We were so happy we chose Magnolia Cooling and heating to repair our heater/air conditioner. They were professional from beginning to end. Our serviceman arrived on time and completed the repair to our satisfaction.

I have and will always recommend Magnolia all of my friends and family and anyone else who needs services. They have always been on time and nice and are willing to explain everything so I can understand it. I highly recommend everyone getting on their maintenance program, I can rest easy knowing that they will come out twice a year, they send me all of the reminders and courtesy checks. Just wanted to give a shout out to their tech Anthony, who is punctual and thorough, explains things well, and is always very kind and respectful of me and my home. Today he fixed a broken latch on my gate while doing the HVAC service, just because he had the tools with him and could do it. Really appreciate him.

Anthony did a great job. Let me know via text when he was in route, arrived on time and completed the work throughly, keeping me informed as to the status of the system. Very professional and high quality work as always. We have used Magnolia for 10 years and are very happy with their service.

Great! I have Magnolia Heating and Cooling as my go-to company for service and maintenance needs. Today was my first time meeting Anthony ( maintenance tech) and as always, service exceeded expectations. I can appreciate the attention to detail that this company provides. It puts your mind at ease when you invest in your family’s comfort.

Installation went smoothly with great clean-up and follow-through. He had the metal shop make a protective cover for the air scrubber as it is mounted on the outside of the HVAC unit.

The representative John is amazingly polite honest and professional. We have used Magnolia heating and air before and come back because of the honesty and integrity of this company.

Good service and very prompt, reasonable prices

It went very well. The company has a good reputation. The service man wore a mask because of the pandemic. He was punctual, polite, and informative. He took his time and did a good job. I have trust in this local company to care for all of our heatind/cooling needs. They are easy to contact. The staff is polite and helpful.

We have five rooms heated and cooled. The system was installed neatly in one day. It works very well it. It is a very efficient system.

Long story short, they always find expensive things to fix when they do a general checkup (always) and the guy laid my glass Next Thermostat on the face and scratched the glass!!! He did apologize and owned up to it but that’s pretty bad for someone to do that. Not sure I’ll use them again.

Great! John Stoyas was knowledgeable, professional and on time. He fixed my heater and it's working well. He spent time answering all of my questions and concerns. I felt the price was a bit high but I guess you get what you pay for and I really got great service. Sadly, I forgot to give them my 5% off Angies List coupon which would have saved me nearly $15. I highly recommend them BUT DON'T FORGET TO GIVE THEM YOUR COUPON!!!

The installation went remarkably great!!!!! I couldn’t be happier with the system that was installed as well as the service that they provided. Their team kept me informed I. Everything that was going on. They were very professional and very easy to deal with. Also during the project they were very clean. Even at my house, and that’s hard to do!!! It didn’t seem like there was any job they couldn’t do. I’m very happy with the system and their service. I would definitely hire them again!!!!

No problems. John came an assessed job, gave me an estimate. Then scheduled the work and came and did the work. No problems.

Made appointment to check out and repair unit for rental property. Pricing to come out and check AC was reasonable ($100). The Magnolia AC Technician arrived on time. The AC Technician contacted me (owner) by phone and stated he could repair the AC by fixing a burnt wire and replacing a bad capacitor. It would cost $169.00. I was delighted to hear the great news. I authorized the repair. I told my tenants about the (supposed) good news. However, the recommended fix did not work. The AC Technician just left the rental property and did not tell my tenants that the AC was not fixed and left me a phone message that the compressor was bad. The tenants turned on the AC and overloaded the electrical box. All power went out in the house. The tenants left the AC power switch OFF to avoid further problems. The AC Technician poorly assessed the problem and he poorly communicated with the tenants and the owner. The AC Technician needs more experience in communication and trouble shooting AC problems. Per his resume he has roughly 5 years experience. The AC Technician commented that I should not be charged if the AC was not repaired. He would talk to the office. Regardless, I still got charged $169.00 for a non-repair. The AC Technician told me he was purposely being vague in details with the tenants about the repair. I told him he was also vague with me and he should be straight up with the customer about the repair. I contacted the main office and they told me the whole AC unit needs to be replaced. Given my great disappointment with Magnolia Heating and Cooling I contacted another air conditioning company that was highly recommended by a friend of the tenants. They quickly replaced the unit for $7,100. It was a good price and there were no issues and good communication. Magnolia Heating and Cooling let business get away from them for bad reasons. Live and learn from your mistakes. It will cost you money in the end.

The service tech that came to our house, John, was very courteous, very knowledgeable and detected several issues that he explained in detail and it was easy to concur with his assessments. He found a big clog in a very old pipe, which had broken as he was inspecting it. This clog had been giving us problem and was preventing the air from turning on. He ran to home depot, bought a replacement part and installed it, at no additional charge! He also vacuumed the heating unit and installed a new latch to hold the filter in place. He took the time to explain about the need to ensure the filter is secure so dirt and dust does not work its way into the main unit (Which would be very bad!). He examined the outside air conditioner and we scheduled another appointment in 6 months for a nice general check up. The outside unit may have a leak, which we were previously aware of, but he provided us additional details and let us know what our future options may be. We decided in 6 months, when they return for the semi-annual service we signed up for, that we could see how everything is looking. Very happy with the experience with Magnolia!
