Shortly after that, Tammy contacted us verbally to confirm job schedule, time and people involved with follow up emails. Steve showed up to get the layout of the house and take measurements required for efficiency of the AC system. Again, job done in friendly but profession way answering any and all questions pertaining to the AC system. As promised, the installation crew ( Mike, Ricardo, Matt) showed up and dismantled the old unit and installed the new one in one day. They did this efficiently and professionally cleaning up even to the point of vacuuming. We greatly appreciate their hard work. We still have the downstairs AC unit deemed to be in good shape, but when it is ready to be put out on to the pasture, we'll be dialing Magnolia Heating and Cooling office again.

Once the blower wheel was cleaned the system ran a lot quitter and smoother.

I have annual contact with them. They come on a regular basis for a check up and maintenance. They are very nice to work with. The tech is familiar with the system, explains things well and gives good advice on what I can do to keep the system working well. He never tries to up sale me which I appreciate that.

I am very happy with them and give them A's all across. He worked on the blower unit outside and explained all he was doing. He gave ideas on what I can do to maintain the unit in between checks. The tech is thorough and efficient.

It was covered under the service contract, but it was time to renew my service contract. So it came to about $300 altogether, with the renewal of the yearly service contract and the surge protector. I've used them for years and they've been great. They're very reasonable and they don't try to sell you everything under the Sun every time they show up.

I called and spoke to a dispatcher who was very personable & understanding. It was a hot day and no a/c was making my house very uncomfortable. He was able to contact one of their repairmen in just a few minutes and set up a time for only an hour and a half later. The repairman, John, called me to let me know he was on his way. He was able to diagnose the trouble right away; problems with the compressor that he then fixed in a very efficient way. He was friendly and knowledgeable. I was very pleased with the work and the manner in which it was done. I would not hesitate to call Magnolia Heating & Cooling again and I highly recommend them.

three weeks after I bought the service and still no word from contractor, I called them and asked about the service and they said they had not read the e-mail yet, so I told them to cancel.

Service was prompt, the service person was personable, pleasant, and honest. He did not try to sell any extra services that didn't need, just made one suggestion. Very pleased and will use again.

The quality and responsiveness were very good. They were very punctual.

They checked everything out. Said that everything was working well. Showed the tenants how to get the most out of the unit.

Jacob, the repair tech, showed up exactly on time. He clearly explained every step of the work he was doing. He wore covers over his shoes to protect our floors. He didn't upsell. He fix the drooping drip pan under the AC unit and cleared out the pipe that the condensation drains out of.

Unfortunately, two weeks later the system stopped working. Apparently a Freon leak. We had the whole system replaced by a different company.

They give excellent customer service and advice. I would use them again. They were on time and very professional.

Excellent service, two thumbs up for Jacob and Magnolia Heating & Cooling! We had a little mishap with our A/C system, Jacob figured it out and didn’t even charge us anything. He also patiently explained all of my questions, pointed out the possible problems that may occur in the future and how to do simple A/C maintenance to prolong the condenser’s life span. I recently had a Trane variable speed air conditioner(s) and heater(s) installed in my house by Magnolia Heating, Plumbing, and Air Conditioning . While I don’t have a lot of knowledge on home hvac systems I did a lot of research. I got six quotes and reviewed systems from Lennox to Trane.. In my research I was advised that one of the keys to an good system being installed was the installers and the company that stand behind it, so in conclusion based on upon competitive pricing and warranties for labor, materials, future service, and equipment I decided to give Magnolia and Heating and Cooling a try as I thought they would be my best bet, so I went with them. While the equipment has only been in a short time so I can not say much about it yet, other than its quiet when it runs, I can clearly say the people at Magnolia Heating and Air Conditioning were excellent to deal with. They not only arrived on time they they exceeded our expectations for the time line objectives. From my first experience with Eric the owner who made the quote and reviewed options, to the installers Rudy and Mike I found them all to be very professional as well as very pleasant, courtesy and helpful…They made the experience as good as possible when you think about having to replace your entire home havc equipment. While I don’t write a lot of good reviews, like many I tend to do the negative reviews, this is clearly a company that I will do business with in the future should the need arise..

Scheduling was simple I called up the company and had multiple choices of dates and times available for me to choose from. The service man came on time and promptly went to work on my AC unit . I watched him most of the time and talked to him while he was working. During his work he explained everything in terms I understood and explained problems that are lurking to happen with my unit. I am very pleased with Magnolia. This is my second year (summer) using the company and I will use them again when I need to. Thanks again Magnolia

Jacob and trainee Jesus were very professional. They explained every detail and provided every service that was promised. They offered very good advise and were not pushy on trying to sell anything. They were great. Both guys who came out were very nice to work with. They were careful to keep the house clean and great and communicating to me what they were doing and what they found. It was overall a really great experience.

These guys did a fantastic job in installing both fans. Jake (Jacob) showed up and was very friendly. He answered all our questions, and when one of the fans was running a bit slow, he figured out that it was on a reverse spin (which runs slower). The dispatcher was also very friendly and followed up to make sure the service went well. All in all - a great job. Thanks!

I purchased the deal for dryer vent cleaning. Magnolia Heating & Cooling contacted me the very next day and scheduled an appointment on one of the days I requested. The technician was on time and was polite and explained what he was going to do. The service was performed and clean up was done. I am very happy I contacted Magnoliia's to do this service. Update: 3-10-16. I called Magnolia's because I was still having a problem. John came out the same day to check out the dryer vent. Turns out the problem is NOT related to the vent cleaning but John went above and beyond to try and solve the problem. This was not something he was required to do but wanted to help. The issue isn't completely resolved but he definitely helped and then gave me suggestions to correct issue. There was no charge for this. I can't thank John and Magnolia's Heating & Cooling for quickly addressing the issue and trying to help. I highly recommend Magnolia's.
