Description of Work: Wow, did this place ever disappoint me! I've used Rescue Rooter before and was fairly pleased with them, although I thought their prices were a bit high, I thought the quality of work was very good. Then, when it came time to replace my water heater, they quoted me an astronomical price, $11,000 because my old water heater wasn't 'up to code'. They talked about putting in a tankless water heater and then suggested I keep it in the house where my old one currently is and even having to make a special door for venting. My husband heard how much they were going to charge and called another plumber and he came in and did the work...all of it, for $1,6000! That's a BIG differrence. Rescue Rooter had me ready to sign for financing and everything. To think I nearly signed the dotted line!
