained what he discovered, and outlined our alternatives. He explained that tenting the house was not necessary, and described Morales' annual termite control service. This service, which is reasonably priced, will provide ongoing protection. The actual service, performed by Leo Figueroa, was flawless. Before beginning, he thoroughly explained what he was about to do. During the process, he kept us informed as to what he discovered. After he completed, he reviewed what he did and showed us the wood that would need replacement. Robert Morales, the owner of the business, inspected for damage and will provide a written report and recommendations. Each person form Morales with whom we had contact was professional, extremely informative and overall very helpful. I called and made an appointment to have my home inspected for termites. The representative from Morales arrived on time, was very professional, and performed a thorough inspection. I knew I had termites but did not know the extent nor the best solution to addressing the problem. He sat down with me and explained the entire process of termite infestation and the best way to get rid of them in my home, specifically. I really appreciated that he shared this important information. I have a 100 year old Craftsman home and want it to be maintained, hopefully, for another 100 years! After obtaining a couple of other estimates after Morales, I observed that they did not conduct the same thorough inspection nor provide the detailed information that I was given by Morales. That sealed the deal for me to go with Morales. My home had to be tented and even though it is an inconvenience, they performed the work in a timely and efficient manner. They also walked me through all of the necessary steps in protecting plants, animals, food, etc. All in all, it was a positive experience and I have recommended them to friends and co workers.

We called Robert as a fifth opinion. We had powder beetles and got a lot of advice, none of it the same and much didn't seem to make a lot of sense. Robert was very good about explaining the advantages and disadvantages of various treatment options as well as the cost of each and why he recommended prolonged high dose fumigation over other treatments. He arrived on time each time, his employees were very good about minimizing the breakage of our roof tiles and he had the ones replaced that were broken (breakage is apparently common with tenting, we were warned in advance by Robert and other contractors). I was very happy with Robert's service, immediate response to phone calls when questions came up and the fact that he did exactly the work he said he would for the price we agreed to. I would definitely had him perform services again.

He told me I needed to wait until everything was done and told us to call us back then. It was very nice that he was so honest with us. He took the time to come out and look at everything as well. We will call them when our house is done.

We called them based on reviews here for a second opinion. The company we had an annual contract with was showing up once a year and not really checking anything, so we wanted to replace them with someone who would do a good inspection and treat. We had called another company who did an inspection and we wanted a second opinion. Rick (I think his name was Rick) came out and did a thorough inspection - more thorough than the first company. He proposed tenting (they all do) but as an option, we could just treat the areas where termites were found, which was limited to one wall under the house. They gave us a price that was a little higher than the first one, but the inspection was so thorough, that we decided to go with them. They scheduled for the following week. Two guys showed up to perform the services. They were courteous and explained everything they did. They answered any questions we had. They even made sure they didn't track dirt into the house. After the one year warranty is up, we plan to renew with them.

We have had companies treat a drywood termite problem at our current home in the past and subterranean termites at a previous home, so we had researched various treatments and learned more than we really wanted to know about termites! Morales gave us an estimate for tenting and discussed the options. Because of pets, plants, inconvenience, and cost, we decided to again do the spot treatment. The company used Borate which we believe is much more effective than the orange oil heavily advertised by other companies. We were very satisfied with both the representative who came out to our home and also the gentleman who completed the work. We feel very comfortable trusting them with future work on our home.

Beat competitor's prices, even after already giving me Angie's List and teacher discounts. Gentleman doing the treatment found evidence of additional termites and treated them without extra cost. I found Morales Exterminating Co on Angie's List over all I got five estimates three from Angie's List and two from other sources. I decided to go with Robert Morales because of his straight forwardness and his straight to the point attitude. The day they came out to treat the subterranean Robert was here throughout the entire treatment and they did an outstanding job! The crew that tenting and fumigated for the drywood termites where also very professional and quick. Overall I am very happy with the entire process and will recommend them to my neighbors and friends. I already called my mom and recommended them! these guys are great! Thank You Robert!

They were the ground termites so they come up underneath. They told me that they could come in and exterminate the house and I can still get termites the next day. That is how the termites are. They can only kill the termites that are there. They can’t have any residual pesticides. They can’t put anything in the house that will continue to kill the termites. They can prevent them entering wherever they came in from but they can’t kill the termites in a day. They have a different process for the ground termites so they treat the grounds around your house. They did a very good job. My primary thing was to look than to do business. I have a catering company so they came and sprayed. They did a very excellent job. They came in and looked at the situation. They actually went through the whole house. They checked the attic and they checked everywhere. They were right in there price wise. They were a little bit less than two other bids and because I knew them, I went with them. I don’t have any termites that I know of, so I think they did a very good job. They were on time and for the estimate, they came when they said they would.

So exterminators are like mechanics they can tell you anything and you have to believe them because you don't know. Morales exterminators showed up on time, were thorough in their inspection and were totally proffesional and to my surprise actually said I didn't have termites. An honest exterminator? Who does that, totally sold me and hopefully not any time soon but when needed will definitely use them. Very happy with my experience.

They came over right away. We thought we had a termite problem. They were able to use a type of orange oil that isn't very intrusive. We didn't have to evacuate or anything.

