They were great. He e-mailed me right after I purchased it and he was out within a week or two. There were additional charges. We had a lot of work done. The sprinkler system had leaks in it and needed to be repaired and that required materials and extra labor. But I expected that. We actually purchased two coupons and then we had additional charges. We had a good experience with them. Two people came out. They had to come back at separate times to finish everything because there was so much that needed to be done. There was one issue where with the sprinklers he made it sound like there was an emergency with the leak, so my husband left work to come home and it turned out not to be that bad. It was fixed by the time he got home. But all of our intercourse with them was very professional.

It went pretty good. The only negative was that he was too far away to make other repairs, because it was hard to schedule. I wanted to speak with him in person, but we could never get it scheduled.

Genaro is knowledgeable with regard to sprinkler systems. He changed the watering schedule and time on our timers to maximize the use of water to the landscaping requirements of our property. I would like to have used him to repair and upgrade the system, so this is the 60% criteria for future recommendation. However, 40% of the remaining criteria is based upon his responsiveness and followup. It took approximately 3-4 weeks to find a time that was agreeable for each of us. During this period he set and cancelled 2-3 dates. When he did get to our home he changed to watering schedule. He also made a significant effort to identify the parts to repair and upgrade the system. He said he would get back to us within a week and a half. The major issue is that we haven't heard from him since. After the first 3-4 weeks of scheduling and rescheduling the first appointment, we decided to let him contact us. This hasn't happened and it has been 6+ weeks. Bottom line is; "Lack of confidence in his ability to follow up should there be a problem". In my estimation, he has 60% of it right, but the follow up needs a lot of improvement.

Aside from arriving after the scheduled time, everything else went fine. They were very attentive to what I asked them to do and answered a few questions I had. The equipment they used was not exceptionally noisy, something I'm concerned about, and left everything neat and clean.

It went okay. But he did not solve my problem. He checked for the leak but claimed that there was no leak. He said that I needed a certain number of new sprinkler heads. My gardener replaced the valve and that stopped the leak. He was nice and pleasant but he just did not solve my problem.

Fine. Genaro was on time and adjusted some of the sprinklers to provide better coverage.

It went so much better than I had hoped. I can't say enough good things about my experience. When I saw the completed job, I was absolutely shocked that they were able to transform my patio from what it was into what it is now. It looks absolutely wonderful. Fantastic. General debris was removed. My ficus and bouganvillia were both terribly overgrown. They were heavily pruned and now look great. My fatsia japonica was also overgrown since it had not been trimmed in over 20 years and now looks beautiful too. My hydrangea (which I thought was, as they say, on its last leg and could not be saved) was cut way back and I was instructed about how to care for it as it grew back. Dead plants were removed from both the ground and also from some pots I had. My geranium was pruned and a Lady Banks rose was also pruned in such a way that it will be possible to train it to grow along the fence using some wires, if I get permission to put wires along the fence from the condo association. I also have three cordalynes (at least I think that is what they are) which have grown from 1-2 feet when I first planted them to about 10-12 feet now. Nothing has ever been done with them and they were looking somewhat ragged. They were also cleaned up and now look really beautiful too. Some leftover compost I had lying around was spread out over an area that had been nothing but weeds. Chairs that could be folded and stacked, were. I can't say enough good things about the transformation that they did. They even put all the refuse in a dumpster since we don't have curbside pickup or recyling of plant material at the condo complex that I live in.

They were Punctual and professional. They performed the service to clean out the sprinklers and adjust them quickly. They were definitely better, however there is a lot more overspray (on hard scape and street). They also provided an estimate for replacing the sprinkler heads as they were very aged. The quote was very detailed and professional, but much higher than expected. Getting additional quotes to compare.

Genaro showed up on time and performed the requested work professionally. I have used him before and would use him again. Please note--the approximate date is an educated guess because I could not find my receipt and I paid cash.

Genaro and his crew do a fantastic job. Genaro is easily contactable, always responds to emails, charges a reasonable rate and does an excellent job. The lawn and plants are always kept neat, the sprinklers regularly checked and maintained. I couldn't ask for anything more.

