Worst company ever. They took 5 months to submit our application to the county. KAYLA asked us 3 separate times for HOA approval. We gave it to them 11/2022. It was finally submitted 3/2023, per Kayla. THEN, it took 7 months apparently for the county to approve. They continue to blame the lengthy time to complete this project on the county. What about those 5 months? Worst communication ever. Worst customer service ever.

My wife arranged to have them come for a quote today. Because I was at work, the contractor would not give her a quote because she needed her "husband" to make the decisions. This type of disrespect toward my wife is unforgivable and I will never work with them. If I could give less than a star I would.

Delays in installation and after installation missing screen doors. Been months and still don’t have the screen door. They keep blaming delay on manufacturer. No accountability. Once they get paid you are no longer a concern or a priority as a customer! They have blocked me on Facebook and Instagram since I was leaving comments on their posts about their customer service.

The install of my patio was good. Except they forgot to install two of the end caps corbel. Its been couple of weeks now and no action has been done. Also cant rely on them for the city inspection of you electrical after install. Not getting more response from them last week. Sent two message and no response. I paid them cash and i guest they dont care anymore.

Brandon came to our home to give us a quote. He arrived on time, seemed friendly enough and so we proceeded to show him our backyard. He began measuring our yard and started asking about whether we want insulation or not. I inquired about what the benefits were as we were looking to explore our options. I asked if he would provide us with a breakdown of costs to which he stated "There are about 10 options if I give you a breakdown on all of them, I'd be here for 10 hours. You need to just tell me what you want" in the most annoyed/condescending tone. Mind you he had been at our home for about 5mins at this point so its not like he was repeating himself or we had wasted a ton of his time. The entire point of him coming to our house was to give us a quote and tell us what kind of options/features we could choose from!!! We are not cheap, but ultimately everything comes down to cost so if your not willing to give me a breakdown then why would I go with you?!. If you are unsure of what you want or need a company that is willing to work with you, this is NOT the company for you. I'm not sure if he was intimidated by the size of our project or the fact we are a mixed couple. Either way, I would not hire them. I called and spoke with the supervisor because we were so upset after the interaction. Its recorded on our backyard camera if they want to see how to do better next time!!

I purchased a 10x10 stand alone patio cover from Tenco C.C. The product and installation crew were exceptional. However, that was the extent of the positive experience. After eight weeks, my patio cover was installed with the posts 1 1/2 ft. in from the outer edge of the cover significantly reducing the functional area of the patio. I understand the post positioning is required for the integrity of the structure; however, this information was never relayed to me; no detailed plans, drawing and diagrams. Had I known this, I would have changed my plans/ design. Company refused to provide detailed plans prior to beginning work. Multiple requests for a home visit to discuss and finalize the details of the project were declined. The Kayla the so called project manager stated it was not company's "protocol," and explained the visit made by a staff member, few days after the contract was signed, to remeasure was considered the job site visit. Incidentally, I was not home during this visit. Despite the project manager's apology and stating that making me happy was the company's "main concern," the sub standard planning was dismissed as a "miscommunication." (See screen shot) Moreover, my emails to management staff have gone unanswered and I have yet to receive a phone call. Adding insult, a representative proffered a remedy, but it would require me to pay an additional $4,800. A two for one in the company's favor. Lesson learned, so please demand detailed plans and proceed with caution. Better yet, go with another contractor.

If I can give them no stars I would: From the beginning we had issues with them. There sales representative was a flake worst I ever had, but gave them the benefit of the doubt (that right there should hv been a red flag) I should hv looked for someone else. My biggest regret. Any ways I spoke to Kayla many times on the way I wanted my patio shade to be, send her pictures text messages explaining what I wanted. The day came to install and the had everything opposite of what I wanted. When I called them to tell them they had order the part incorrectly she FIRST blame for picking the wrong colors when there's proof I send her various pictures of what I wanted. Second I trusted her and THAT was the biggest regret. I signed the paperwork SHE asked to signed. Turns out she oder the wrong color for my patio. Now I'm stuck with a patio I don't want don't like, and there not doing anything to mk me happy. There refusing to fix there mistake and blaming me! They stop texting me back avoiding my calls. So not professional. I'm waiting for Doug to make it better. My biggest regret not only did I trust them to do a good job I trusted their team. I never gave up on them, even when my husband wanted to cancel with them more than 3 times. I always insisted they do the job. Not only do I feel they let me down, I feel betrayed by the way they are now treating me. I literally was crying the whole day because I hv such beautiful house and they just ruined my patio. I'm going to probably take them to small claims court. If I was you guys I would avoid all this headache and go somewhere where they care for their customers. I feel now that they hv my money they really don't care if I'm happy or not. I would never ever recommend this company to anybody. Trust me they will blame you instead of helping you find a solution to your problem and they simply walk away they don't care they hv your money.

Rick and Matt were Awesome. They were a great team. I really enjoyed the both of them. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

It went excellent. All the staff from the sales to office and installation staff are great and excellent.

We are extremely happy with the work that was done by Walter, Hector and Armondo. They were very professional, timely and courteous. They respected our home and we are very appreciative.

The installers we awesome! Explained what they were going to do, how long it would take, etc. They were courteous & professional cleaned up after. Explained how to operate the unit.

They're pretty awesome. They answer all the question that I asked. I loved my patio cover!

Everything went well. The crew showed up right on time and the work only took about an hour. There was very little mess and no mishaps. And best of all, the house is so much cooler. We only got it up to R-19 but as soon as we can afford it we're adding more. I definitely recommend this company.

The person who gave the estimate (Rod Thompson) made notes on the sheet that contained the estimate so he said he would email the estimate to us. We never received the estimate, or a phone call if their info was wrong. I didn't call them as I was getting other bids as well. When it came time to make a decision their estimate wasn't here and I took that as an indication of their follow through so didn't consider them in our final choice. We hired Add Insulation instead.

We were very satisfied. Everything came as promised. They were prompt and courteous.

They were late due to closure of the 210 freeway but they got right to work as soon as they arrived. We had enough heat gain in the attic to cause the cold water pipes to run hot for over a minute. It's a tight space and they covered all the areas that were exposed to the roof and sidewalls where the sun hits directly; they installed it in a little over 4 hours Yes, we have insulation above the ceiling, but in mid-summer it still got warm in the house. Adding the space-age barrier just under the roof reduced the heat gain in the attic. OOps, there was a wire that was accidently stepped on loosened and cut the power to the ceiling fan in the kitchen, but they came back as soon as we let them know and fixed it for free. We're happy with the process and they provided all the paperwork for a savings to our gas and electric bill with the energy savings rebate available. It should pay for itself in 3 years.
