Jacob arrived at my home at the time agreed and installed a motion sensor light on the side of my home. The entire process went well and now I feel so much safer in my home. I would like to thank them for this. All went well and the price was reasonable for my budget as a single Mom.

I also added a few safeguards they recommended to the a/c that I felt would give me the maximum efficiency and life out of the unit. The guys also connected a new attic fan I purchased from a box store, and they hauled away the two old fans for me. Thank you. Jake also told me about a air purifier system that I could connect to the heating & a/c units to better the quality of the air I breath in the house. I have extreme allergies and ashma. I was interested, and I believe it would be a benefit to me. But because that would have been another $1300.00 it wasn't in the budget at this time. Overall I was very happy with the job they did. I would call on them again if needed, and will refer the company to others in the future.

They are good. I was with somebody else but my experience with Magnolia Heating & Cooling is very good.

The serviceman arrived right on time and got to work immediately. He was quick, efficient and very courteous. He showed me the amount of lint he had cleaned from my vent. Put everything back right where it had been and cleaned up after himself. I was impressed.

Gave us the option of getting the supplies on our own to save A lot of money.

The installation went very well. The project started a couple of months ago when I asked if they would install a tank-less hot water heater and a whole home water filtration system. I was also having a problem with people that were renting my house leaving the sliding glass door open in the Summer. For all three projects Eric, the owner, researched the best solution and came up with what seems to be an excellent solution. Last time I was at the house in December and Eric came out to inspect the work locations. He then came up with a recommendation and an estimate. I authorized the work to begin on March 17. Justin showed up at 8:30am on March 17 and began work. There were some issues with the existing plumbing and they ended up having to do more work than they expected. The work took an extra day, but the quality of the work seems to be excellent, time will tell. I told them I would rather they take the time to do the job right than to rush through the job. My only concern was that I got a number of estimates during the process that they wanted me to print, sign and return. Dealing with paper is not always convenient. I gave them a B because of this, but I am still very happy with the value of the work. I would highly recommend Magnolia for any work you need done relating to home infrastructure improvement.

The person they sent out was really nice and he did a great job. His name is Christopher. My dryer vent has good air quality. He was very personable and very clean. Very thorough. He didn't make a mess in my backyard at all. It's so worth it. I was very pleased with him. All the neighbors wanna try him. I would highly recommend him to anybody.

Brian arrived on time. He started with labeling the panel box and it was a much harder job than all of us expected as the wiring doesn't seem to be "normal" in this house. He put the covers over his shoes when he was in the house but he had so much walking outside to the panel I told him he didn't have to put them on. Otherwise I think he would have been there at dinner time. He gave me information on the Air Scrubber and answered all questions so decided to have him install it. I am very pleased with it. Two people in the home have asthma and allergy problems and it has helped them. We are also sleeping much better.

Hired for dry vent cleaning. I added service to clean behind my dryer. Technician was efficient, professional, and pleasant to deal with.

Service Technician Jacob was prompt, courteous and professional. He checked all electrical outlets, the main panel, the water heater and forced air unit complex, and the electrical load in the house, and made easy-to-understand recommendations. Magnolia's office followed up with me the next day to make sure that I was entirely satisfied with Jacob's work, and the company. I would definitely use them in the future

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service. They are the utmost, polite people and came a long way to perform my service. However, because they are a distance away I don't expect to be able to use them any more. I have no complaints about them, but they are not going to cover my area. They did not clean the filters when they checked the air conditioners. Previous air conditioning companies I have used always cleaned the filters. I did not say anything to Magnolia because I figured that was not part of their thing, but I think they should clean the filters when they are doing the rest of the stuff. That was my only complaint. They were efficient and polite and I would definitely use them again if they worked this area, but they don't.

We were oversold by brian the serviceman. We were charged $320.00 for a surge protector, that we did not really need. We researched after he left and the price of product is only $40.00. I understand a little over charge but that was way too much. I gave him the coupon for 15% off for using angies list, it was if we used over $500.00 of service, he said he would use it and ended up using 5% just for using angies list. We were dooped! Not ok, we are willing to pay but this was plain rude and abusive

He did an excellent job. He was going to be here between certain hours and he was an hour late but they called to warn us. They called the day I purchased the "Big Deal" and the appointment was like a week later or something like that. He offered other services but we didn't need any right now. I like the fact that they sent us an email with the serviceman's picture on it and his service history so we knew who to expect.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It went great! It was really very good. It was a good price. They did something that needed to be done. I needed them to do the dryer vent and they did that.

Technician was on time and dressed professionally. He explained everything he was going to do in a way that was easy for me to understand. He was very efficient, well trained, and had to work in very cramped conditions. He made sure the dryer was working properly before he left and he cleaned up after himself. I will use this company again in the future.

It went great, this home is a rental and the renters thought that the thermostat was broken. The tech arrived and inspected the heater and found that the tenants wanted a programmable one instead. That would have cost over $400. I thanked them for being so honest and told him I would let them know that the one on the wall is still working and if they wanted it they would have to go to Home depot and buy it them self. I could not justify replacing a good thermostat.

The service went well. They didn't come when they promised. They were honest, knowledgeable, and they told us what we needed, and what we didn't need. We haven't used the heat since they came, so I can't tell the quality. They told us that we needed to get a part for the furnace, but we declined to get it for the moment. They had told us they would come at 10 in the morning, but they didn't come until in the afternoon, and they said they had a mechanical problem. I think the price was reasonable, but I have seen lower prices. Their responsiveness was good. I will use them again if I have a need, but I will still look around to see if anybody has a special.

It went fine. Not only was he on time, the young man was also very polite and business-like. I would use the provider in the future just because they are a very professional company and I feel comfortable with them.

Chris was very professional. He showed up on time and explained the work that needed to be done. He crawled through my dusty attic without one complaint. I was impressed with his positive attitude. Later that day, I installed the light fixtures and they worked perfectly. Please ask for Chris directly when you call. The total cost was more expensive that I would have thought, but I was able to save money with the Angie's deal of the day. I would recommend Magnolia Heating and Air...and definitely Chris!

It went okay. I really can't say for sure, since we haven't been having issues. He didn't have much to say about the smoke detectors/CO alarms. He did comment on our ducting and attic insulation. It seemed like he was probing for future jobs... He was polite about it all. Their booking process went well.

It was good. Chris Williams was very good and was very professional. He did a good job. The pricing was really good because I got the deal. He was the nicest young man. He was very clean and punctual. He didn’t try to sell me anything else. He gave me a quote for annual servicing and I said I didn’t really need it because I have somebody else theoretically doing it. They were very good.

It went very well! They installed a smoke alarm, fixed some lights, and did the inspection. Chris is very good! This was the first time I had used them, and I would use them again in the future as well as recommend them to others.

Magnolia is top of the line and the people who performed the job were outstanding and cleaned up after the work and made a lot of recommendations. Job went smooth and everything I wanted done was just as I asked. I would definitely use them again.

Our AC went out one summer. We received excellent service from Magnolia, including changing a vent and adding two vents. We chose to wait for a unit with higher efficiency and were pleased with the outcome. The service was done on time, by professionals and they cleaned up after themselves. Since then, we have had twice a year preventive maintenance on the unit (no problems with the Trane). They replaced the thermostat and new one is terrific. I've found their staff to be knowledgeable and trustworthy. Plus they are good with my dogs!
