He showed up on time and asked about our zones and their locations. He asked if we had any issues or areas that we specifically wanted him to look at. He then started zone by zone and looked at each sprinkler head. Cleaned those that needed it, opened up the end of the sprinkler tubing and flushed out dirt, cleaned a filter (that I didn't even knew existed and needed cleaning), and adjusted the flow of several heads. He re-programmed the controller with a better timing/days schedule -- and wrote it down to give to me! He also walked me around afterwards noting a few changes he suggested based on the current plants and veggies. He also mentioned a few things he could update/change later if we decided to have it done -- which I fully expected as well. This was a great service since sprinklers usually get forgotten about. It's nice to have someone inspect and educate.

It went great! I was very impressed! Genaro was very professional and knowledgable about sprinklers and drip systems and gardening in general. My sprinklers and drip system have not been working right for a few months now. Genaro checked everything out and showed me exactly what the problems are and how to remedy them. He also set the timer the way it needed to be set. I'm kind of a do it yourself person and I really appreciated the fact that there was absolutely no pressure from him to let him do costly repairs. He even told me to call him if I have any questions. I probably should have the whole sprinkler system redone and if I decide to do that I will definitely give Genaro a call. I would recommend GenEnt Home and Garden to my friends. My expectations were well met.

We bought a "big deal" to have up to eight irrigation zones adjusted. This provider did a fantastic job for us. For starters, he scheduled the appointment quickly and accommodated our work schedules. He showed up on time and went above and beyond. He adjusted all of our zones and sprinklers in the front and back yard, patiently showed us what was working well and what wasn't, educated us on the type of hardware we needed for each area (type of sprinkler head -- drip vs. spray, etc) and showed us how to use water better and more efficiently for our plants and yard. He also gave us some guidance on a few plants and bushes that are not thriving and how to take better care of them. He was patient, professional and very knowledgeable. We thoroughly enjoyed working with Genaro and will hope to work with him again in the future. We highly recommend him for this type of service.

It went very well. Last year I used a similar service (from a different company) and, although they came out to my property several times, they were unable to locate and identify all the valves in the system. Genaro found them efficiently. He really looked at what my system was watering and the plants that were there and adjusted things to maximize efficiency. He explained to me how to clean the filters in the future myself, but did all that now. He came equipped with the local recommendations for watering and adjusted my schedule to be more efficient. He identified particular problems (unfortunately I have one big one--likely a broken line) and is preparing a cost estimate of what it will cost to fix the problem. His quoted hourly rate is very reasonable and I plan to use him to make the necessary repairs. He was professional, articulate, and helpful. I would most definitely use his services again.

Estimating, scheduling, and completed work went very well . I am a remote landlord and we had ongoing and prompt email communication and useful pics were sent when work complete.

The contractor (Genaro)did everything that was spelled out in the contract and MORE. H e had workers out on the specified time and date. The two workers dug up and removed the old grass and dirt via dumpster; and cleaned up the surrounding area. At this point Genaro inspected the sprinklers and found them deficient. He deleted some and replaced others with more efficient heads.Potting mix was spread out and fescue was rolled out Genaro then set the sprinkler system to water the proper amount (timing and amount) He addressed all of our concerns about maintenance. He also said that if other concerns arose to just contact him

Genero first won my business by providing not only low bid but also by assuring me he would be on time and do a great job. His enthusiasm and passion for his business comes across in a way that is reassuring and positive. Genaro also is insured, which is important to me. The work went very well. Genaro started exactly on time and completed the work ahead of schedule. He exceeded my expectations. A+. What more can I say? I would hire him again, for sure, and would recommend him to any of my friends.

Genero and team did a great job. It's been about a month since the lawn was replaced and it looks wonderful. I especially appreciate Genaro's clear communication via email and phone, attention to detail during the project, and the follow up after the job was completed.

He and his two employees showed up exactly at the time they said they would. They performed all the tasks that I had contracted for and specifically spent quite a long time on the climbing rose issue. When they left, both front and back yard were clean with no cuttings or dirt left behind. The weeds and pruning on the back yard hill were done quite well and the area looked much cleaner than before. All the items I requested trimmed were done beautifully. The front yard, with the mulch put on the ground and the shrubs trimmed, looked amazing. They were at my house for about eight hours.

Have been using Genaro and his team for over a year and am VERY happy. Previous gardeners lost their attention to detail after a few months, not Genaro. Both Viktor and Aljendro have worked on the property and they have been great! Initially, hired the company to do weekly upkeep of the lawn and yard. Part of the lawn is on a hillside and is difficult to mow, another part of the yard (again hillside) is hard to weed. Viktor and Alejandro do a great job at keeping everything looking good. And, both have helped with last minute requests. Have occasionally purchased a few too many plants for me to get in myself over the weekend and have asked either Viktor or Alejandro to put the rest in when they've arrived. This has never been a problem. Also, as our hillside paths have started to slide and crumble, put in by the builder of the house some 20+ years ago, have spoken with Genaro about repairing/replacing them. He went above and beyond to work with me and my budget, and to see if permits were needed, something I had not even known about. The quote for the job was fair. This company has been great to work with and I'm very confident that they will be able to help me create my dream yard. Genaro has been nice to work with because I can talk honestly about my budget and there is no pressure to do everything now. We look at what are the priorities and long term goals and how we can get there.

Genaro is a pleasure to work with. He doesn't shy away from tough problems, and is willing to investigate them and discuss solutions. He and his crew work very hard and are thorough. His regular maintenance visits are not just "mow and blow". He looks at each planting and does whatever needs to be done. Highly recommend!

Genero was responsive to my call and arrived at the time he indicated. He called a few minutes early to let me know he was on his way, but there was a lot of traffic so he might be a few minutes late. He wasn't late, but I appreciated the notice. He met his estimate and did some extra work that needed to be done, but we had not discussed. Always nice! I rarely write reviews, but I found my experience with Genaro merited reciprocating with a little of my time.