The service was pretty good. He came out pretty quickly about two or three days. In fact, I think I called during the week and said that he could not come out until the weekend. That is the reason why it took so long. I like to be home when these guys are here. I would recommend them to others if they do not know how to adjust their sprinklers and if they needed some kind of tips, but I thought the guy was a little excessive on his price. He wanted to change my sprinklers to a bigger pop-up. I think it was a little too much, so, I did it myself. He adjusted the ones I needed adjusting because the ones on the edge needed to be popped-up. They were not above the lawn so I was not getting good water on that. He did what he was supposed to do. The price for what they were supposed to do was fair, but the price for what they wanted to do, I thought it was a little more because he said he needed to dig, and I do not think he needed to dig. I would use them again if I needed an adjustment for my sprinklers.

He was wonderful and did a very thorough job. He was personable and extremely knowledgable. We've already hired him for future services.

GenEnt was great. They were responsive immediately after making the Big Deal purchase. They were on-time, professional, and did go a little above & beyond what I expected. I wish I could go back in time and use them to do the original sprinkler system installation last summer.

GenEnt inspected our sprinkler system, fixed some problems, and gave us a list of things that needed to be done to get the system in tip-top condition. His estimate was about $500 to do all the work. I'm not sure if this is a good price or not since I don't have anything to compare it with. He also reset the timer for the watering to go off. I felt the work provided was fair for an Angie's List Big Deal purchase and would definitely consider him for future work.

Well, I think there was a misunderstanding. He thought I was calling just to submit how much it would cost to fix my sprinkler system and I thought he would come in and help me change-up some heads and things like that. So that's basically what happened. He is very knowledgeable. I don't remember him explaining me what the big deal package consisted of. He might have explained but I don't remember but I did get a submission of estimate to fix things. There were no additional charges beyond the big deal amount. It sounded like all he was expecting was that he was going to be doing estimates for future work. He seems to know very well what he is doing but it wasn't what I was expecting. So it's apples and oranges. I think he was on time as I remember. The problem is I can't afford him what he wanted to do. He didn't do anything for me. There was no tune-up except an estimate given. I felt like I paid $45 for an estimate.

My experience with them was good. I have still got somethings going on they need to address from that visit, but it was good. They were prompt. They had a lot of good information to provide my wife and I with a gardening sprinkler system. They actually did not do a whole lot of adjusting of the existing sprinklers, they just gave us some recommendations and some possible improvement that we can make. This is the first time I used them.

It turned out very well. They did an inspection and preformed a couple of tune-ups and he also wrote up a couple of proposals for other items that could be fixed as well with my system.

They changed the appointment twice that was not very good. They did not do one of things that they said that they were going to do, which was to clean the sprinkler heads. They did adjustments and everything went pretty good. I have not decided whether or not to go ahead with that. It is pretty expensive. When they actually did come they were an hour early. I have not decided if I would use them again.

They did good work and let me know everything that needed improved on my system. I received the report by email and it was broken down into zones, it was very easy to read, and brought many issues to my attention.

I have had way too many inadequate gardeners prior to GenEnt so Genaro and his crew are such a wonderful breath of fresh air!!! They are very punctual in their communications and always arrive as scheduled. They have attention to detail and ask for feedback on a regular basis so as to make sure things are done the way the customer wants. They are knowledgeable and if they don't know something, they get the answer for you. Their English is excellent so there are no communications problems. They bottom line is they aim to please the customers and at the end of each clean up, they ask if there is anything else they can help with. Genaro and Victor have actually gone way beyond what would be expected when I misunderstood the extent of one of the small projects I had done. They are professional, polite, respectful, conscientious, honest, motivated, dependable and personable. I feel like I finally hit solid gold. I am, however, paying more than I have ever paid before thus I have them come only twice a month but the quality of their work justifies the cost.

They came on time, inspected, gave recommendations.

Excellent knowledge of how the sprinklers worked and how they needed to be tuned up. He ran the sprinklers and tuned them up while they were running so he could see exactly how the water flowed after he tuned them. He also reprogramed the sprinkler control after we discussed what setting I wanted and what he recommended for the current season. Excellent communication skills.
