Magnolia Heating and Air went above and beyond to make sure we got just the system we needed for the budget we wanted to stay in. We own a 101 year old craftsman home and they helped us make it function like a modern home, but were very mindful of it's old charm. They spent extra time with us to make sure the system would be as low profile as possible, while also making sure that all of our needs were met. Their technicians were incredibly knowledgeable and professional. They got the work done when they said they would and were a pleasure to work with. We highly recommend them!

Before purchasing the Angie's List promo, I contacted Magnolia Heating & Cooling first to verify that they service my area. Upon confirmation, I then purchased the $65 Dryer Vent Cleaning deal. Called to make an appointment and was able to get one right away. David Ramirez, the technician arrived on time in the company vehicle and wearing the company "uniform." He was very professional and friendly. We discovered that our dryer vent did not vent out to the exterior in a straight line, but instead had 2 x 90 degree angles before reaching the outside despite the short distance between the laundry room and exterior. Why a builder would do this is beyond my understanding. Our vent accumulated years of lint in those angles, so what probably was anticipated to be a 1 hour service lasted ~ 3 hours. We learned that even though we clean the dryer filter before running each load, quite a bit of lint still escapes. David was so patient in trying to clear the vent line. He also talked with me about other services the company offers and referred me to their website for more information. We had a very good experience with Magnolia Heating & Cooling : immediate appointment, timely arrival, company uniform/vehicle, friendly and informative technician. I plan to look into their air conditioning maintenance promos. Highly recommend.

We have ventilation behind our dryer that goes up the wall and exits through the roof, not out the wall like a typical dryer might do. Magnolia came out and cleaned everything thoroughly even up in to the back of the dryer. In all they removed quite a bit of lint that had just stuck to the sides of the ducting over the past 16 years. They were very professional. I would use them again.

Purchased 22 point inspection special. Tech found issues and replaced and cleaned. Suggested surge protector. Research confirmed it was a good idea. Pricing probably on the higher side but work was done efficiently and tech was courteous and knowledgeable.

Prompt, explained the problems, provided alternate solutions. Took the time to provide options.

I am in Angies list for almost four years. This is the first time I feel like writing a review. They are so excellent on service. My system was blowing air even though it was off. I was super worried. I bought the service from Angies list and called them. They get back right away for schedule. Bobby was super nice over the phone. When I told him my issue and request him if someone could come the same day. They were totally booked. He promised if someone cancel , he will send someone the same day. He kept his promise and called within hour to let me know someone was on the way. Jacob came. He is very amazing and super helpful. He gave me lots of good tips. I would highly recommend them.

When I went to use my dryer, the fuse broke. So this company cleaned out my dryer vent.

Jacob was terrific! He went into the attic and checked the heater. (I didn't realize we have a second heater in the attic). He checked what he could see of the exhaust pipe. (I could be calling it the wrong word.) He took the temperature of the wall and surrounding areas to ensure that it was not overly hot. He inspected the downstairs furnace. All seems to be working fine though the unit is getting old. He did say that the only way to make sure that there are no breaks in the pipe is to open the wall, which I declined as the wall temperature was 93. I would recommend this company to everyone! Jacob was reassuring.

Wonderful, excellent service, from the first contact on the phone, the gentleman gave me the special both air conditioner and furnace special for 69.00 dollars. The company had an appointment open right away, Jacob the serviceman called giving me an ETA, who arrived at my home on time he was knowledgeable, professional and courteous. Jacob asked about any present concerns and addressed each one during the inspection plus showing me how to program my thermostat. Hooray I can wake-up to a warm and toasty home.

Excellent. My vent is clean and dryer works quickly. The dryer would not dry before for 90 minutes or more. Now it works in 30 minutes. I have not seen a reduction in gas terms yet.

Technician was on time, respectful, pleasant. He performed the inspection and found that we needed a part replaced. Since he had the unit open, he replaced our filter and did another minor repair at no additional cost.

Jacob did an awesome job from start to finish. He arrived on time, was very courteous and professional. He quickly diagnosed the problem and was able to get the condenser going again for us. In addition, he answered all my questions and even went further to conduct a full review of all the parts of the system. He provided me with great details regarding my ac system, proving his knowledge and expertise. He had some great suggestions on how to improve the system, but he didn't do a hard sell or try any funny business, which I always appreciate from service providers. Our AC is back on and working great, and we owe it Jacob and the folks at Magnolia Air Conditioning. We will definitely be using this company again for our heating and cooling systems needs.

The service provided was outstanding. Our AC compressor completely quit a two days before we were to host about 50 guests in our home, on what was forecast to be one of the hottest days of the year. Magnolia sent a technician within about 5 hours of our call, determined that the AC compressor was not repairable. Generally it would take about a week or so for replacement of the AC, however when I explained our situation to the technician he contacted the owner of the company and they were able, amazingly, to send a work crew the next morning (Saturday) with the appropriate equipment to do the replacement. The crew was very skilled and professional and completed the work, including a thorough cleanup of the area, by 4pm that day. We are very satisfied with the service provided and would highly recommend them for any HVAC maintenance or installation required.

The entire experience was fine. They gave me a two hour window for appt time, and technician called me about an hour before saying he was on the way...arriving precisely as planned. John, the technician, was polite, clean, and explained everything he was doing. He also was very tolerant of my two Labradors who wanted to be right by his side the whole time!

Jeremy was very professional and punctual. He asked the right questions and got to work right the way. Along the way he was explaining what he was doing. He recharge the unit and got to cool properly.

They flushed the lines, cleaned all filters, and added necessary coolant. They explained to me what they were doing as they were doing it. The price was reasonable. I would definitely call them back again and request John.

called prior to arrival. was on time. properly dressed with name on uniform. listened to what I was requesting; since I am only at my residence generally 2-3 days per week. checked the units. installed filters. checked air temps. advised on things to consider such as surge protectors for each unit and maintenance plan for twice a year preventive, proactive care. showed me how each unit checked out per manufacturers plate on each unit. completed forms for signature and sent to my email address. fair price for sure. last person who came over was much more expensive and did not do half the work that Shaun did. will definitely be calling them for heating tuneup.
