It was ok. He’s a good guy. It was weird that he came on a Sunday but I think I agreed on that date. He checked the whole system. He gave an estimate to add additional sprinkler head where there was a dry spot but it too much to do at the time.

He was pleasant. He did what he thought his job was and that was to evaluate my system and tell me what needed to be done. ( I was confused because I thought he would do some fixin) At any rate, I thought he was personable and I would hire him again to repair the system but it was more expensive than I could afford right now.

About 1 hour before our scheduled meeting time Ganaro called and asked if we could push our appointment back about an hour. I rearranged my schedule and agreed. I left the house to run errands and he called again just a shot time later and asked if we could move it back to the original time. I dropped what I was doing and went back to the house to meet with him. Once he arrived he was nice and courteous. However, without asking what I wanted done, he started trying to sell me on a series of big project unrelated to why I had set the meeting. On three occasions I tried to bring him back into talking about the projects I needed done and he kept trying to turn it into something much bigger. He was constantly trying to sell me something and not asking questions about what I wanted to do. I finally asked him to leave.

It went very well. They were very professional. In and out in less than half an hour.

I contacted Genaro because I had a broken PVC pipe. I wasn't able to be home when it was convenient for him to look at it, so he looked at it while I was out of town and sent me an email with photos about the problem I reported, as well as two other items that I hadn't noticed, but definitely needed to be repaired. I authorized the work. When working on that repair, he determined that two valves needed to be replaced, reported that to me and I authorized him to return to do that work. When that work was done, I pointed out another area that I was worried about, but he said it was fine, and commented on the locations of my drip emitters, which I did not place appropriately, and made a recommendation on how I should set up my drip emitters. The men who did the work were very careful in their work, taking much more time for the repair than I had expected. Genaro was good about giving me details about the work needed, and a quote for material and labor, replying to email within 24 hours.

-They have provided maintenance 5 times, and I'm very satisfied with their work. I'm still considering the service that I originally hired Genaro to do--repair the sprinkler system but I need to talk further with him to see what can be postponed and what needs to be done first.

He did a good job with the replacement sprinkler head, but his reset caused the system to go on for only 30 seconds. I wouldn't have noticed this problem if I hadn't been awake early one morning when the system started.

They were okay. They were able to come out right after I reached out to them and showed up on time.

Great. Was very nice. Said that our watering system was good and that he would send a quote to fix it if we wanted to get it fixed.

Well. The gardeners worked fast and hard the entire time. The only issue we had was that they did not haul away the green waste. It took us about 5 weeks of filling our own green waste trash receptacle before we got rid of the pile of weeds.

Super knowledgeable - I ended up taking a page of notes on making sure I knew how to adjust things as seasons change. Thanks!

They communicated well, provided good service, and fixed broken elements of the sprinkler system. Overall, very good work.

They were on time, very knowledgeable and did a great job.

For just a special-priced overview he spent a long time and offered good suggestions to improve the system.

Showed up Saturday morning and completed work.

Genaro was fabulous! He arrived within the time frame; did a great job on the lawn. Gave excellent advice on watering, sprinkler heads, and weed &feed products, and also where to buy the items. This information was invaluable and most appreciated. He was efficient; did the job, and left. He was not fishing for extra work. He told us how to do the jobs ourselves. His attitude was most professional.

The service turned out fine. They were on-time and professional.

Genario and Elias arrived on time and quickly went to work evaluating and troubleshooting our irrigation system. Genario recommended changing the watering schedule to one recommended by a local municipality. In addition he indicated that we will need to replace the sprinkler heads since our current ones were too short to water efficiently. They noticed that one of the solenoids in the irrigation box had a wire which was detached. They replaced the solenoid and cleaned out the dirt in the box.

Crew did a good job of clearing a couple of years' worth of overgrowth (back neighbor's vine plants that were now growing over our citrus trees) from our back fence.

They did not serve the area. They had listed in the Deal that my area was covered but when I called they stated they did not. They did not advertise the service clearly, however they were straight about the need to have the Big Deal refunded.

It worked out fine. I did try and contact them to come back and give me a quote on a weekly service and no one has ever gotten back with me. They're not very good at getting back to you. There were 2 men for 2 hours. They did did summer clean-up before the winter starts, they pulled out all the debris and they did a good job that's why it's nice if I can have them give me a quote for other work but he just never got back with me. The 2 guys that was here were very good.

They worked very hard from start to finish and did an excellent job. My yard looks like a different yard. I had a lot of work to do and they did everything I needed in the two hour time period. I have some bushes in the back that no one every cuts straight and even on the top, not only did they cut them straight and even but took quality time to make sure they were done right. My yard still has a way to go but it certainty looks way better. I have had several people come in the past and they have not done as good of a job. They left everything neat and clean and I am very happy with the work.

It was average. I won't say it was great. He came on time and provided some feedback. But I have not continued that service because it seems it's a little bit costly. He did something. I don't know what he did. I'm not aware of that. He said that he did something but I don't know because I was not at home at that time. It's my problem but I do not see any difference between what was done and what was not done. He was responsive.

Two individuals arrived punctually, and within two hours 1. consulted with us so we could better define the scope of the project to spruce up the backyard and 2. transformed our yard into a new and much more inviting space. A $50.00 fee for hauling away a swing was fairly added to our bill.

They did a great job cleaning up the beds in the yard.
