Description of Work: Complete failure. New roof, three rainfalls in the dry Palm Springs, CA area after a brand new roof and failed all three time. Refused Doug's fix and demanded a new roofing contractor. Had to go through miserable conditions, a half a** repair, and am worried about mold due to the p*** poor job. The latest repair has not been tested but then Doug then accused me of fraud because "he stated the roof did not leak". Who in their right mind would want to drag this out with such an incompetent company? He sent out a new roofing contractor to fix the roof. After this occurred Doug acused me of fraud because he stated over the phone that the roof did not leak after the third fix. We fired him after this conversation and will take care of all life time warranties on my own by Tenco. Who would want to continue trying to repair the roof with Doug after this point? Doug is the owner. We were lied to from the beginning with his sales rep who he did not back up, so many promises were made, but we had to fight for all of them and in the end they were a complete failure. In the future if any of Tenco's work fails we will hire an outside contractor to make the repairs. Tenco is not competent or honest. I will never ever call Tenco again. We are expecting rain, if I have yet another leak Doug will hear from me but will hear from our lawyer. Worst ever contractor.

At my follow up appointment, I was supposed to make the final payment, but there was an unexpected death in the family. They were very understanding and told me not to worry about the final payment right then, which I've never seen from a business. They were very professional and understanding. The whole experience with him was very nice. Their understanding meant the world to me.
