Provider came to my home. Chris was very professional and did the work well. He showed me the inside of his vacuum after the work was completed. The dryer vent was so dirty and clogged, I am very satisfied with the results. Before the provider left we turned on the dryer and watched another clump of debris fall out of the vent to the out side. I would use this service again and will recommend them to others. This is a great deal to the possibilities that could happen if a fire would happen due to this dryer vent being dirty.

The technician came out for an ac service. When he learned about my ac not working, he assessed the problem and gave me quotes for different service options.

Works wonderfully now. Probably averted serious fire and perhaps saved family from Carbon Monoxide poisoning. Would recommend to others definitely. Very professional.

He was thorough in trying to figure out why we have light switches that when flipped do not turn on anything. They do not seem to be connected to outlets either. He gave us an estimate to come back and trace the wires from the light switches. He talked like it might take 3-4 hours but at 169 USD per hour we are not ready to pay that at this time. Other wise he was helpful and did not act rushed or in a hurry. He was very pleasant and helpful. He really did not fix anything but did give us some answers.

The technician was professional explained the problem and also provided tips to keep the units working well.

Chris, their tech, arrived on time. Looked and behaved very professional. |He serviced our two- 3-ton units and also,for an additional charge, cleaned |out our dryer vent. We would definitely contact Magnolia Heating & Cooling for any future servicing we might have.

Brian was great. He was not alarmed by my two large dogs and was very professional and friendly. He asked about additional services and quoted prices before proceeding. Brian was very neat and cleaned up each work site.

The service guy from Magnolia Heating & Cooling was great. I can't remember his name right now but I will always remember his friendly nature. He performed an electrical inspection for the whole house. Throughout the process he told me what he was doing and why. He pointed out the problem switch and made helpful suggestions on how to keep my electrical system functioning well. He answered my questions about my outside lights, fireplace and circuit breaker. I was informed of the many services the company provided. The special price for this service offered on Angie's List made this a real deal.

After reading reviews on here I chose a company that had a lot of reviews so I could be sure not to be taken advantage of. My furnace was not turning on at all. So I called them and was told that for them to come out and diagnose the problem it would be $89. Once the tech arrived he looked around for about 5 minutes and said that it was going to be $260 more to diagnose the problem. I was shocked and told him they said it was $90 to diagnose it and he told me that that was standard industry practice but that he was being "up front" with me not just slipping it in the bill later on. He said that he would try to then just do a light diagnosis and that would be $130. Since I was in a hurry I just decided to pay it. The rest of the job went smooth, he switched out the transformer and it works fine. I would give them a good review if it wasn't for that bait and switch, if I hadn't said something it would have been much worse. And the whole job maybe took 1 hour from start to finish. Wasn't the $90 diagnosis fee plus the $300+ fee for the transformer sufficient for a 1 hour job?

It was good and they did a good job. He seemed to know what was doing and he answered question.

We are asking to have their service done in our business office, but due to the promotion deal was for residential only, we reluctantly cancel the deal purchase. We wish they can honor the deal for office building.

Magnolia was very responsive and contacted us immediately. Brian came out to perform the service we purchased and explained the condition of our air conditioner in very detailed, but easy to understand, terms. He offered several ideas for us to consider as options and we never felt pressured to make an immediate decision. Once we did decide to move forward with the replacement, we met with Gus who offered several levels of performance and energy efficiency for us to choose from. Once the units were chosen, the load calculations indicated that we could actually use a smaller unit with the same output and energy rating. We were also told that we could not only get a rebate from Edison but a credit on our federal taxes as well. Rudy and Miguel did an awesome job installing the units and replacing the air ducts. They were very professional, cordial, and two of the hardest workers I've ever encountered.

We liked the job that Jacob from Magnolia Heating & Cooling (Riverside, Ca.) did for us last week so much, that we hired them again. This time we asked Jacob to do a complete inspection, cleaning, and adjustments (tune up) to our two heating and air conditioning systems. Jacob did his usual great and thorough job, and he only found one small problem (a weak capacitor). We are so happy to have found a highly skilled and honest heating and cooling contractor. We were told by another company that we would have to replace the AC unit, The Magnolia tech was able to fix it. Our house is a rental house. The tenants told us that they were on time, professional and very helpful. He saved us quite a lot of money fixing it instead of replacing.

Magnolia Heating & Cooling is "A" rated on Angie's list with 215 reviews. Their office staff was very nice and helpful. They sent out Jacob to analyze our air conditioning problems and repair them. Jacob is very sharp and fast. He found out what our issues were in a few minutes and had them fixed very fast. Jacob really knows a lot about air conditioning.The bill came to about $286.00. We had purchased a big deal for the service, and it went fine. Everything was good, and I would recommend them to family members and friends.

Earlier in the day I had another HVAC company, (which I have used for years), come out to inspect my non-operating ac/heating unit. After running their diagnostic test, they determined that the unit needed a new circuit board; cost $885.00. I decided to call Magnolia HVAC for a second opinion. I spoke to a very helpful and understanding Felicia and explained the situation. She then scheduled a same day appointment. The tech, Jacob, called prior to arriving and even came a bit early which worked out perfectly. He arrived and got to work, performing a full diagnostic test on the unit. He found that the system was missing a fuse and that the plug was not seated properly to the circuit board. So, what would have cost me $885.00 ended up only costing me $20.00 for a fuse. It was real bothersome to think that the first company made such an inept, unnecessary and expensive assessment. Magnolia HVAC went above and beyond from Felicia at the beginning to end with Jacob, proving that they are not only a professional and ethical company but that they sincerely care about their customers. So, I will definitely call on them in the future and will recommend them to family, friends, neighbors and anyone reading this review.

Their price was right there. They're a really great company. It took one day for them to install the air conditioner unit and the heating unit as well. They were really great and very courteous. They were on time. They did a great job. I would absolutely use them in the future.

Service man was able to ascertain problem immediately and had replacement part with him. He was also able to attach securing strap. He knew immediately the problem and was able to fix it immediately. If, in stead of a capacitor it had been the motor or compressor, there would be big expense. problem solved without overcharging.

This is the 2nd time I have used Magnolia Heating & Cooling. They have very good customer service Chris was my technician he was very friendly and professional did a great job on the plug and was very patient and friendly to my pets. Who were following him around everywhere. He clean up after the job. And even offer to touch up the paint where he had to cut a hole in the wall. I Really like this company and I will definitely use them again. Luckily they offer a lot of services.
