Description of Work: Shortly after I retired 3 1/2 years ago, I turned my pool maintainence over to Paul's. I could not be happier with the service my technition, Tony, provides. Everything is included in the service, from maintaining the proper chemical balance and adding what is needed, to brushing, skimming vacuuming, cleaning filter grids and minor repairs. Tony is very courteous and prompt and more like a family member to us than a service provider. He is available at any time to respond to a question, concern, or emergency. I highly recommend this provider.

Description of Work: We found out on Thursday at 4:45 that our pool heater was not working and that my husband was not going to be able to fix it himself after troubleshooting the error code. Since we were having two parties over the weekend, one being our daughter's 16th birthday, and everyone planned t swim at both, we were in a predicament. I immediately began calling repair people and they all told me they could not get out the next day, until I called Paul. Before he determined he needed to come out, he asked my husband to do a few more things to the heater and then said he would work us in, calling the next morning with a specific time. He did exactly as he said. When he got here, he spent about and hour to identify the problem and told us it was the blower motor but due to corrosion at the bottom of the heater, as well as prior repairs, he recommended against repairing it, said it was very likely, since the heater was nearly 11 years old, that we would be repairing other parts soon, and suggested that we replace it with a RayPac. He gave us several other models and we looked them all up and he gave us reasoning's for the one he liked and said it was all he sold but would put in what ever we wanted. We went with his suggestion. His price was around $3700 installed but when he saw Leslie's had it on sale for $700 he sold it to us for the discounted price. He said he would have it installed by the end of the night and he really came through. Only thing he was unable to do was get it hooked to our Jandy but he came back Monday at our convenience to get that done.
