Perfectly! The guys were super professional, informative and efficient with their work.

I initially had another company due to come out Friday morning for the work, but something on the contractor's license they cited didn't look right - and wasn't. I called Make It Drain - Peter - at 5:30 am Friday morning of the holiday weekend. He was here by 8:30 am, and his crew worked all day Friday, Saturday (new Year's eve), Monday, and Tuesday - early morning through mid evening (8 am or earlier til at least 8 at night). I had no working plumbing from Thursday night until midday Friday, but they rigged up enough for me to have running water and usable toilets again on Friday. They were courteous, thorough, and very, very responsive. Although there is no way of knowing for sure, at least compared to the first company that provided a bit and then the second whose license was in question, the work (although expensive - but then again, it was a big job) - seemed in line with the market. I have no hesitation recommending Peter - he is the best. If I ever have any plumbing needs again, he is the one I will call.

They arrived early, were friendly, professional and efficient. The price was great, too. $49 to replace the faucet. Took them about 10 minutes total. Great guys. Highly recommend.

These guys were a life saver. They went above and beyond any other plumbing service I've ever dealt with. Bought pex repipe deal off Angie's list. Had past work done on my house and it's always been a nightmare , but they gave me hope that there are still good tradesmen out there who aren't trying to rip you off. Make It Drain Plumbing to the Rescue Yes, truly Ean and Marc of Make It Drain Plumbing came to our rescue. Ean and Marc are talented and wonderful young men who exhibit the three P’s in abundance: Professionalism, Politeness, and Perseverance. I first found them through Angie’s List and arranged to have them come and re-pipe our whole house with PEX and install a new water heater. Fate prevailed and we had to call them in early to deal with a sudden dire issue that they fixed on our very limited budget and in record time. They arrived on time, left things tidy when finished, were a joy to be around, and are extremely conscientious, helpful, and caring. They are both very sweet. Qualities one does not often run into when having one’s home repaired. I’m probably tripping myself up, broadcasting this and making them busy with new work, but they deserve it, and other folks deserve to have these young men helping them. They do excellent work, provide great workmanship, have years of knowledge in their field, and above all, are ethical. I would not hesitate to hire them again, in a nanosecond, and I highly recommend them to anyone needing plumbing work.

This company is the best. Very professional!! From the beginning to the end, Marc from Make It Drain provided me with excellent customer services. I had my bathtub and toilet clogged. I called Marc and came right away to assess and fix the problem. The whole project took roughly 2 -3 hours. Great job Marc!! Not many companies left that actually care about providing you with such amazing customer service.

I decided to replace the toilet in my powder room with a newer, more water efficient model. I found Marc and Make it Drain Plumbing on Angie's list. Marc replied to my call promptly. His price was fair. He came to my house at the scheduled date and time, and replaced the old toilet. He did a good job, and was quick and tidy and pleasant. I would hire Marc again. Highly recommend!

Mark and Ean did a fantastic job and I given them an A++++ rating. They arrived when they said and on time. They also responded promptly to all our followup requests. I recommend them highly and if we ever move to a new home, I would hire them in a heartbeat. They finished the main work in two days which is impressive since the work was very hard, as our crawlspace slopes towards the back and becomes very tight.

Just when I thought it was impossible to find honest quality work, I found these guys. I called around for estimates to replace our water pressure regulator. I'd noticed a leak coming from the main screw, and we'd had some issues in the past with loud pipes. It was Saturday and most plumbers were either closed or had an answering service picking up for them. Marc picked up the phone and told me politely that they normally didn't work Saturday. But he took a few moments to ask about the problem and requested that I text him a picture of our valve. Moments later, he sent me an extremely reasonable quote to install and replace the part. He told me the problem wasn't imminent, so scheduled the work for the following week. Marc and his partner Ian called when they were on their way. They showed up on time, then realized they needed a wider part (our pipe is 1 inch wide, they had accounted for ¾ inch). They said they wouldn't charge me the extra for the larger piece, then drove out to purchase the piece they needed, and were back within 15 minutes to replace it. A few moments later, they knocked on my door and told me "You don't need a new regulator. The one you have is good. We tightened the screw and adjusted your water pressure. It was too low. If anything changes, just call us back and we'll honor your quote to replace it." I was planning to give them something for the labor, but they wouldn't take it. They didn't take a dollar from me. If that wasn't enough, they came inside, (I'd previously asked them to inspect my toilet flapper install job, as our toilet was having trouble flushing." They looked at our part, then took a flapper off their own truck and installed it. They wouldn't charge me anything. These guys are awesome and hungry and there's a reason for the amazing reviews on Angie's List. I've had challenges with companies upselling in the past, and these guys are in another league. Old-school, honest. Salt of the earth. I'm really excited to have found my new go-to plumber. Thanks, guys. I really appreciate your time.

Wonderful! Ean and Marc did not try to up sell me. They were honest, on time, punctual and gave me a very decent price on materials and labor. I highly recommend them for your plumbing needs.

Provider came for an estimate. Was on time for the appointment. Was also on time for the day of the job. Had the water heater and all hardware. Completed the work in a timely manner. Cleaned up the area very well.

It was great! Marc and Ean were prompt, knowledgeable, professional and they completed the job when they said they would. Actually, they were done before the window that they gave us. We had them come out for a sewer line camera inspection on a Sunday. I had called Marc prior, and said I could have sworn I saw a "waterbug" also know as a really ugly cockroach come up through the drain in the addition that we just put on. He mentioned that they may be living in our clay pipes. The inspection showed the roaches living there and the cracks in the pipes, we were able to view the camera monitor when they did the camera inspection. When we saw the bugs alone, we knew it need to be done, but because the bugs get in through the cracks it was a no brainer. They did a hydro jet to flush the drain (they gave us a video, and we could see the roaches leaving). Then they did a resin lining in the pipe which expands to fill the cracks. We have a video of that too, no more bugs or cracks for us! We highly recommend! Make It Drain is a great company! I'm not going to put in the price that we paid because it depends on the footage.

The overall experience was excellent, had to deal with a rental prop, and was looking for a way to get the job done quickly and reasonably. These guys (Mark and Ean) were so good to work with, on time, obviously experienced and fair with the pricing. Highly recommend!

I replaced my flush valve on my old toilet and when I was putting the tank back on, I cracked it. It was the perfect excuse to finally get a new toilet. However, I did not want to deal with installing it. I called Marc and Ean at Make It Drain and they handled it all for me. They showed up at 745a for an 8a appointment (which I love), they were incredibly friendly, honest and they did their thing. It took them only about 28 mins. They also took out the old toilet and helped me get it in the trash, break it up, etc. They both really went above and beyond for a simple job. I highly recommend their services.

I called and Marc & Ean were so great! They came the same day when it worked for my schedule. Then when they came they were in and out fast and cleaned up after themselves. They were so affordable and quick. No butt cracks included lol!

As the owner of a few single home properties, I have been calling on Make It Drain for the past 2 years and they always come through - especially in emergency situations. Their work has been efficient, quality, and very reasonably priced. Marc and Ean take pride in and stand behind their work. In the past few months they re-piped and moved plumbing and gas lines for my kitchen remodel, installed a water heater, and installed 2 new toilets. In the past 3 years they have installed linings in sewer lines at both of my properties, re-piped my entire home under the house, and installed multiple plumbing fixtures.