In my case, no tenting was required and the spray and foam applications were of no danger to my pets (a dog and a cat). I have a small 900 sqft two bedroom bungalow so Morales sent a two man crew. Started about 9 a.m. in the morning with the attic (the only time they were in the house) and by late morning were done with that and then proceeded to work outside and underneath the house until the job was completed. This included drilling through concrete to get at the subterranean termites underneath. They were done and gone by 3 p.m. They were very focused and efficient. No slackers here!

I realized apparently there was a $100 credit by using him from Angie?s List. I forgot to tell him about that, so I didn?t get the discount. I am thinking about calling him back and hopefully he will refund me. I got 3 estimates from Angie?s List, and I think he was the middle. He was very good. I also interviewed another company who were very good too, but they were just about $900 more. I am very happy with Morales, and he was very professional. He seemed very knowledgeable, and he was very professional. He anticipated any questions that I might have had. My husband who also is an architect and works for a lot of people in the trade thought he was extremely professional. He showed up on time, did the job on time and not a problem at all. He provided us with a bag and all the information that we needed. It was a pretty easy and affordable experience. I would definitely recommend him to my friends.

From the initial inspection on 9/11/2010 to job completion on 9/17/2010 I am very pleased with the work performed by Morales Exterminating Co. David Owens performed a thorough inspection, pointed out the infestations, and explained the different procedures and options available to me. He recommended chemically treating the visible and accessible areas of infestation. This was good news since I was expecting to hear him recommend tenting the house, which would have cost twice as much. Leo Figueroa and Ron Morales arrived on time, were very professional, very nice, and took about two hours to complete the job. Anything that was moved was returned to where it was and the work areas were left clean. I am very satisfied with this company.

The inspector was very thorough, taking about an hour and a half to perform the inspection. I was expecting to have to tent the house since I had seen termites in two different locations, but the inspector recommended against tenting because the Spanish tile roof. I was provided with a figure showing where problems were found. The exterminators performed a preventative treatment in addition to treating the problem spots. The service includes a six-month check-up which will include a free retreatment if the problem still exists. I intend to contract with Morales to do an annual inspection and preventative treatment.

They scheduled the inspection quickly and showed up promptly on the appointed day. They conducted a thorough inspection of our 90-year old house, attic, crawl space, garage, and garden shed. The price they quoted was very reasonable. We ultimately decided to go with another company that was slightly less expensive (after a discount), but it was a tough choice and I would not hesitate to recommend Morales Exterminating.

I am doing some remodeling and found some evidence of termites. I called these guys because of their rating on here. David came out and did a very thorough, professional inspection. I crawled around with him under my house and in the attic. He pointed out several spots and explained everything is detail. He spent a good 90 minutes investigating in our house (1300 sqft). I scheduled some spot treatments (as opposed to full fumigation) and two other guys (whose names I've forgotten) showed up precisely at the scheduled time. Again, these guys were great. They were friendly, clean, very knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. They spent a good 4 hours at my house. They even wore little booties when walking in our house to keep out dirt. I was very satisfied with their work, punctuality, and professionalism. I would highly recommend them.

These guys are really good -- very professional as well as price competitive. I had more confidence in their inspection and work than any of the other companies I had do inspections/estimates. Most importantly, I feel they are ethical -- that they will do what they say and stand by their word. Highly recommended.

It went better than we expected since none of us has ever been through a tenting process before. We were very worried about what we had to wrap and not wrap. We were very relieved that the gas leaves no residue so no clothes or dishes had to be cleaned! Security was of paramount concern since we all had to vacate our units for two nights. Mr. Morales showed us how he would secure the building in our absence and everything was fine when we returned. Whew! Mr. Morales had the gas company come when we returned to our units and the gas was back on within 10 minutes for each owner, including relighting the water heaters, furnaces, etc. We are all delighted we selected him from Angie's List.

I recently purchased a "fixer" home that was bank owned. I called Morales for an inspection as I noticed terminites on the porch. He did a thorough inspection. When in the attic, he found the card from the prior inspection, which showed it was done less than 1 year ago. He advised me that the other company should guarantee their work/inspection for 1 year (which they did). I have dealt with other providers in the past who would not have mentioned this so they could do the work and get paid. Honest and Integrity is #1 to me when dealing with businesses. I will absolutely use Morales for my next inspection and any work to be done!

This was a great experience! Morales sent a knowledgeable estimator (David Owens), and the service was scheduled within two weeks (at our convenience). Mr. Owens took care of all the arrangements with the subcontractor and the shut-off and turn-on with The Gas Company. He supplied us with detailed instructions and more than enough bags for food storage. We were also given a lock box for our front door. The work was done exactly as specified. All personnel arrived on time. Telephone contacts were easy with prompt responses. I requested a Release of Lien and it arrived the day after they received my payment. Everyone involved, from the office staff to the workers were friendly, polite and professional.

They?re small - but not too small - enough to still be controlled by the owner, Robert Morales. He is an honorable outstanding guy, and someone I can see. His employees are personable and seem earnest in their desire to do a good job. There was an initial fixed cost several years ago, and now, after not having taken a yearly service contract with them and then ending up paying considerably more several years later to get rid of all the termites, we have a regular service contract with them. I think that is around $240. They?re great. I would recommend them highly and would continue to use them in the future.
